She (Anne) didn't respond to my request for refund. She didn't even check the images I've attached on the email

So I canceled it, and now I can't access my booking anymore. There was no notification, no refund, no response. I can't contact them either. Really stressed about this! Never again.

I sent this email the moment I confirmed the booking. Hello! When I rechecked my itinerary, I noticed that I (with other 4people) booked the 13th of October going back to Cebu from Puerto Princesa instead of September 12th. My computer was quite lagged and I was confident that I booked the correct dates. Yet, it seemed that I overlooked our desired dates. Guest : We just experienced the same problem. We placed our credit card details and the OTP and the page just directed us to the homepage (i.e. booking page). I tried to retrieve the book: input name, birthday, flight and date. When we found the booking in indicated that our booking was "unpaid". We tried again with our credit card and later on showed "default". We can no longer manage our booking. hello is this already resolved? I also experienced this

I booked my flight last January 18, 2020 and paid it on January 19, 2020. Until today I havent received any email from them confirming my payment.
