Paul Fujiyama. I believe "Cebu Pacific Air Customer Service" is a scam. The CS wanted me to send $389 via WU on Facebook Messenger.

cebu pacific not good airline thier service sucks if you plan to book flight with cebu pacific think twice. Do not patronage this Airline.

I have the same problem. I purchased 6 Ceb Super Pass. Tried reaching out to them through several platforms to no avail. I've been painstakingly waiting for my turn to be assisted by a live agent with 8K plus on queue and gets dropped when it's almost my turn, every single time. This is my first time to avail the promo and i regret it big time. It's not a good experience let alone no proper customer service to resolve the issue.

Same concern. Bought ceb superpass yesterday, amount was deducted from GCash but cebpac said payment was unsuccessful.

I have the same concern with everyone, trying to connect to an agent but the queue is almost thousands and the longer you wait the app will crashed. What are the news for you guys? I am gonna wait til agent will confirm they will refund it

I availed the Ceb Superpass voucher around almost 6 PM today. My account was charged but didn't received my vouchers or reference number for the vouchers and confirmation email.
I also experienced the same, I booked at 3pm today. Payment was successful but then the app crashed. I received no voucher. Currently, at 9:30pm, I received an email of payment invoice but still no voucher. Maybe we should wait a bit since they have 48 hours to process and give us the voucher.

I tried to buy 7 vouchers in CEB Super Pass. I reached the payment page and paid VIA Gcash. The payment went through from my bank account but it says “payment unsuccessful” in the website and transferred me to home page. But the payment was deducted already in my bank account.
I attempted to purchase a CEBpass, but the transaction was declined. However, the amount was still deducted from my debit card.

I avail for Cebpass but the payment said it was unsuccessful but it still charges my gcash account
I was deducted from my gcash account because i tried to buy the super pass. But there are no vouchers in my account.
I booked via Cebu Pacific but I did not receive email confirmation. The cost of the tickets that I purchased was also deducted from my credit card.

Cebu Airlines is a corrupt and receive bribery Airlines! Openly make passengers made a mistake and asked passengers to pay!!!!!! How can Cebu Pacific explained all these! May Karma fall on those staffs who received those additional payment from passengers!! Do not cry once KARMA LOOK FOR YOU!!!!!! this is not the first time i saw and it had been very frequent!how can a airline staff so rude to passengers??? What kind of attitude is this?? I have an 20hrs layover and Narita airport close down at night. CebuPacific doesn't typically assist with Japan Shore Pass. You'll need to check if you're eligible for one and apply yourself. Since Narita Airport closes at night, make sure to arrange accommodation or plan accordingly. Safe travels!

We will report this airline to the Australia consumer rights law and we will gather signatures around Australia to submit our complaint to Australia parliament. To ban Cebu pacific doing biz in Australia if we don’t get our refund. Or any reply now!
