I can't manage my booking, It says that my booking reference doesn't exist. But I already have my itinerary. And then there's a post that there will be no flight to macau because of the coronola virus. What will I do? My flight is on February 7.

How can we contact cebpac with a real person? I booked a flight and paid it via paymaya. Received the receipt and itenerary yeaterday. But today I received an email saying my booking was cancelled since I did not pay the required amount! What's happening cebpac! You are scamming so many people! and you are so hard to contact! Can anyone tell me if you have experienced the same issue? Thanks!

I booked for a flight last jan 24 for singapore to clark trip on feb 15 together with my 2 companions. My account was already charge but i dont received booking confirmation/ ticket till now. I already send message thru your fb account to email me the ticket but none as of the moment. Pls send me the ticket asap. Tnx

Guest : What does a code 444 for a cebu pacific booking mean? 444 Error Code is caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files in the CRAPPY) Cebu Pacific's operating system! Nothing in the Philippines works the way it should and does in the 'real world.' Cheap money-hungry companies care little about customer service but are penny-wise but dome-foolish!!

Hello Cebu Pacific, I booked yesterday for my husband Bacolod to Manila... my status is pending... I check today my booking disappears and haven’t screenshot my reference number, I check my bank and it was not charge.. so I book again today with a different cc.. and again the status is pending... something wrong with your system? I don’t want to be charge twice!.. now I check my get go account to check the status of my booking, it disappears again for the 2nd time.. Please fix your system or notify if your system is under maintenance.

I booked tickets for two last January 16, 2020 and they charged DOUBLE PAYMENT to my VISA card, and they keep on denying that they only captured one payment. So irresponsible of Cebu Pacific. My advice to other, don't use often your visa card in booking. This has already happened to me twice.

Same thing happened to me. I also experienced this issue last friday January 17, I paid via Gcash and no itinerary details were sent to my email. Checked the status of my booking details says status is “Booking is Closed” and my payment did not go thru but it was successfully paid via gcash and has been deducted in my account. :(

How can i check if the booking is confirmed? I already entered the cc details and OTP then the site redirected me on the homepage. I tried to check my email but confirmed itinerary to no avail. Anyone from cebpac can confirm if it was booked and charged on my cc?

I already paid my ticket in 7/11 but haven't received any email from them. I don't have an itinerary. Please help me. I booked my flight last January 18, 2020 and paid it on January 19, 2020. Until today I havent received any email from them confirming my payment.

We just experienced the same problem. We placed our credit card details and the OTP and the page just directed us to the homepage (i.e. booking page). I tried to retrieve the book: input name, birthday, flight and date. When we found the booking in indicated that our booking was "unpaid". We tried again with our credit card and later on showed "default". We can no longer manage our booking.

I cannot book any flights on Cebu Pacific. After I input the OTP, it redirects back to the homepage. I tried using debit card and cc but still no progress. When I tried to choose the payment center option, the error page shows. Idk how to be able to book a flight

Has this been resolved already? I also just experienced this now. What did you do? Guest : Hi, I booked a ticket using my getgo points and opted to pay the balance through payment centers but I missed the 24 hours allowance and made payment through my credit card but it was declined twice, I also pay through paypal and debit card but it was also declined. How am i going to pay for my balance? My flight is on January 8, 2020. Please help!

I called both paypal and cebupac for my cancelled transaction, paypal can't issue a refund because cebupac didn't confirm the cancellation. they charged me three times (¥130000 in total). cebupac is telling me that they will give the refund after 2 to 3 months to paypal. paypal on the other hand wanted confirmation from cebupac and they will issue a refund after 10 days. what should i do??

same issue. how did you resolve it? carol : I booked my ticket Via Credit card . After a couple days I received my SOA/Billing I notice that you charge me 4 times . But actually, One (1) I proceed to payment the three booking no OTP. How come that it charge to my account. As you notice, The same Information with Different date Because, Ive Tried to book but the System appear the message " hand tight" then try again, how come you deduct it to my Credit card. Im trying to Refund and submitted on aparil 29, 2019 on the Cebu Pacific Website. But until Now no response or No money return it back To me . Please Help me to Return back . it will already be reflected on your passport so no need to worry if you don't have any itinerary ticket to bring. i hope u put ut passport details when u booked Guest : Guest : i MADE A BOOKING AT CEBUPACAIR.COM on Oct. 25, 2019 at 7:30pm bound from Manila to Sydney (one way) January 14, 2020 departure and it was confirmed that my booking was successful. I paid 20, 930 via credit card and it was deducted from my account. However, I did not get the booking reference no. and wasn't able to print said transaction. I cant retrieve it and when I checked on the section manage your booking, it states that "ERROR: The details you entered do not match an existing booking in our system. Please try again." I keep on trying but it showed the same message. How can I retrieve the ticket that I bought? I am already anxious because I dont have a copy of the ticket that I booked. Please guide and help us. Need your response at once. Thank you Is this problem solved???

you can pay it directly in the airport on the day of your flighy that happened to me before.
