I just paid today in BDO. I went to robinsons, sm, cebuana and western but they dont accept my reference number. They can only process 12 digits, mine is 14 digits. Luckily, BDO accepted it. But until now I havent received any confirmation yet. please do send me @ hazeldawn23@gmailcom.

Never book online - I tried and although the transaction was canceled during the booking process by their software .....my payment was not !!!! This payment was never refunded !

Last January 13, 2017, I booked online in Cebu Pacific from Manila to Singapore in cash, but when I'm in the last part of details, the confirmation, the site suddenly turned into website error or cannot be found so I repeat the booking once gain and when I'm in the final confirmation, the site said I have a duplicate booking so I guess my first booking is counted already so I pay the at bayad center in cash amd cebu pacific emailed me the my booking is confirmed. But when Im trying to go to cebu pacific website and checking my manage booking, I input my reference number but then when I click continue, there was an error. It didint gave me my itinerary. hussle,hussle in taking this airlline. always cancelled and delayed. i had a very bad day when i lost may handcarry bag with w/ valuebles inside when it pass thru the x-ray machine.Not all passenger are aware that the old domestic airport is now NAIA 4, it should be indicated in the ticket that it was the former domestic airport. that were my problem when we to transfer for NAIA 3 t 4. I will not take this airline again, i rather take bus even will take 12 hours,at least its all weather and you will reach you destination , no hussle in checking in
