I booked last Aug.7 and received my itinerary.Its only yesterday that I noticed I selected a wrong mode of payment.I used BPI my eprepaid and until now my payment is not yet deducted (cause I selected credit card). my transaction id is 104615640.What would i do? Avoid cebu pacific, Pilots are not well trained and flying sometimes 12 or more hours a day without any rest. Safe your life and do not fly in this coffins. I'm a pilot by myself

Highly not recommended airline. The most worst airline on my experience. Check-in counter customer service are not familiar with the basic previlige of an OFW, even though you have an OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) they are still asking for a travel tax payment because I am an OFW working at US Military base at Afghanistan. This is my third vacation in Philippines and only Cebu Pacific is asking me travel tax payment kahit my OEC ako. Mr/Ms Cebu Pacific Customer Service...bago kayo maningil ng kung ano anong bayad sa isang OFW, alamin niyo muna ang mga pribelihiyo ng OFW para hindi kayo mapahiya. Kaya ang bagal ng usad sa pila ng mga check-in counters niyo dahil sa mga walang alam na customer service. Ang airlines niyo ay nakakahiyang e endorse sa mga dayuhan.

Why is it so difficult to speak to someone. I tried calling Cebu Pacific Office in Singapore 3 times but I can't get someone to speak to me on the line. I filed in a feedback through Guest Services through the web and they replied with the subject as "Acknowledging Concern". A case number is given for me to monitor the case and that we give them 7 working days to work on the case and they will get back. However, it has long past the 7 days and we don't get a reply from Guest Services. Please advise. Thanks

Due to life threatening diving accident which required my wife to be transported from Dumagete to the Hyperbaric chamber at the military hospital in Cebu in the middle of the night (5 hour trip), we were not able connect with our Cebu Pacific flight from Dumagette to Manila. We contacted Cebu Pacific well before the flight to cancel it. They told us what we thought was all the information that was required to support our claim for a refund of the portion of our flight from Dumagette to Manila. After 3 days of treatment, we were given various forms by the Hyberbaric Chamber personel which CONTAINED EVERYTHING that Cebu Pacific needed to support our claim. This was all forwarded to Cebu Pacific. Now that we are 10,000 miles away (northern Canada) from the Philippines, we are told by Cebu Pacific "service" ? desk that the information is not on the right form (a medical certificate) and therefore is invalid. The personnel (including the supervisor) handling these medacases have no basic medical education to even partially understand the issues being considered. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! With all the nurses that exist in the Philippines, there is no excuse not to have at least one as a supervisor. The present personnel assume that since the information is not exactly in the format that they demand, then it doesn't exist, and thus you have no valid reason for getting a refund. I do not understand how a company can continue to do business with such blind bureaucratic procedures. It will certainly never succeed on the international market by treating its customers like this. I will be more than happy to relay my feelings about Cebu Pacific to the many Philippine workers here in Canada, who are my good friends.

Hi, I have a simple question. I ever, never understand. We are 2 persons and fly from Bali / Indonesia to Boracay / Philippines. I had paid “Prepaid Baggage” for both of us with “SMALL-Up to 10kg+12$” for per person because there is no any other choice. I was about to book a flight on this airline from Dubai to Cebu having been referred by a friend as a cheap airline. I have read several different customer reviews from different sites and I am thankful that I never rushed to book. Most are dissatisfied and vow never again will they fly Cebu Pacific. There seems to be a major complain across board related to sporadic cancellations and poor customer service. Flying is in itself tasking affair and the least that passengers want in unreliable airline service. I guess I don't want to add a negative review; the bad experience shared by many is enough for me to not trust CPA. Thanks to all those who have willingly shared their experience; I will stick to Emirates and Philippines Airline despite their slightly higher fares.

since 5 years cebupacific member, but i will change now its enough, strange situation today in manila, but you cant reatch nobody on phone, website not working correct to cancel and rebook ticket for next day, i have been at airport now tonight, after 1 hour waiting on the desk a nice :-(( misses pilapil kim melissa do not want to give me answers on my requests!!!!!! if i ask her if she's proud to have cebu pacific on the shirt, no answer !!!!! how i will get back my founds for the cancelled fly????? i will try to send a mail to cebupacificair, and make a propose for a new branding CHAOSPACIFICAIR because since more then a year i just have problems , flightcancellation, delayed, X but take care if one day 5 minutes to late for check -in, you pay a fee for next fly even the next fly is delayed 2.5 hours, happend april 2013 i think other airlines have also good new destinations, my next 5 flights are payed, so sad, but happy i will never more book a flight on cebupacificair

I have been a loyal passenger of Cebu Pacific Air, until now, and I will keep patronizing your airline. but I want to express my disappointment to one of your " beautiful" crew who introduce herself as " Marian". On 11 August 2013, I have accompanied my family (group of 10) from Manila to Tug. Marian issued 8 boarding passes for my family, she told me that please count and have raised our hands during call. I told her that Ms. you did not call my name, I told her I have only 8 boarding passes with me. and she answered " I did not call your name because you will collect it at the cashier after your payments of 2 kilos excess. I insisted to her, but she's in a hurry to assist the next person after me. I told her OK, I will collect my boarding pass at the cashier as you have told me, thank you. Upon, payments of my excess 2 kilos, I demanded to the cashier, I will never go back at the counter of Marian again, because she insisted that I will collect my boarding pass here at the cashier. Please tell that beautiful lady that give me my boarding pass here. I was very upset and disappointed that day, My family were all seated to raw 23 and 24, and she gave my boarding pass seated on 9E. To the Manager and Supervisor who handling her, please, please, she needs a intensive training on how to behave good towards passengers, how to please and satisfy the passenger's needs. As an ordinary passenger I demanded the CEBUPACIFICAIR to train every crew who acted "rough" towards" passengers and monitor their performance especially on dealing towards ordinary passengers. To Ms. Marian, as a passenger, we rather look for a beautiful service than showing your beautiful face with a rude attitude toward passengers....the next time we meet on the check in counter, please " recognize me on the face of each ordinary passengers", who deserve a good service of CEBUPACIFICAIR...

This always happens to me. I book a flight then check my email, it's there. Then when I need my ticket, I try to retrieve it in my email and it's not there anymore. Then I start to think, did I or did I not book the ticket? Then I start to panic and book a new one. Then when I get my bank statement that's the time I realize I booked the same ticket twice because it got lost in my email. I don't know how they do it. The tickets just disappears in email!! Sneaky Cebu Pacific!

Cebu Pacific denies they have my funds (12000 pesos), but my bank statement clearly states they have it. Absolute lying filthy scammers. Now i understand why the Philippines has become the 4th most corrupt country to do business in...

my cousin bought a ticket for me this month of May 2, 2013.i was scheduled to go to Macau on May 13,2013. Cebu pacific air received the payment..but unfortunately when i saw my flight schedule,it was CANCELLED,the status was closed and no summary of charges appeared or indicated.we dont even know how it was happened.what action does cebu pacific air for this situation.
