Guest : I have tried rebooking flights and I need to pay the difference of fare. But I don't want to pay it. It says pending payment, I can't cancel the pending payment. Cebu Pacific is worst in terms of customer service. I don't know what to do. Anybody can help me to solve this. Talked to their live agent via Facebook and replied these exactly: We are sorry to inform you that you may not be able to board the flight once you fail to settle the pending amount. If you fail to settle the pending amount, the passenger may not be able to board the flight. Once the passenger will be tagged as no show, the ticket will automatically be forfeited. I WANT TO CRY.

Guest : "You may only make one booking at a time Please close any tabs with Cebu Pacific open and try again" I have no tabs open other than the Cebu Pacific one, and this is all that pops up when it asks me to manage my booking. Is this for real? Same here. I tried many ways I even download their app but it's not working too... I don't know what happen to their web.

Guest : Same :( Now we can't book again because they got the money already. This is the worst! Guest : I dont receive Itinerary Receipt due to an error on the website. My balance on my bank account was deducted I have reference number. Same😪 dunno how to get my money back, bank said it was successful payment and provide me the transaction code and nothing they can do to cancel. Guest : any update???? Guest : Booked for a round trip ticket since this afternoon, paid using my credit card. My bank sent and OTP confirming my purchase but after i typed/encoded it popped up a dialog says "unable to process transaction due to a system issue or an error....." called my bank but unable to get my call due to volume of callers. Worried about my payment it might deducted to my account. Pls fix your payment system.. Used our debit card but was unsuccessful so I transferred money to my gcash account and used it to purchase tickets.

Same problem. It is a difficult website to access. Cebu Pacific appear to be disinterested in improving it. The airline must be missing out on numerous bookings due to the inferior website. PAL and AirAsia website are working fine. Cebu Pacific Facebook page recommends refreshing your browser, but this doesnt have any effect.

I accidentally encoded birthday at 1961 so senior citizen discount was applied, then I realized later the mistake because birth year is 1965. I tried the update guest details but nothing happened. What should be done? Customer care says wait and FB messenger says wait. Anybody with the same experience? This is Cebu Pacific flight to Bohol and Back to Manila. Thanks.

I paid thru Gcash but eventually after payment when the page is about to redirect me from the previous page, none pop out. but my Gcash balance was deducted and it was logged on the transaction activities.

Guest : I booked and paid using credit card, but Cebu Pac said that payment was unsuccessful. However, my credit card bank notified me that I was charged already. How will Cebu Pacific resolved this? I called my bank and they confirmed that the payment went through and I am charged. Now, its so hard to request reversal since they need proof from Cebu Pacific that the booking was cancelled. There was no customer service agent to talk to and was advise to chat knowing that I was talking to a robot! In my case, I used paypal, so I have put claim on both paypal and Cebu Pacific. I've been trying to book a flight for several days now, but I still can't since I can't get past the Guest Details page and the Add-ons page would not load properly. The website prompts me to refresh the whole page (maximum of two times only), saying that they're having trouble loading the page, and then I get redirected back to the Home page. The whole process of finding the flight again and filling in my details and encountering the same error over and over again has gotten frustrating now.

How can I not rebook my booking. The website asks to change new website and come back to the old website.. its so difficult and hassle for customers. Honestly, i never have a smooth booking in your website and most of the time its down. Sad

What happen to your system? After supplying my good feedback to your survey on my first booking...and now it's so disgusting because I've been encountering issue after trying several times that says "You can only make one booking at a time..." I even tried to refresh and shutting down my device but same issue occur.
