Guest : I booked last Saturday January 19 and now is January 21 2019 , I have not received any confirmation number or booking number from cebu pacific in my mail after I paid using my credit card online. Been calling cebu pac hotline numbers but cannot be reached or out of order.. Can anyone help pls. We are having the same problem. What's happening with Cebu Pacific?

If i did not recieve confirmation because the server says i have to check with my bank and i did not cancel my booking , does it automatically be cancelled?

I booked a flight from Manila to Taipei RT and it was approved but I rebooked the Taipei to Manila route because i want a later time to get home, but the credit card got declined for the rebooked. Is my 1st approved flight already cancelled? I wish to not pay with the amount due of 14,100 but will proceed to the 1st approved flight schedule. And lastly, what does confirmed with payment due means? Thank you.

Guest : I faced the same problem,i put the wrong email address that is why i cannot see my itinerary , it took me 2days to solve this problem, try this one go to manage booking down the surname u can see dont have booking reference number and enter the data needed and they will givr u ur booking reference number i hope it helps Can somebody knows how can i see my confirmed booking in hotel via cebupac

Want to pay process my payment using DEBIT-BDO card but I'm getting this error. "ERROR: Sorry, there was an error while we process your payment. Please try again or try a different form of payment." My account do have enough balance, wondering why this error shows up.

I also have not received my itinerary which I have booked on December 15, 2018. My flight is already on the 26th and I do not have any confirmed info about my flight but my payment has already been confirmed when I booked. Can someone help me with this?

Why can't I book for an 11 year old child? Their selections are adult (12+ years), child (2-10 years), infant (under 2 years). Tried booking under adult and under child but her birth year won't show up.

Hey everyone, I recently faced the similar problem - I made three reservations in december (online flight booking) and everything went fine. I saved the itinerary after payment including booking reference. I noticed that the payments left my account bud after circa 5 minutes were back. No e-mail confirmation and I was not able to retrieve booking on Cebu website. I contacted them and they told me, that all bookings are not confirmed because my credit card breached certain safety parameters in the screening tool used by their company in evaluating all credit card payment transactions in their system. So basically I have to try another card or maybe try to book via some other website like kiwi.com. Cheers

Jose : Hi guys, encountered this problem awhile ago. It seems that you need to log-in your Ceb GetGo account if you have an existing one. (Use the email address that you used for booking your ticket) Then add the booking reference number once you log-in under Manage Bookings. Not sure though for others that don't have GetGo accounts if they need to create a new one. Hope this helps. Cheers Na try ko na po. Ataw talaga.
