Can not log inon the app or site. Password change does not work. No link in my inbox . Want to change luggage. How difficult can this be?

Had same problem with Cebu Pacific. Can’t log in and linked my account to Go Rewards, which have made it worse. The solutions I got from Cebu Pacific were: clear cache, use incognito, use a good password. Last one was funny considering the Cebu Pacific website accepted my password from March 2022 until December. I have contacted cab.gov.ph/online-passenger-complaint-fo... since Cebu Pacific solutions were not working. Getting a better response from logging a complaint. Thanks to the person who posted that link earlier.

Same thing happened to me today. I tried reaching out to cebpac they said they will check it and email me in 24-48 hrs. Guest : Hello I have booked a flight awhile ago and paid via credit card. I did not receive any email or booking information after that. And then when I check the details in Cebu Pacific app at website. My flight details disappeared.

Guest : Today is December 29, 2022. Cebu Pacific website not working again. The service of the airline is disaster, pathetic, wretched, dismal....and is January 11th and the website opened...text is funny. PHP. That was it.

bad services, no calling possible by problems, and permamently rebookings without to ask me if I can accept rebookings. If my international flight is 6pm, they rebooked me Tacloban Manila also 6pm? How smart is this? I want my flight, because I paid for this flight. And THIS flight and not an half an day later!

We have already an itinerary this coming January 22 but we decided to rebook our flight to 23 but then there is another payment and we don't have enough money anymore to pay for it. We just try our plan to rebook for another day but sad to say we cannot do it anymore how can we cancel the flight? Please help us we are all 4 and we're all just students

Jene Mae : Please help who has the same problem like me 😭 my problem is I booked a flight from manila to davao on November 9, 2022 but unfortunately I didn’t received any email or confirmation if it is successfully booked because my screen just turn white and sad to say my money from Bdo account was deducted amounting to 1510.40. I already check and manage booking and fill up some details but it does not exist and i dont received any reference number. 😭 please help hi i have the same problem, how dd they fix it? I have the same problem. I already confirmed my booking details and was directed to the payment page. The payment page tells me to return to booking summary and try again. But when I try to return to booking summary, I'm redirected to their home page. It said that all the details will be irreversible once I proceed to payment. What happens now?

Payment page won't load. Been trying for 1 day now and get the same error. Tried different phones, apps; updating my iPhone IOS, Samsung, laptop, desktops, chrome etc. after contact and click proceed to payment just give an error it can't be loaded with the booking number. Tried multiple booking and the price is constantly Increasing. Spoke to agents who seem like they don't have any power or ideas. Even offered if they could hold the booking and go the payment center on Xmas, which is a payment option on their website but said they can't hold the booking for that long and there is no phone line to call and pay. No backup method to pay. Only try again later??? What a joke!

Cebu Pacific is a nightmare! Completely corrupt and fraudulent payment system online. I tried to add on baggage of $20kg, it came to SGD $223 which is more than a third of the entire flight. ridiculous. The change/payment was then added to my flight which I did not approve or pay for and now they are saying I can not remove “change”. I’ve spent 4 hrs on their FB messenger and they’re saying I have to pay for the change. But I don’t want the change / add ons because the price is outrageous and there is no where to delete this absurdity.

To everyone having trouble with Cebu Pacific, ridiculous policies, system error that they are trying to cover and make us pay, please lodge a complaint at CAB cab.gov.ph/online-passenger-complaint-fo... It works, and will probably work better if we all lodge complaint. I have heard alot of success stories where this airline wouldn't budge on clearly, their own fault and not give customers their money or rebooking, but after CAB intervention, where successfully reversed and acted quickly SO PLEASE, LET US file complaints so that CAB notices the unfair policy of this airline My rebooking was wrong and turned roundtrip flight on the same day, but I clearly saw and remember putting the correct date. I did not agree to pay it but they locked my booking until I paid rebooking fee. If I pay, only will I be able to CHANGE MY FLIGHT, AND PAY ANOTHER REBOOKING Fee. Ridiculous

Cebu Pacific Air suddenly reschedule my PPS-MNL flight to later time which crash with their own connecting flight MNL-KUL. I want to do the rebooking but this flight is not available anymore in any other date. Did anyone facing this kind of issue before?

Their website booking system is the most terrible i have encountered. No matter how many times I tried to book. It clears all my flight selection and redirect me to the homepage. Most of the time, their flight search form cannot be seen. It just disappeared.

WEBSITE BOOKING PROBLEMS!!!! 4 days trying to book a flight from Bangkok to Manila and return, with VPN On and Off, adding an account with all information, adding passport info then removing it, I even tried using the google flights path. I've been booking flights for 35 years around the world and this is the worse site ever!!!! Ps. I'm using laptop MS with google chrome.

I cannot log in to my account. How can i rebook my flight? Everytime i will try to log in, it will say that i need to lig in to my gorewards apps? But there is no rebooking in that said apps, only booking.😡😡😡

I found that the app only works when I set my VPN to the Phillippines. Any other location and it wont load the weppage. It sucks .

Same happened to me. Couldn't rebook flight. Went to Cebu office and was told that the fee for rebooking more than new flight. Cebu Pacific sucks!

KA : Help! I tried to check if I how much I will pay if I rebook my existing flight earlier than the orig. Date. And I accidentally confirm it. Now I cant change it cos I have to pay.
