Did cebu pacific air removed its payment option on remittance centers and convenience stores? Credit card and paypal are the only way left where i can manage my bookings.

I made an online booking at Cebu Pacific website today 27 May 2019. I used my credit card to pay and got an SMS from my bank that my credit card was charged for AED 621.87 for it. But the Booking reference I got is not working. It says it does not exist. Can you explain whats happening here???

How come that it charge to my account. I cannot retrieve my two June bookings. Every time I entered my booking reference numbers and Surname, the error says it does not exist or need getgo number. Those two bookings do not reflect in my getgo account. I can only see the one i booked this month. I booked those to flights on Nov 2018 and Feb 2019

Boydreamer : I booked my ticket last March 3 form CLARK to SG roundtrip, paid total amount 677.39SGD using my credidt card. After couple of days I noticEd in my card bill i was billed twice, 677.39 +677.39 on the same date! Called the customer service and keep on advising to send email to cebupaymentscenter@cebupacificair.com! After 4days no reply from them! Wtf kind of service! Everyday i follow no reply. Anyone experience the same? This happened to me aswell. First payment through paypal was declined so booked using credit card directly and then found out that both payments got through. I believe you got the wrong email there. Try cebpaymentcenter@cebupacificair.com Sent them an email on the 30th of April including a screenshot of my statement showing both payments and got a reply 4th of May confirming refund which, they said, would take about 10 working days. Will update if I get it back.
