I booked a ticket for my brother today around 12:30am. Upon submitting the info as well as the payment it says decline yet i received a message that the amount for the ticket was already deducted on my card but i haven't received any confirmation on my email. What shall i do with this?? Any contact detail to reach about this problem?? Guest : Carla : Hi . But when I went to atm machine I remembered that there was 5k in my bank account and when I checked it took me surprised when my money was deducted and the money left there is 2,400+ only. I don't know where does my money go :( pls help me regarding this problem 😭😭 hi similar to what happened to me. any luck? Have you received a confirmation of the flight in your email or not??

Hi All... i used my credit card to book return tickets for my friends crkhkg 2adt/2chd. the amount was deducted from my card but they received an email that the status is "confirmed with amount due" so being based outside the Philippines i had had sent them required docs (from page of my credit card, passport copy, driving license, autorisation letter etc. ) to ensure that they will not get on hold at the check in counter. the day they have to fly to HKG unfortunately, they still required to pay cash for them to get in the flight ( so they paid cash). i called my bank and asked why they hold the amount for the ticket and i was advised that the merchant has cleared the amount a day before their departure date. so my friends paid cash and CEBU PAC took the amount from my creditcard and the counter at CRK airport not able to help them to get a reimbursement. Can anybody please assist me how to claim the other payment preferably the amount that they took from my credit card. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I also have the same problem just today. Cebu pacific told me to wait within 24 hours for their reply. What remedy did you receive from this problem? Did you get a refund or free rebooking? Iya : Hi! I booked roundtrip MNL-DPS on March 2 for June 2019 2pax. I was given 24hrs to settle the balance but I forgot to pay it. I remember it when I was at work and it was almost 12midnight so my friend allowed me to use his credit card. Booking is confirmed on the App but I never got an email confirmation. Hi Iya, when you paid your bookings there must have been a booking reference number. If you secured a copy of it, check on their website: book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve ... Enter the booking number and your last name (if your the traveller). I'm just a customer as well trying to help out. Let me know if that works. I also have the same problem here but since we made the transaction late at night I have to wait the next morning to process the payment, since bpi debit card is not applicable for online banking most esp for flight booking.

Hi i just booked my flight this day (march 8,2019 around 10pm)and I paid it right after I booked my flight but when I tried to check status in manage booking it keep saying 'snap out! Try again later. So I tried many times but the same thing happen.

Hi! I booked a ticket online for my sister. I paid thru online banking. Your portal says that the transaction is declined. I tried to do it again. Same thing happened. Then, when I checked for the booking, it is already cancelled. When I checked my account, the transaction is successful and you deducted the amount twice. How can I refund the money that I paid?

I type yes while I opted to Pay Now option, paying an additional buggage allowance I have a confirmed booking and suddenly My booking was closed due to error in my payment they cannot process the payment thru my bpi debit card account I’m a bit bothered since I need to pay a new payment using another CC no option for A Payment Center? How come my already paid with receipt confirmed booking was cancelled? Pls enlighten me thank you anyone experience this kind of dillema?

I tried booking from manila to Australia Melbourne, I am paying thru credit card namely EASTWEST and Metrobank and both are declined though I have enough balance to push thru the transacation. Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi, i got a error mesage while booking. No OTP was sent to me so i did not push through with the booking. Upon checking the booking pushed through and payment was already posted in my CC though i did not input any OTP. How do I cancel this transaction. Please help. Already made other plans since i thought the booking did not puah through.

I tried to open the site(manage booking) and found out that it is confirmed but there is 399 amount that i still need fo pay... How is it happened? Paid my booking thru Bdo online but after 5hours it was still onhold. Checked it again befor midnight but the booking cannot be found already. Can someone help me how to fix it? Already sent DM to cebpac twitter/Fb and called their hotline but no answer. Thanks in advance.

Guest : I’m having exactly the same issue. But I got my booking confirmed by using a different payment method (thru 7/11). But I have another problem. What happens if I lost the receipt given to me by 7/11? Guest : I would like to book ticket by using credit card but fail even it is authorized and shows booking is close "Your booking has been cancelled because we are unable to process your payment. The total amount charged will be automatically reversed to your account." As long as you have your booking reference number that is working, i see no problem even if you lost your 7/11 reciept. My problem was that the reference number i was given online was not "working".

I contacted cebu pacific payment center about my concern. And last Feb 15 they told me that they already sent it. But I checked my email still there's no itinerary on my inbox . I checked every email I received on that said date but no itinerary. My quest is still on .Lolz I asked them if they could send it again . still hopeful they could solve it now.

Ari : So when i was about to submit my booked flight the system goes wrong. Can i still avail the flight? I also placed the payment method which is the payment center. Pls help. Thank you If you use gmail account check your spam folder. It happened to me than cebu pacific email confirmation was in gmail spam folder
