I am so worried as I booked a flight for 9 person. It was deducted on the credit card but I haven’t received any emails yet. Is there somewhere we can go for physical complaint?
Rebooked a flight but i failed to pay within 8hrs. I tried rebooking again but it says "settle your payment due first" so i payed with debit card but it got declined and nothing got deducted on me. My flight details says "confirmed with payment due". if i pay the balance will my rebooked schedule still push through or do i have to pay it before i can rebook again?

I encountered the same problems mentioned below. I made and paid the booking finally and after several days try. But I haven't received any email from Cebu Pacific as confirmation. I didn't receive any electronic itinerary. This is totally unexpected and unacceptable.

Hello po, I booked a flight in Cebu Pacific and payed it through Travel fund and Gcash (Because my travel fund was not enough). The payment for Gcash was approved but my travel fund was declined. The status in the booking details is "CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT DUE " the same amount with my travel fund. I tried it multiple times but still is being declined. Can somebody enlighten me in this matter. And where can I get in touch with them? is there any customer service email or contact information?
Its really crazy get a refund for a changed flight from Cebu Pacific. They moved my flight from 25.2.22 to 4.03.22 and thats not possible for me. So I tried get a refund, but the web side is not connected to the server, so it impossible for me change that flight or get a refund. Contact is not possible too. Hear me. I booked 2 different flights. First, i booked it under my mom’s name. The second one is under my sister’s name. Now, after the payment, it shows that i paid for 11k instead of just 3k for my sister’s ticket (i used my travel fund). So i asked one of my friends at cebupac and based on the history, the charge was for the change name. IN THE FIRST PLACE, I DIDN’T CHANGE ANYTHING BECAUSE HOW CAN I WHEN I CANT DO SUCH THING BECAUSE OF MY BUNDLE AND I HAVEN’T CLICKED ANYTHING FOR IT TO CHANGE OR EVEN A REQUEST. What a * . How did that even happen? I booked it in different tabs so there’s no way that i requested for a change name. This is too much hassle for me! And so stressful!!

Good day! I am trying to use my travel fund balance for a cancelled flight, for the reason that I have to use it for another booking. However the balance is not enough so it tried using my e-wallet (paymaya) but it is trying to charge me of the same amount of booking, as if I don't have a travel fund balance!
