Can not go to add ond website says refresh but always error. Unable to book.
Hello good day. I cancelled my flight from Thailand to the Philippines last January 2022 and converted it to a travel fund which will expire on January 2024. Today, I checked the website and input the booking reference number (without booking anything yet), and they gave me a new validity period which is in 6 months. Does that mean I have to use my travel fund within 6 months and not until January 2024 anymore? I’m confused.

Hi! I booked a ticket last week thru the Cebu Pacific website. My credit card was charged. It redirected me to a different booking of another person which is weird (the credit card number used by that person was different to mine). My bank confirmed that my payment went thru but until now I haven't received any ticket confirmation nor do I have a booking reference number. I tried sending an email and Facebook message to Cebu Pacific but got no reply. Can anyone help or give advice on what to do?
Having some issues on rebooking. After selecting rebook flight dates and proceeded to review page then clicking continue, it says "Something went wrong" then clicking the "Reload page" button only goes back to previous page. Clicking continue again will do the same and does not let me proceed to the next page. Anyone else encountered this issue?

Has anyone experienced locked mycebupacific acct? I cant log in to my acct even if I do the forgot password option, I get no email from cebupac. I have contacted live agent 5x but they cant resolve or retrieve my account. They refer me to Getgo but to no avail.

I have a travel fund worth 966.54 and it expired yesterday. I received an email saying it is expring on May 23, 2022. I tried contacting Cebu Pacific for clarification and other options last week but to no avail. I know that it is small amount but it is sayang eh. It is really unfair especially to those clients who have no travel plans yet.

I was able to remove my add-ons by the help of the live agent on messenger. I just told them my issue and the baggage's that I don't need anymore, and they canceled it.

Whenever I clicked on the PAY NOW button it did not direct me to pay portal, instead nothing happens, I am still in the same page. My booking is missing but when I re-logged in, it showed again. However, I cannot manage my booking: * the button "Manage" is not working * the add on option redirects to the old website but the old website requires you to login even if you are already logged in -_- , tried other add on buttons in the new website but it only redirects to the booking page without doing anything * tried to rebook my flight, it redirects to the same page, no redirection to the next page, therefore i cannot proceed I have been in this cebu pacific nightmare since I used my travel fund, I paid in the airport twice my travel fund just to rebook my ticket and pay add on baggage.
