Joy : I just want to share my horrible experience with #CebuPacific online booking.I book my domestic flight from Manila-Butuan .I had completed all the details that they need and enter the details of my card that I will use to pay.After that the site was closed automatically so I think my book is not yet confirmed but I just surprise the amount has been deducted to my card but I did'nt recieve any mails from them. Oh my God we are they same problem I also book my ticket last July9 same with your situation after I complete all the process and put my card # that I will use for my payment its show close and they deduct also from my card the payment but I didnt recieve any email from them its more than 24hrs already Im trying to contaact them but nobody answering me everytime Im making online booking but this is my 1st time in cebu pacific and i feel so disappointed . What we will do know?

good day. i booked a flight in cebu pac yesterday but due to some reason i change the payment method from payment center to credit card...i had a trouble with my internet connection but finished the process with another try. but from the status on hold, the status change to CLOSED... what does it mean?and still no copyof itenerary or receipt or any confirmation that i am done paying the said transaction...please anyone..any response..thank u
