I forgot to print my itinerary receipt and i did not get my confirmation code. How can I retrieve my details so i can pay my flight?

I booked a flight in Cebu pac today, March 15, 201 and i chose to pay in Bayad Centers.Unfortunately, they wouldnt let me pay and sais that i should try to pay online. How can i pay online if i already chose to pay in Bayad centers? Thanks. My booking will expire at 11:59pm :(
I availed the Piso Fare Promo of Cebu Pacific and booked a flight last March 9. I immediately paid the itinerary receipt though Bancnet Online. However no single confirmation was received from Cebu Pac. When I follow-up their customer service last March 10, they told that the ticket will be send to my email the following day. But no to avail, I still did not received the itinerary receipt. I made another follow-up last night and the customer service whom I spoke with told me that my flight is still months from now and just wait for the itinerary receipt to be send to my email. I am a bit disappointed because of the inconsistencies of the details. For now, I have to wait and made several follow-up.
As per Cebu Pacific, an itinerary receipt for a booking paid at a bank or a business center can be retrieved on the website after a day. If the payment was processed on a weekend, the itinerary receipt will be ready for viewing on Tuesday.

Seriously Cebu Pacific. Your online booking and payment system sucks. You need to re-evaluate. You have been wasting people's money, time and effort. Upon reading queries below, it seemed that you never did anything to fix whatever tool you have. We all get the same issue over and over and over again. Well, just like the customers below, I have booked and paid my ticket but after 13 hours of waiting, not a single confirmatiin was received. Worst part is I can't on the bookibg status on your site since your 'Manage Booking' page does not havre an option wherein confirmation nunber is not needed, and bookubg reference nunber (14 digit number) can be a substitue. Such a fail. It says without confirmation number we need to call your customer service hotline which by the eay takes you for almost 2 hours to reach or sometimes even impossible to get through the line. REALLY CONVENIENT CEBU PACIFIC, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Hi!i tried to cancel my return flight in my round trip ticket and change my departure flight date but was not able to confirm the transaction, but when i tried to check my itinerary receipt, i was shock when my status change to confirmed with amount due and the ticket is a total mess. I am also a victim of this seeming scam by Cebu Pacific. I just paid via BDO Master Card, same result as experienced by the other customers.
