Help! I tried to check if I how much I will pay if I rebook my existing flight earlier than the orig. Date. And I accidentally confirm it. Now I cant change it cos I have to pay. What will happen? How Can I undo it.

I tried booking a round-trip flight several times today, November 4, 2022. It was unsuccessful. The site cannot properly redirect to the payment page. Their online booking platform sucks!

Website giving problems. Do not try to access www.cebupacificair.com/ directly, and then click "Book->Flights", you may get a black page with the URL "coming_soon" (depending mat system you are running on) Go via Google. After entering information their payment provider does not start up, but if your your 6-character booking-ID, and there is a click to start again. Nope, trying again on another PC does not make a difference. Now booking with another airline This must cost them a fortune!

Please help who has the same problem like me 😭 my problem is I booked a flight from manila to davao on November 9, 2022 but unfortunately I didn’t received any email or confirmation if it is successfully booked because my screen just turn white and sad to say my money from Bdo account was deducted amounting to 1510.40. I already check and manage booking and fill up some details but it does not exist and i dont received any reference number. 😭 please help

9 hours waiting on customer service, 2 failed bookings but they took my money and now tell me the payment is floating I will have to wait to get refunded and no ticket they said my booking time out but I opened the page I made the booking on after sleeping last night and it si still trying to process the booking after payment... no answer as to when I will be refunded... their system is broken, don't * your time or money. Philippine airlines is working

I'm sure I filled in the correct details. Charlie bot told me yesterday it's a system issue and i just had to try again. I've already tried for more than 5 times now and all of them failed. My original flight is only 29k for 3 people? How could you save the changes from the flight without paying it? I was hoping that it will be back to original flight as it was not paid. It says “you have 15 minutes to settle you payment”, so what will happen if you didn’t pay it? Still you will hold the flight until the day ofy travel. I also have the same issue. CebPac says I have pending payment for rebooking a new flight. But the new flight is more expensive than the old flight so I want to cancel it. There’s no other option but to pay the pending payment. This is absurd. I felt robbed. Help please.

I have been refreshing the page for 3 hours now and still does not let me log in. I have been visiting the website for many days and the problem is still the same. I tried the app but the app is not functional. I tried different devices and used different internet connections, thinking the those might be a problem. But No! Still does not work.

CebPac new website for Payment is not working. Managed booking to add seats , but when paying it took yrs for page to load, and always unsuccessful when trying to click “Pay Now” Have tried using diff devices , clear cache and tried Incognito, nothing worked. Been trying for 3 days . Customer service has no answer , except for all of the things I’ve already done. They said to try again or Pay thru Gcash, but Gcash needs12 digit reference, my booking details has only 6 character reference... asked for 12 digit reference to use, but still no reply 😢 Anyone who encountered the same? How did you fixed it?

I purchased 4 vouchers recently and transaction was successful as confirmed with the site. I also added my email address so i Ecbpac would just email me the details of my transaction and the reference number but did'nt receive any email at all from Cebu Pacific. Now I don't know my tracking number or reference number upon purchase of my vouchers. Hope somebody would help me on this concern. Thanks

The rebooki Guest : Hello! I want to cancel an unpaid add on baggage in Ceb Pac (Made the mistake of booking the baggage for ALL Passengers instead of one only). Agent told me that I really need to pay for it. But that mistake will cost me PHP 10K so I'm really looking for ways to cancel ASAP. Please help. It cost me 115k after checking if I can rebook the flight but the original flight I got is only for 29k for 3 people. Then they charging me 115k because they have already changed the flight details!

But it says you have 15 mins to settle your balance but still, they will hold the flight until you pay for it. Confusing..

I have tried to use the website for 3 days now, it is so bad, none of the links work, you can not log in, sign in, manage booking, nothing, it is terrible and very frustrating

Hello. I'm trying to use my travel fund. When i put the booking reference of my previous booking with travel fund, I should pay the difference only however when I choose credit card or gcash it still appear the full price. I already spoke to 3 agents but they were unhelpful. They let me clear my cache etc. But it still the same. I even tried it in a different PC, mobile. Worst thing my travel fund is about to expire.

Guest : What happen to your system? After supplying my good feedback to your survey on my first booking...and now it's so disgusting because I've been encountering issue after trying several times that says "You can only make one booking at a time..." I even tried to refresh and shutting down my device but same issue occur. Hi, you can try using a different platform or use Incognito mode. You can also try clearing your cache.

CHOLO : Has anyone ever experienced having their flight schedules changed without getting an email notice? What did you do to address it? Did you double check the email and contact no. you provided while booking? You can check your spam folder just in case it was tagged as spam.

Guest : Same problem. It is a difficult website to access. Cebu Pacific appear to be disinterested in improving it. The airline must be missing out on numerous bookings due to the inferior website. PAL and AirAsia website are working fine. Cebu Pacific Facebook page recommends refreshing your browser, but this doesnt have any effect. You can try opening this site Incognito Mode or use another platform than the one you're currently using (Chrone, Firefox). Or clear your cache.

Hi, for the one with the pending add-on, unfortunately, you have to pay it as confirming the rebooking more or less makes it a new booking. For the one with the reversed flights (Manila-Caticlan, Caticlan-Manila), no experience yet with that happening with my 50+ bookings for the past 6yrs. Always double check flight details before proceeding with payment. Sorry

Guest : What happens to unpaid rebooking fees? Does the flight you initially booked get cancelled? Unfortunately, yes. That's why a pop-up appears (saying once we confirm the rebooking, we will be removed from the old flight booking) whenever we try to rebook tickets. If you haven't clicked "Proceed to Payment", you can still click the "backspace" key and it will say "are you sure you want to cancel this rebooking" (along that line). But once you clicked proceed to payment, you have to pay coz it's already considered a new booking.

Is this for real? You can try booking in Igcognito Mode or use another search engine? 😅 (I forgot the term) Ex: if you're using Chrome, try Firefox

If you booked it with a cebpac account, only you can access it. You cand also check your email where the OR is sent. 2. If you booked it as a guest, we need your last name to access the booking. Again, you can check the email for the OR Is your problem just printing the OR? 1. Open the booking page with the OR in it or open the email. 2. If your using a PC: scroll down until the OR is fully shown ln the screen; press PRNTSC on the keyboard (top keys on the right); open Microsoft Word or equivalent; press CTRL+V (or right-click and paste); you can now print it 3. If your using mobile: scroll down; take a screenshot; if your phone is connected to a printer via wifi, you can print it directly, if not, go to a shop where they can print it for you

Hi, based on my experience booking tickets with them recently, I think this happens because the ticket (with the price that you chose) have already been sold out? When I refreshed the page and/or restarted the process, the price already went up.
