Guest : For so many days now unable to reach the booking environment on the website (444 error). Other browser, other wifi, 4G, nothing works. The helpdesk refuses to help, directing to the website which should be online. The app.. same thing.. cannot connect to server. What a horrible service, this is beyond the worst I ever experienced with any airline during only the booking proces. Same here

I paid my booking through paypal, Payment is confirmed and it less in my balance but the flight didnt book. I tried to call you guys, messaged you how mant times in your social media accounts. But only charlie the robot who keep talking to me in messenger. I work ao hard to book that ticket so that i can go to a better place and work there. But it end up i lost everything because of your service. I dispute it in Paypal now. I work for that money and i want a refund so I dicided to dispute it. Thats all thank you.

Hi! I would like to know if you were able to get a confirmation about your payment and transaction being successful within the day you paid via 7/11. I did the same thing today but I havent received any confirmation and when I checked the status of my booking, it says it is still on hold. Im worried. Thanks! i MADE A BOOKING AT CEBUPACAIR.COM on Oct. 25, 2019 at 7:30pm bound from Manila to Sydney (one way) January 14, 2020 departure and it was confirmed that my booking was successful. I paid 20, 930 via credit card and it was deducted from my account. However, I did not get the booking reference no. and wasn't able to print said transaction. I cant retrieve it and when I checked on the section manage your booking, it states that "ERROR: The details you entered do not match an existing booking in our system. Please try again." I keep on trying but it showed the same message. How can I retrieve the ticket that I bought? I am already anxious because I dont have a copy of the ticket that I booked. Please guide and help us. Need your response at once. Thank you

Jeff : Hello, I got a confirmed itinerary for my wife for a july 24 departure flight and july 30 arrival from hk to ph to hk. The problem is that there is an emergency situation and she need to rebook her flight which I did but what happenen was it seems I need to pay a new roundtrip ticket. First rt ticket was paid and I received the itinerary, if I will pay the second qoutation what will happen to my first payment? Doing some research some people says that I will pay the second one and I will get the difference between the 2. Anyone can confirm this? Re-booking of flight need second payment? Did cebu pacific air removed its payment option on remittance centers and convenience stores? Credit card and paypal are the only way left where i can manage my bookings.

I booked my ticket Via Credit card . After a couple days I received my SOA/Billing I notice that you charge me 4 times . But actually, One (1) I proceed to payment the three booking no OTP. How come that it charge to my account. As you notice, The same Information with Different date Because, Ive Tried to book but the System appear the message " hand tight" then try again, how come you deduct it to my Credit card. I cannot retrieve my two June bookings. Every time I entered my booking reference numbers and Surname, the error says it does not exist or need getgo number. Those two bookings do not reflect in my getgo account. I can only see the one i booked this month. I booked those to flights on Nov 2018 and Feb 2019

Boydreamer : I booked my ticket last March 3 form CLARK to SG roundtrip, paid total amount 677.39SGD using my credidt card. After couple of days I noticEd in my card bill i was billed twice, 677.39 +677.39 on the same date! Called the customer service and keep on advising to send email to cebupaymentscenter@cebupacificair.com! After 4days no reply from them! Wtf kind of service! Everyday i follow no reply. Anyone experience the same? This happened to me aswell. First payment through paypal was declined so booked using credit card directly and then found out that both payments got through. I believe you got the wrong email there. Try cebpaymentcenter@cebupacificair.com Sent them an email on the 30th of April including a screenshot of my statement showing both payments and got a reply 4th of May confirming refund which, they said, would take about 10 working days. Will update if I get it back.
