Guest : I did not receive my itirenary receipt in my email I already paid yesterday in LBC same here I paid thru my DC but I havent received any confirmation email 😔

Hi, I booked for 14 dvo-cebu flights. I made mistakes in entering my credit card info. After correcting them and clicking submit... I got a status of Payment Received. An error "Bookingwasmodified" occurred and no Itenirary was sent to me. I tried opening the Manage Booking but I cannot find my booking (I have no confirmation number)

I experienced this also last june. I wasn't able to get my ref num bec it showed that my cc was declined. But I called the bank and my account was deducted.until now i been calling cebu pacific hotline and email.. since the bdo is requesting for a copy of the said booking. pls. help me.

I wasn't able to get my ref num bec it showed that my cc was declined. But I called the bank and my account was deducted.
