No one answered me. I bought two tickets for PHP 3592 and I have nothing. I will try a chargeback with my bank for the undelivered service. But that's probably the last option. They are thieves. Does anyone have any positive news? :-)

I contacted them and they told me that they can't give me back the original booking and we need to pay the rebooking fee as per airlines policy. Completely UNFAIR AND SCAM!!! Worst airline ever!!!!

Guys, we went to Cebu Pac office in Paranaque. They were able to resolve it and I got our confirmation email and itinerary. They really did not have any contact info and the chat bot is useless.
I book a ticket directly on cebu pacific online at 5pm yesterday after i put the code that i received to process the payment in Visa payment, directly its go back to maim home page without informing that my booking has been processed then the payment money was directly cut on my bank card and until now i didn't receive any confirmation email on my booking
Last night I made a booking as well and payment was processed. I had not received an email confirmation. It took 4hrs to get through to speak to an agent just to be advised they cancelled the booking, even though they have taken payment for it. I'm currently in dispute to get it reinstated, they told me a team who verifies payment will have to investigate before they can reinstate anything. I told them I can send through proof of payment, she said no they will wait for the verification team to respond. I contacted my bank they said if Cebu Pacific does not reinstate my flights they will dispute the charges deducted from my account.

I have the same problem was trying to rebook my flight,I didn’t even hit submit for the payment then all of a sudden I have a pending amount. Tried contacting the airlines using the chat box which by the way not useful until I waited for the live agent. Unfortunately they said to wait for their emails but didn’t received any yet. Like all I want is to cancel that pending amount and the app does not even have a cancel button for that.

I booked using credit card. The first transaction was unsuccessful (I received email from Cebu Pacific) so I had to process the booking again and then the booking was confirmed. But two/double transactions reflected on my account!! CebPac doesn't have customer service hotline (whyy??) and the chatbot is useless so this is becoming a hassle!

I just booked tickets to Singapore but i did not get a confirmation page and email but credit card was charged.. no itinerary, no reference number.

We did not receive our itinerary ticket after payment. I put the email jennydcbarbosa.jb@gmail.com but I did jot receive any from Cebu Pacific.
