My booking is missing but when I re-logged in, it showed again. However, I cannot manage my booking: * the button "Manage" is not working * the add on option redirects to the old website but the old website requires you to login even if you are already logged in -_- , tried other add on buttons in the new website but it only redirects to the booking page without doing anything * tried to rebook my flight, it redirects to the same page, no redirection to the next page, therefore i cannot proceed I have been in this cebu pacific nightmare since I used my travel fund, I paid in the airport twice my travel fund just to rebook my ticket and pay add on baggage. When im trying to pay online the system still shows that my amount due isPhp3,359.67 which is the cost for the 1 pc 20kg and 2 pcs 32kg baggage that I originally had. Napatangal ko yung excess na di ko kailangan. If may payment daw na pumasok, i-rereinstate nila booking w/c is my choice naman. If no payment received, tayo na magccoordinate sa credit card bank for reversal charge. They gave me my booking reference para easier sa pag locate ng query ko. Call din siguro kayo, I waited 45mins bago nasagot ng agent. Patience is the key din. Okay. I followed up. Unfortunately, wala talagang nabook. walang payment na pumasok. so tayo makipag coordinate kay bank to reverse the payment. Ayun, magbobook ulit ako tonight. Sana successful. Hello again, I am all good now. Checked with the credit card company, charge was automatically reversed. Tried re-booking, and it worked. My flights are confirmed. God bless! Try to create CEB Account if you don't have one. once you have logged-in, click My Acount, then select "Bookings and Boarding Pass".Try to scroll down, you will see "ADD ANOTHER BOOKING" Just type the details needed (Reference number and Last name or surname of the guest). The unsuccesful payment will be shown, just select REBOOK. Redeemed vouchers will be available again you. Hope this will help you :)
Cebu Pacific were desperate for cash in February /March 2021 DESPERATE! They made promises about the ability to use their Super Pass but then come to find that as soon as flights started being booked again well there were less and less DESTINATIONS available with fewer Super Pass seats available. That was NOT what was promised. I'm just waiting for a Class Action Law Suit against Cebu Pacific I'm ready. I have 7 passes that will expire in 5 weeks! My last Super Pass flight was at 4:50 AM ... I mean come on! I GAVE Cebu Pacific Thousands of Pesos when they were desperate for a cash influx and this is how they treat us. SHAME ON YOU CEBU PACIFIC!
Hi. Upon redeeming my super pass, no "CEB Super Pass" is appearing in selecting flights. What's the point of the pass if regular prices are still shown? Where can I apply the discount of my super pass?

So I book a flight for my Grandma then after filling out the information we go to payment tab then we confirm it thru gcash but what happened is that the site of Cebu Pacific air Asia just stop from loading. The money was gone in my gcash account but we don't have any confirmation received or booking reference number or itinerary receipt. What happen? I'm sure it's the real website of Cebu Pacific air
How can I cancel my unpaid additional baggage? My flight booking was already confirmed and I’ve done my online check in.
My aunt bought a baggage online. She decided to pay via 7-11. Afterwards she decided to cancel it but there is no way to cancel it online. At the airport, the staff said that my aunt can't check in unless she can settle the unpaid baggage. They added that it can't be cancelled. I think it's unfair. Pls guide me if I'm wrong. Thanks

Same hete, i wanted to book and use my expiring travel fund but i can’t go through when it comes to payment. Their website is not functioning well. When I click the pay now icon nothing happens and I receive an email that there was an error on my payment. There wasn’t even a screen to choose payment method and such.
