Hi I have a problem logging in my cebu pac app , the getgo something. And when I try it always say error processing or the account does not exist but when I try making a new account with the same email ( because they said it does not exist )it also says the email already exists. I'm losing my temper because I already booked a flight using my cebu app account it's a good for three roundway ticket and I cannot access my account anymore. I can't do the online check in and etc. What is the best way I can do with it?please help me.

I booked my Manila-Iloilo-Manila travel date is on june 26-30, 2019 for amount of P 1,380. I immediately received my itinerary and official receipt, maybe because i pay it thru debit card. But now I found it cebupac deducted me double of my total amount. instead P1,380 they charge me P2,840. Is there a chance na marefund ko yung sobrang knuha nila sa account ko? Is there anyone else who is experienced same issue ng katulad sken sa cebu pac? Thanks. :)

Guest : nagpabook po ako kaninang 1:30am.. may 25, 2019, manila to osaka tapos june 3, 2019 narita to manila.. bakit po may booking reference number pero hindi nag eexist pag tinitingnan ko sa manage booking. paayos naman po Ilan digits po ung booking ref niyo akin kasi 12 lang dapat po ba ay 14 ? Ilan digits po yung booking reference niyo? Kasi sa akin 12 lang pero need 14 tama po ba?

May : We pay our booking thru cebuana and we got the confirmed booking but after 1 day we got the email saying that our booking was cancelled because we did not pay, untill now we still dont have our confirmed ticket, we send them the receipt but its taking too long for the validation, our flight is aproaching any help on this please.? We call them everyday but no updates regarding the validation not sure if they really checking on the issue. Hi any update im experiencing tha same. Ano po dapat gawin wala nman sumasagot sa hotline nila.
