Hi, I booked a flight Jan 2-16, 2022. Cebu Pacific cancelled the flight and I was notified via email with options to refund or travel fund. I refunded but it’s been a week and I haven’t receive my money yet. I did not receive any email confirmation of my refund too and when I try their portal for Manage Booking” it won’t recognise my booking reference Nos. Anyone in the same situation or been in one? Did you get the refund and how long was the wait? Thank you

Hi fellow travellers, for those with concerns about inconsistent travel fund expiration you can check it through their old website link: book.cebupacificair.com/Member/MyTravelF... if asked to login, just login the associated account and go to the same url it should list there the details of your travel fund where expiry date can be found which is more accurate than the one they provide during checkout
Hello. Super pass only applies to selected flights, selected routes, selected dates. You should find other dates with green CEB Super Pass logo beside the flight. The super pass is a scam of Cebu Pacific. It cannot be used on all flights. Not recommendable for use of passengers with required flight dates. Sorry. I have a problem. November 21 booked a return flight to Manila. Within 48 hours the flight was cancelled. Cebu have said different things in a variety of conversations when asked for a refund. Anything from nine months to one month to they don't know. It seems the flights cancelled are now reinstated but at cost of three times of the flight I purchased. This is a border line case of fraud. Furthermore the time taken to refund is a scam. Incidentally their website says refunds are processed 7 to 10 days. No one will accept responsibility and there is not a Government Department in Australia that has any authority to act. So that leaves Cebu Pacific to freely do as they please. My booking number reference EMJYB6B. Flight from Sydney to Manila 12.25pm January 4 for 2 passengers and return 1120pm February 4. HOW DO I GET A REFUND IN 7 TO 10 DAYS AS CEBU PACIFIC FALSELY DECLARE. I could go to TV Current Affairs program and expose their unacceptable con business. Best Regards Paul Clarke

Hi, we had this issue just recently: "ERROR: Sorry, we can't check you in yet because your booking has an outstanding balance. Please settle your balance to check into your flight." To anyone who is also experiencing this, you can try double checking your balance through "Manage Booking". We had already paid our initial booking fee, but somehow, we had an unsettled 112 pesos in our booking. After settling, that we were successfully able to check in. Hope this helps.

After getting all payment details, it got stuck in the loading page with a yellow airplane logo. After waiting for about 15-20 mins. I decide to close the app and restart in the hopes of going back to the same page. But to no avail, nothing. No reference number sent to my email or mobile number, but my card got CHARGED! It’s frustrating. Flight is on the 3rd of Dec, I already sent a feedback form but I know better than to wait for them cuz it takes the airline several days before even getting back to me. Based on the Statement of Account from Landbank i-access, a total of P4, 170.28 from the 3 transactions were recorded. However, the current balance states otherwise. Were you able to resolve this issue? I am also trying to use my Travel Fund to pay for a new booking, but it says it is EMPTY! I tried this on the mobile app and their website, and I get the same result. That chatbot isn't helping either. Please somebody, HELP!
I also have the same problem I have travel fund in my account and when I signed back in they said that the account is not in their system and when I try to reset my password they mail me on how I can reset my password but when I reset my password they said that my password did not meet their requirements. Apparently I tried different password and the passwords that I try are very hard and meet their requirements. Hope someone here also has the same situation as mine who can help me solve the problem their chat bot is useless.

I recently purchased a ticket for my husband and when it was time to pay using credit card, the page indicated ERROR so we thought everything didn't go through since there was no message of confirmation also. We successfully booked from ano ther airline and that is when they emailed us that the flight we booked from them was confirmed. Now we are trying to contact customer services and went to their main ticket counter at the airport, they inly referred us to their manila customer service. What kind of system and service is this, Cebpac??!

I booked a flight for my mom and since i have to change the inputs in the debit card details,i checked first the guest details to double check it then when I proceed to payment section it shows some add ons that I want to change but when I click the add on tab it just keeps on loading that's why i decided to just exit the entire tab of my booking. But after that, upon checking the travel voucher it says that it is already redeemed. Now when I go to manage booking it appears that the booking is closed due to process payment issue.
