Hi, can someone help me? So I've redeemed 4 vouchers yesterday - all paid and I was about to pay the add ons however there have been errors in all of my payment from different cards so I just left it that. Ive tried to retrieve booking and pay using a different card again but its not allowing me to click on continue, it just said vouchers redeemed but its all greyed out. what do I do? cx rep sucks the worst ugh!

I tried many times to book flights, but every time they add on meals. I click on the "remove all meals" and item is removed from the breakdown but the price is not changed, it still includes the cost. I booked it anyway (since I had tried many times), in the hope of sorting it afterwards. Although I removed the meals and it was confirmed the item was deleted, the price was included and the meals were listed on Itinerary.
Has anyone tried rebooking their CebPass flight? Mine is pending/processing payment upon rebooking and a prompt says to check back again.How long before I can receive confirmation?

I am having hard time resetting my pasword on the app. It keeps getting me abn error. I havent been having this issue before cannot even contact their cs ang the chatbot is not helping at all. This is just a simple resetting the password and cant even do it. Please help

I updated our details po since it's a requirement if naka guest mode but my problem is hindi ma-click yung continue (since tapos ko na ifill out lahat) in order for me to proceed sa step 2 which is confirmation.

So kunwari kung ang previous ticket mo ay nakapangalan kay Person A, dapat si Person A din ung ilalagay mo na name sa bago mong ticket. Pero kung book grouping to, example, nakapangalan ung tickets for this Travel fund kay Person A and person B; kaso gusto ni Person C gamitin ung travel fund, dapat at least isa sa dalawang nauna (either Person A or Person B) ay kasama sa bago mong booking. I booked a flight and paid thru debit card, payment was deducted from the card but no reference number/confirmation email or text, no itinerary sent to me either. Already sent a complaint, no reply yet. This is basically theft/fraud, right? If this issue has been happening since last year and the management isn't doing anything about it and just ignoring the problem, they should be sued.

ReplyI was able to enter my credit card details for payment filled in the OTP number but was redirected to the home page. I'm not sure if my booking was confirmed. Tried searching using the name, date of birth and destination since the site did not provide any reference number.

Hello Everybody, the same has also been my case. However, despite having no emails you can still print your itineraries by clicking "Manage Bookings">"I don't have a booking number" (it is a small color blue)> then input just one of the names you book and the birthdate. Then you'll be able to see your itineraries. I hope this helps. However, the website seems to be down since I cant access the website.
