Just spoke to CEBU PACIFIC Hotline Officer, as per officer, once this happens payment will not push through as confirmation of booking did not push through. Nothing to worry about, but if payment reflects on SOA Credit Card just call bank for reversal.

27 January 2018 : I purchased a ticket through online and paid at BDO bank airline payments when will i receive an email confirming my ticket. Probably, e-mail was incorrect duing the booking. You need to contact the seller with the dat a: date of flight + flight number + your name . Check your email box with the seller. Than, request to send the e-ticket to the correct email address.

Online booking site is NOT WORKING - not since at least 19 hours ago -- can get to the sight, specify origin and destination, dates, and then when hit SUBMIT hangs indefinitely (well, I quit every time after about 5 minutes with NO RESPONSE). Tried 9 times in past 19 hours, and same results. FInally downloaded app to phone (HATED TO DO THIS) but by now my travel costs are 3,400 pesos HIGHER than when I went to book yesterday. PRETTY CRAPPY WAY TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE TO TRAVEL, by keeping you from buying a cheap seat ahead of time!!!!! And .... phone app is very mediocre app .. not well done, somewhat buggy .... HATED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE OF THIS PURCHASE (and I am a normally rather happy traveler with CebuPacific) -- but this has been terrible AND EXPENSIVE!!!!!

However, when I went to the 711 kiosk, the reference number was not accepted, an invalid reference number or account number popped. My 24 hours is about to expire. Where do I get the correct reference number?
