Have you heard from them? resolved the issue? I think mine did not go through and the cebupac chat agent said to coordinate with my bank as it was voided in their system. Hi everyone! This happened to me. Yung biglang na rebook yung flight ko. Kahit hindi ko siya na proproceed. And good thing. Bukod sa pagiyak ko, chinat ko sila sa fb. At nakakuha ako agad ng agent. Today ang original flight ko. April 19, at pinilit ko sila na hindi ko ksalanan. At sila ang may kasalanan kasi wala ako na receive na notif na na rebook siya ng april 26. Hindi ako tumigil hangga't hindi na eescalate. At good news, after 3hrs i received an email na okay na. Kaya wag kayong titigil na maayos yan. Kasi they don't have any rights to cancel any confirmed flights unless you already paid for the rebooking. Wag lang kayo titigil na i escalate nila.

I booked with 2 different cc as the first one had an error. I thought it didn’t go through but I was charged in both cc. This morning I received 2 booking vouchers, means 20 vouchers! Is there a way we can ask for refund?
Chatted with a Live agent. No deduction was made to out bank account nor did we receive an email that our payment was declined. My payment did not go through as there was problems with their IT system. For short, we did not avail the Cebu pacific super pass. Such a loss.

We purchased Ceb super pass sale 4 vouchers yesterday with a reference code. However, payment haven't went through yet and not a single email of notification went through either. Does that mean we didn't get the vouchers?
hello. i purchased ceb pass yesterday. i got a confirmation email and it was deducted to my account as well but when i tried redeeming the reference number, it says "voucher not found".
I also purchased earlier and the amount was charged in my debit card but I still didn't receive the confirmation. It says on hold, but I already have the reference number. When I tried to search for it using my ref #, it reads as no vouchers available. My friend who purchased later than me already received the confirmation.

Same with mine, it says pending transaction then it goes to error page and then i check no voucher but amount was deducted from my debit card.

I got the same problem. Called BPI and they blocked my card since I'm still receiving texts from Cebu Pac that my card was deducted. I tried the chatbot on their website but until now I'm still not connected.

I am so mad. I only proceeded to the payment method page just to check how much the rebooking fee is. But it cannot be cancelled, and I cannot return to my original flight date. I chose the payment center as a last resort, because it said that the booking will be cancelled if not paid in 8 hours. It had an extra holding fee of 600 pesos, but I chose this knowing it will be eventually cancelled anyway. But! It's been more than 24 hours, and the booking is still not cancelled nor has the holding fee of 600 pesos been waived. Now I have to pay extra 10,056 pesos for a rebooking I did not want and a 600 peso holding fee that is completely useless. Cebu Pacific is the WORST. I've talked to multiple live agents, and they won't do anything. They even refuse to believe that I saw a 'cancelled if not paid in 8 hours' prompt for selecting the payment center as my payment method. I did not screenshot this thinking this will not be an issue, but they won't believe me just because I have no screenshot to show. How crazy is that!? But shouldn't this information be available on their page? I don't understand why it's so complicated. Their privacy policy online is even blank and leads to nowhere too. THIS IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. Please reply if anyone has any solution to this. I will also update if there are any developments.

Hello guys, I have booked a ticket last Feb 16. They booking was smooth and i've got the booking reference number. They next day I was surprised with my bank statement because they have charge +200Php higher that my booking price. Has anyone also experienced this? I've been booking this airline many times and this is just the first it happened like this.

Hello, apparently there was a technical problem on 02/15/2023 between 5 p.m. and 12 a.m. (philippines time). For my part, I made a reservation but I never had confirmation of payment and no itinerary with the reservation code in my emails. I contacted the chat several times and asked to speak to an agent. The agent passed me the famous reservation code. To my amazement, I still have to pay to access my flight. The agent confirmed to me that it was a mistake and that everything would be back to normal soon. Above all, do not hesitate to relaunch them every day on the chat.
