I booked my destination last November 29, 2019 and paid my booking thru online using my GCASH ACCOUNT last November 30, 2019 amounting Php 4,318.26 plus charged fee of Php 8.00. I received an email from Cebu Pac same day after payment has made. I received my Itinerary and Official Receipt that serves a proof that my booking was confirmed already. But suddenly, GCASH message me today thru my phone (December 3) that my payment transaction from Cebu Pac was FAILED. So, I checked my balance in Gcash and saw that my payment Php 4,318.26 plus Php 8.00 was returned. I felt so sad about this co'z it's a promo fare. 😞 I called the Gcash hotline earlier and they told that Cebu Pac didn't accepting payment from Gcash already (i don't know that you do not accept gcash, besides i received Official Receipt coming from you and confirmed itinerary, so i thought it's already okay). What I did, is calling your hotline (said GCASH personnel) but no one answered, so that i'm here to talk to you about this matter. What am I going to do now on this? Exact same thing happened to me. O called Cebu Pacific and they assured me that it was already booked and confirmed. I called Gcash and they've raised a ticket and will update me once resolved. I even tried to process the payment but Gcash is not allowing it anymore and is prompting me that I have already paid it.

I cannot online check in on pages or app. Does anybody know how to do the check in ? The pages seems like not working. Thanks

Same! Got a text and the refund reflected at the same time. Called Gcash and the agent said it is not anymore within their scope. I have same problem. For some weeks I can't booking fly through their website or app on telephone (ERRROR 44). I had wrote on their hotline and they answered that know about problem and it will solved through some minutes. But in real after some days problem still stay. I wrote on hotline again to tell about it but now they not answer on my messages. Forced to buy an air flight through AirAsia

Hi, i am experiencing the same problem., i booked a one way ticket in cebe pac website, no confirmation and receip received but the air fare has been deducted from the cc i used in booking. The WORST experience I ever had with an airline booking, support team just don't care. I never seen this and will pay more for other flight instead to book something with wthem.

Guest : For so many days now unable to reach the booking environment on the website (444 error). Other browser, other wifi, 4G, nothing works. The helpdesk refuses to help, directing to the website which should be online. The app.. same thing.. cannot connect to server. What a horrible service, this is beyond the worst I ever experienced with any airline during only the booking proces. Same here

I paid my booking through paypal, Payment is confirmed and it less in my balance but the flight didnt book. I tried to call you guys, messaged you how mant times in your social media accounts. But only charlie the robot who keep talking to me in messenger. I work ao hard to book that ticket so that i can go to a better place and work there. But it end up i lost everything because of your service. I dispute it in Paypal now. I work for that money and i want a refund so I dicided to dispute it. Thats all thank you.

i MADE A BOOKING AT CEBUPACAIR.COM on Oct. 25, 2019 at 7:30pm bound from Manila to Sydney (one way) January 14, 2020 departure and it was confirmed that my booking was successful. I paid 20, 930 via credit card and it was deducted from my account. However, I did not get the booking reference no. and wasn't able to print said transaction. I cant retrieve it and when I checked on the section manage your booking, it states that "ERROR: The details you entered do not match an existing booking in our system. Please try again." I keep on trying but it showed the same message. How can I retrieve the ticket that I bought? I am already anxious because I dont have a copy of the ticket that I booked. Please guide and help us.
