So when i was about to submit my booked flight the system goes wrong. Can i still avail the flight? I also placed the payment method which is the payment center. I need a response as soon as possible. Since the passenger is a PWD.

Hi I booked tickets Feb.11 2019 and paid through Bayad center today Feb 12. But I did not receive my itinerary on my email. I also checked the status of my booking and it is still on hold. Hi! How did you pay for your booking? Since all I know that if you pay thru 7/11 you can contact ECPay because they experienced transaction delayed. Hello! I had the same concern but fortunately I was able to received my itinerary confirmation just now. To those who paid thru 7/11, you can send a message to ECPay (Im not sure if it is also applicable to other payment centers) . Send them your concern and a copy of your receipt. I booked last friday and I got received it now. And please be kind to the customer service and be patient. Thank you

I tried paying thru Debit card now, but even though I still have time to pay because it says 24hours. My Booking reference number isn't available or cant be found anymore it says NO BOOKINGS MADE. I thought I am given 24hrs?

Hi, was this resolved? I have the same problem right now. Carl : I booked a flight from Manila to Taipei RT and it was approved but I rebooked the Taipei to Manila route because i want a later time to get home, but the credit card got declined for the rebooked. Is my 1st approved flight already cancelled? I wish to not pay with the amount due of 14,100 but will proceed to the 1st approved flight schedule. And lastly, what does confirmed with payment due means? Thank you.

I got the same error several times when making my booking online cebpac website. I paid through paypal bit no email confirmation received. I verified with tje use of my reference number but error says the same"not authorised to view.

It seemed like I was charged twice for my booking for 3 flights with Cebu Pacific Air using online card payment with LandBank Savings account through Mastercard /VISA. Last January 29, 2019, between 12:30 to 2:00 am, I booked 3 (three) One way flights: 1. Legazpi to Manila Wednesday 24 July 2019 ,2020 H (8:20PM) Legazpi Airport to Wednesday 24 July 2019 , 2135 H (9:35PM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City Total amount: 1, 366.76 2. Manila to Legazpi Thursday 13 June 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Thursday 13 June 2019 ,0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 3. Manila to Legazpi Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 TOTAL: 4,170.28 This was during the January 27-29, 2019 Sale Period for Travel Period June 1-Dec 31, 2019. ASC Ref C022I012419C. All transactions were successful and I was sent the Itinerary Receipts thru my e-mail along with the Official Receipts (the screenshots of which are included in this letter and the documents attached to this e-mail). However the Official receipts for July 24 and July 30 flight indicated ERROR. All of the transactions were charged to my LandBank Savings account through Matercard/VISA payment. Today, January 31, 2019, at 4:00 PM, as I was checking my balance for the said account, I noticed that my current balance is only P 13,337.95 instead of P 17, 508.23. I haven’t had any transaction with this account after the 3 flight bookings with Cebu Pacific Air. My previous balance, P 21, 678.51 was deducted P 8, 340.56, which is twice the total amount of all the transactions for booking the 3 flights, which is only P4,170.28. Based on the Statement of Account from Landbank i-access, a total of P4, 170.28 from the 3 transactions were recorded. However, the current balance states otherwise. HOW do I clarify whether there has been double-charging for the 3 bookings and how may we settle to refund the excess charges?
