Riann Gayle Alfonso : Hello i booked ticket today may confirmation number na ako, then until now i can’t receive itenerary tapos when i check thru manage booking ang status ng flight is closed. What does this mean? Pero it was deducted on my Acct. What happened to your booking? I’ve experienced the same.

Hi. I am trying to book a flight from Manila to Cebu on Cebu Pacific's website. Once I have selected the flight and put in my details a "Booking Summary" messaage appears on the screen giving me a breakdown of the costs but it will not allow me to proceed to the payments section of the transaction. Thus I cannot complete the booking. I have tried to book several times but this message blocks me each time. I tried booking in both Chrome and Firefox. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

Mildred : I was about to book my boss's plane ticket for July 2 and 4. during the payment process and error occurred. per payment transaction history the status is received but there was no order reference. I verified from Cebu Pacific local booking office. It was verified that there was no booking for my boss. I verified from the bank if the transaction reflected but they informed me that i should verify it online. Per verification of my boss the transactions reflected are only until July 13. transactions thereafter were not yet posted...may i be clarified on what should i do since i really need to book my boss for his flight.. I had confirmed booking using my get go points, with payment due ( balance). When i went back to pay it days later, I couldn't access the reference number anymore (051107131333). What happens to my get go points? It's already deducted so am back to 0 points.

Guest : I chose to settle my balance thru payment centers because I used my travel fund. But when I went to 7/11 my reference number was declined. I wasn't able to pay the remaining balance. The status of my booking up until now after 6 days is, CONFIRMED with Payment due. Now I cannot settle it even online or get another reference number. What should I do?

In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airport / other document in attcahment. Requests on refund must produce (1) full name (2) reservation (3) eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be given within 48-144 days by free staff. Hi. I booked my flight last December 2017. Yesterday, May 10, 2018, i added a prepaid baggage allowance thru Manage Booking tab. I chose the 24 hour via payment center, and now I won’t be able to pay for the add on. Will mg booking be cancelled if I fail to pay for the add on that I just added yesterday?

Good evening. I tried to pay my booking using my credit cards, but it always say “nsk:exception:outofrange” i used 2 credit cards and it says the same thing. I always patronise ur airline and not being able to pay online is really a huge hassle for me. pls enlighten me on how to address this problem

I suggest that you pay it in SM bills payment as it happened to me twice that the booking reference showing invalid. Experience the same thing tonight. The payment history says received but it was indicated that there was an error 1018. I haven't receive any emails right now. Cebu Pacific Online Booking is very bad system, I will not retry to book here, many years I am doing online bookings to them but now it is really bad. I booked today with my family and other add ins, I add my CC details and submit and came back as "error". But they charge to my CC. Until no I did not receive any confirmation in my email and on "manage booking" is nothing, this is really out of standard type of systems. Very Bad. I will not fly again to Cebu Pacific

i have the same case with ms. alfonso. I just booked a flight just know. the statement was " We are unable to process your payment and your booking has been cancelled. Kindly book again and pay using a different credit card or other available forms of payment. You may also contact our Call Center at 7020-888 for assistance." however the flight status was CANCELLED but my payment has confirmed. Pls Help me with this. sayang naman ung money
