This morning,after my crediit card payment got through for booking,there was no any confirmation email from Cebu.Furthermore,when I keyed in my booking reference in manage booking,it is telling no such booking reference!!( No result). I called my bank,they said payment got through to Cebu.Time for nightmare.
There’s an error on cebu pacific web site , my unpaid add ons baggage is not cancel it’s been two days . I double tap the add ons because of the problem of pay not working that’s why it’s double but now it’s already appear in my account why it’s not cancel I thought it will automatically cancel within 24 hours

Hi! I tried to redeem my cebu super pass a while ago then there was an error with the payment. So, I tried to rebook again but when I checked the voucher that I used was already redeemed. Huhuhu Eh I still haven't paid for it :( I can't click the option to use it because it's already in gray color. What to do?

Hi, I need help. I mistakenly added 2 baggage add-ons under my Aunt's name and 1 on mine. I'd like to keep the only add-on under mine. May magagawa ba ako to cancel it since the agent na nakausap ko said my request is declined raw. Magkakaroon ba ako ng problem sa boarding kapag hindi na settle ang payment sa add-ons which hindi ko naman gagamitin?

This must be an ongoing issue. It will not take me to a payment page. I’ve tried a dozen times, two different days. Chatted with a live human last night, after one hour, she couldn’t help telling me to refresh browsers etc. Used 3 different computers, 3 diff browsers.. nope. She said “go to the airport 4 hours before your flight and pay in cash but there’s a fee” Wow!

I live in Netherlands and our internet is super fast so that is not the problem. Yes I live in the netherlands as well .. same problem. I have given up on booking a ticket. I wasted so many hours so far .. Even i my dreams I see yellow airplanes circling an error message. I have send some complaints to the customer service, they will contact the IT department. Good day! i was trying to reach cebu pacific thru given telephone number, but nobody answer or unavailable. i would like to cancel or change the time of my confirm booking.
I was able at least to book a flight for myself, using my credit from previously cancelled flight. But all trials to book additional ticket for my companions, are without success until now. Keep in mind, there is promo running until today. I'm wondering if their booking system will work again perfectly tomorrow, for the regular higher prices. Anyway, CebuPacific can be proud to have recently the worst website of all airlines I know. The guys who are responsible for the website there, should urgently look for another job, maybe as "porter" or something similar..

Impossible to make a booking for 3 or 4 pax. After selecting flights and entering all passenger date you keep hanging on the add-on page. If you book 1 passenger, the add-ons appear with a menu preselected. After removing the food selection, it's still added in the price. confirmed, not working at all, chatbot also not working, only automated anwers, managed to book one flight after hours of trying, still missing my 3 family members and cant step over ADD ON page. Have to retype again and again the passenger data Tried one by one but always hanging. Worst booking system ever.

I have 2 bookings. 1st > successful booking with reference number from cebpac (confirmed), paid but no text confirmation from credit card company 2nd> no booking confirmation from cebpac, paid and received text confirmation from cr. card company maayos naman siguro to? baka dahil maraming nagbobook these days... Nakatawag ako sa hotline, yung SG hotline no. Nacheck nila na voided yung payment, for payment verification pa within 48hrs. If may payment daw na pumasok, i-rereinstate nila booking w/c is my choice naman. If no payment received, tayo na magccoordinate sa credit card bank for reversal charge. They gave me my booking reference para easier sa pag locate ng query ko. Call din siguro kayo, I waited 45mins bago nasagot ng agent. Patience is the key din. Okay. I followed up. Unfortunately, wala talagang nabook. walang payment na pumasok. so tayo makipag coordinate kay bank to reverse the payment. Ayun, magbobook ulit ako tonight. Sana successful. Hello again, I am all good now. Checked with the credit card company, charge was automatically reversed. Tried re-booking, and it worked. My flights are confirmed. God bless!

Hi everyone, the cebpac page has been idle so if you haven't get any booking confirmation from them here's what you should do (it works for me). Go to Manage Booking in Ceb Pac page. Enter your surname and click the "Don't have your booking reference number?", it'll redirect you to the guest details website. Log in your details such as fullname, birthdate, flight details (from and to, departure date) then cick continue... and you'll see your itinerary! PS. If you still can't find your itinerary that means your transaction didn't get through.

Same here, I booked today - 28 Mar around 6:54 pm PH time, payment was deducted already and otp processed. UNTIL NOW NO CONFIRMATION MAIL & RECEIPTS.THIS IS TOTALLY * SERVICE, you will offer a promotion and let the people suffer for you poor IT and customer support services, no CALLS only a time consuming que for the LIVE AGENTS. IMAGINE 3 hours waiting for a freak agent, why do we need to suffer? HOW CAN WE GET the email confirmation its hassle coz its an international flight. Same issue. Used my credit card for Cebupac booking. The card deducted the booking fee but was not able to get any booking reference number. Tried to retrieve it by using my booking details but no booking was created in the system.
