Hi! Have you atleast able to screen shot the booking confirmation? If so, you may check the status of your flight through Manage Booking option on their app or website. Just enter the booking reference number and your last name. Hope this helps. God bless

I have flight on July 21, and return is July 27, but due to pandemic, I decided not topush through, Website cannot convert to travel fund, I do not know how to contact cebupac via phone, will it be automatically converted to travel fund or do i have to call them, if I need to, how do i contact them?

Geli : Hi, what shall I do if I am trying to refund the cancelled booking thru cebu pacific but it always shows ERROR when I am doing the refund!!! The flight was scheduled July 15 so I need to apply for refund asap!I'm having the same issue. I was trying to convert my ticket to travel fund but it gives me an error message. Really frustrating.

Why do you still book at this company? Mine was more than 50k pesos and still not refunded for more than a year now. I think they just use the money for themselves. No government even try to check on this airline. What a shame.

Hello, I have booked my ticket yesterday and it payment was debited to my bank but I haven't received any email confirmation or flight details. I have been calling their hotline number and it's always busy. Why has it been deducted from my bank if it's hasn't been booked officially? My flight schedule is supposed to be next week. Grrr...

We were advised to check manage booking to see our flight status and it requires us to give booking reference - IDONT HAVE THIS. One way to check flight status if no reference is to put the guest details and upong enterijg the details, the statment was "We didnt find any booking...." Question: Is it really valid? Hi. My boyfriend rebooked his ticket. Due to the holiday, payment centers are not available. He paid the balance thru paypal. But, the payment states it was "pending". Just want to ask how can we solve this? It was our first time trying paypal payment options.

Same question ☹ Guest : Hi. I tried to add a 20kg baggage on my confirmed flight but I wasn’t able to pay it in time. Will it be automatically cancelled after a week from the time of booking? Because it says on my itinenary that i still have a payment due, when in fact,I was just told to pay for it 8hrs from the time of changes made.

Our original flights were last year (2020). Covid happened so our flights were converted to Travel Fund. We rebooked 2021. Then again, flights were cancelled due to Covid Surge. I am asking Cebu pacific to refund our flights. We have unused flights for 2020 amounting to Php 150k++. Cebu Pacific tells us it's non refundable. Something which wasn't used must be given back to us.

I've been emailing cebpac customer service but I just got 1 response, after that I didnt get any. I requested to cancel my flight to Bacolod from Manila (v/v) due to new travel policy of IATF effective March 23 and my flight supposed to be was March 25. Booking reference no. is GG12MW. I never got any refund for all of the domestic flights supposedly June 2020 for 11 of my family vacationing from Los Angeles. I don’t think these stupid, scam airlines will ever give our money back. I did not our purchase any of their stupid non refundable promo fares. Theres never anyone to talk to. All they send is tgat stupid update signed by their stupid exec Glen Ong that yhey are “80% done” refunding. That is a huge lie. Their stupid and useless government is currently so busy getting vaccines from China and cannot help with customers getting scammed by these airlines. My last and inly straw is fling for a fraud and dispute case with the credit card I used based in the US if you paid cash or used other Philippine based form of payments- goodluck. It's been a week and still no response or refund from Cebu Pacific on my email. PayMaya hasn't responded too. No one answers from their hotline. Guest : How can we contact cebpac with a real person? I booked a flight and paid it via paymaya. Received the receipt and itenerary yeaterday. But today I received an email saying my booking was cancelled since I did not pay the required amount! What's happening cebpac! You are scamming so many people! and you are so hard to contact! Can anyone tell me if you have experienced the same issue? Thanks!

I cancelled in April 2020 and sometimes they say oh it was reversed in August 2020 and sometimes they just say It is with the refund team. They are literally never going to give it back there must be something we can do or civil aviation authority who can do something??
