Hello. Bakit yung refund ko naibalik niyo na before dahil doon sa cancelled booking ko. Bakit ngayon binawas niyo na naman sa credit card ko? Anong trip yon? Wala akong booking! Ang laki ng bawas sa credit card ko. Tapos ilang beses na kami tumatawag sa customer service walang sumasagot. Ganyan ba talaga kayo?

Hi, we had this issue just recently: "ERROR: Sorry, we can't check you in yet because your booking has an outstanding balance. Please settle your balance to check into your flight." To anyone who is also experiencing this, you can try double checking your balance through "Manage Booking". We had already paid our initial booking fee, but somehow, we had an unsettled 112 pesos in our booking. After settling, that we were successfully able to check in. Hope this helps.

Same issue happened. I've tried to rebook my flight up until the payment page and after clicking submit OTP the website says they've detected an unauthorized activity from my browser. It's been like this from different browsers and devices. Worst part is the have the most annoying customer service.

Zee : I had somewhat of the same dilemma a few hours ago. I booked a flight, entered my card details, entered my OTP and got charged in my credit card. But the app got stuck i. The processing tab. After getting all payment details, it got stuck in the loading page with a yellow airplane logo. After waiting for about 15-20 mins. I decide to close the app and restart in the hopes of going back to the same page. But to no avail, nothing. No reference number sent to my email or mobile number, but my card got CHARGED! Its frustrating. Flight is on the 3rd of Dec, I already sent a feedback form but I know better than to wait for them cuz it takes the airline several days before even getting back to me. Huhu does that mean that the transaction did not proceed? It was said on the app that the payment transaction was successful but then the app sort of got stuck and after a few minutes it went back to the menu. Legazpi to Manila Wednesday 24 July 2019 ,2020 H (8:20PM) Legazpi Airport to Wednesday 24 July 2019 , 2135 H (9:35PM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City Total amount: 1, 366.76 2. Manila to Legazpi Thursday 13 June 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Thursday 13 June 2019 ,0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 3. Manila to Legazpi Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 TOTAL: 4,170.28 This was during the January 27-29, 2019 Sale Period for Travel Period June 1-Dec 31, 2019. All transactions were successful and I was sent the Itinerary Receipts thru my e-mail along with the Official Receipts (the screenshots of which are included in this letter and the documents attached to this e-mail). However the Official receipts for July 24 and July 30 flight indicated ERROR. All of the transactions were charged to my LandBank Savings account through Matercard/VISA payment. Today, January 31, 2019, at 4:00 PM, as I was checking my balance for the said account, I noticed that my current balance is only P 13,337.95 instead of P 17, 508.23. I havent had any transaction with this account after the 3 flight bookings with Cebu Pacific Air. My previous balance, P 21, 678.51 was deducted P 8, 340.56, which is twice the total amount of all the transactions for booking the 3 flights, which is only P4,170.28. Based on the Statement of Account from Landbank i-access, a total of P4, 170.28 from the 3 transactions were recorded. However, the current balance states otherwise. HOW do I clarify whether there has been double-charging for the 3 bookings and how may we settle to refund the excess charges? Hello! May I ask if this has been solved? If yes, how? Were you able to resolve this issue? I am also trying to use my Travel Fund to pay for a new booking, but it says it is EMPTY! I tried this on the mobile app and their website, and I get the same result. That chatbot isn't helping either. Please somebody, HELP!

I also have the same problem I have travel fund in my account and when I signed back in they said that the account is not in their system and when I try to reset my password they mail me on how I can reset my password but when I reset my password they said that my password did not meet their requirements. Apparently I tried different password and the passwords that I try are very hard and meet their requirements. Hope someone here also has the same situation as mine who can help me solve the problem their chat bot is useless.

I recently purchased a ticket for my husband and when it was time to pay using credit card, the page indicated ERROR so we thought everything didn't go through since there was no message of confirmation also. We successfully booked from ano ther airline and that is when they emailed us that the flight we booked from them was confirmed. Now we are trying to contact customer services and went to their main ticket counter at the airport, they inly referred us to their manila customer service. What kind of system and service is this, Cebpac??!

I was also wondering when I signed back in using my correct email and password it says the email is not in their system. My travel fund is supposed to expire February 2022. It seems like the Cebu pacific air is scamming people through their unclaimed travel fund.

There was no confirmation shown in the web, no itinerary record, nor any glimpse of info sent in my email. As i reviewed my bank's app, the amount was deducted with no banking history.

I have already paid for all the incurred cost but after the payment, its web interface just returned to home. There was no confirmation shown in the web, no itinerary record, nor any glimpse of info sent in my email. As i reviewed my bank's app, the amount was deducted with no banking history.

I booked a flight for my mom and since i have to change the inputs in the debit card details,i checked first the guest details to double check it then when I proceed to payment section it shows some add ons that I want to change but when I click the add on tab it just keeps on loading that's why i decided to just exit the entire tab of my booking. But after that, upon checking the travel voucher it says that it is already redeemed. Now when I go to manage booking it appears that the booking is closed due to process payment issue. Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Hi i havent received my itinerary. The site wont refresh anymore after my payment has been confirmed thru sms. I used Gcash as payment. Also tried checking ceb pac site checking manage booking but it says "ERROR". I already called ceb pac hotline but it wants me to message them thru social medias like messenger and twitter, still nobody answers my concern.

why is my travel fund empty if I haven't used it yet?!!!!

Guest : Hello, I tried to reschedule my flight. But upon payment, the total cost is the same as with the previews. They did not deduct my first paid ticket. Hi, I just experienced the same issue. Was it resolved yet?

Hi. I got the same problem. How did you solve this prob? MMZ : If I log in to my Cebu pacific account, I cannot search for flights. It just stays on the loading page. But if I am not logged in, I can search for a flight no problem. Unfortunately, if I am not logged in, I do not have access to my travel fund. Guest : Hi, I canceled a flight last May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and they offered a travel fund conversion good for 2 years. I tried to book today but then it said that my travel fund is empty. Anyone experienced this? seems they are using travel funds for unauthorized transactions. my travel fund had 10 transactions within a 2hr period first week of july2021. i have reported and have gotten a case number via their chatbot but i'd be lucky if i get a straight answer and a quick resolution to this case.

my travel fund of ph28,000 had multiple transactions over a period of 2 days which i did not make and now has a balance of only ph2,000. anyone else here had a similar case? what is cebpac's response? i have used their fb chatbot to send an email to customer service and awaiting thier response

Hello. I add prepaid baggage to our paid ticket our 2way ticket . and upon checking the 20kg add on is 500+ only then when i hit procced to payment center. the total cost is 2k that is too much. so i want to cancel it. someone told me that due to "HOLD FEE" that why they charge me twice . any one know how can i cancel it ?? thanks in adv

i have 3 travel fund tickets but Its not reflected on my cebu pac account. I have to search it individually using its ref #. It will expire on 2022

I booked a flight last July 2021, I end up cancelling it because they changed the schedule, from evening they change it to morning on the same day. I received a travel refund but when I checked recently, the travel fund balance shows 0.00. I have no idea what happen.

Hi. I tried booking a flight last july 22. The transaction went smoothly and I even received a confirmation afterwards. Fast forward to today, Aug 17, i tried checking again my itinerary receipt and it is so weird it is not in my gmail anymore. I dont remember deleting any emails and I honestly dont know why the email from ceb pav dated July 22 disappeared. How do I go about this? Anyone who has the same experience?

I experienced the same. Supposedly had a flight last year around June but Cebpac cancelled due to pandemic. Got an email saying that they refunded the flight for a travel fund expiring after 2yrs. I tried booking a flight today but it says travel fund is empty. I tried using the booking reference but it says it doesnt exist. How is that so?

I booked last july 29 and made a payment after a while, but until now when i was checking my bookings it shows that it is confirmed with payment due. I even received a confirmation of deduction from my bank account ..can someone answer this matter. Our flight is coming but until now i cannot print my itinerary receipt
