my daughters' tito booked a cebu pac flight for us thru booking.com and I wanted to add check in baggage but upon checking with cebupac charlie they cannot find our booking using the booking reference given by booking.com. now I don't know if we are really booked or not. anyone had the same issue? i also called booking.com yesterday and they said we need to contact cebupac directly if we wanted to add check in baggage. anyone who had the experience please pahelp naman kase we only have a few days left before our flight and now I'm no longer sure if we have a flight. we did receive a booking confirmation and booking details with booking.com but it does not show up in cebupac system. thank you sa makasagot...

Same issue, an amount was deducted from my gcash account when I confirmed the payment yet I was stucked in the “2C2P finalizing the payment” page and was never directed back to cebu pacific’s website for my itinerary. Until now I haven’t received any email from cebpac about my payment receipt/e ticket. Any ideas how to tackle this issue?

What I did was, I commented on their Facebook posts and discovered replies from Cebu Pacific from other people inquiries/compalin. I tested all the reply links from Cebu Pacific, which directed me to their messenger with a live agent assisting me. The agent provided assistance, giving me my confirmation number with a pending status indicating that the payment had not been made yet. She instructed me to add the reference number to my upcoming bookings in my Cebu Pacific account under "Manage Booking."

They will keep saying pay the amount otherwise they will forfeit the flight. Don't pay! Book another flight on another airline. Cause even you pay, they will not give you update! You'll cry for itinerary. Their system is very very poor. Imagine when you paid and get no receipt or update?! You keep asking the live agent, and all they can do is raise the concern for validation but nothing is done. This is how they squeeze out funds from people.

Now I don't have a flight and I have an international connecting fights from Cotabato City. We are 3 people booked return in August 2023. I wish they have to give us money back so we can use this money to fly with another airlines. May be I will call the credit card company and disputes this as they violated carrier contract. Tried contacting the airlines using the chat box which by the way not useful until I waited for the live agent. Unfortunately they said to wait for their emails but didn’t received any yet. Like all I want is to cancel that pending amount and the app does not even have a cancel button for that. Did you get a resolution on this? Hello! Same experience. May I know the update on this one? I had my ticket updated. Unfortunately, the agent didnt put my middle name. I chatted again with a live agent from cebu pac and request to put my middle name on the ticket as it is an international flight and i dont want to have any problem. but the agent told me putting the middle name is just an option and ensuring me i wont have any issues. Anyone here got a problem for not having the middle name,showing on the ticket?

Hi, my mother was booking for manila on July 7, 2023, around 7:40-8:26(i think), the flight date is July 21, we checked the date 2x so we won’t make any mistakes but when we received the receipt it said the departure date is “ July 7, 8:25pm”???? Is this allowed? Same DAY??? We won’t make it even if we booked it THAT DAY AND TIME

I booked for Tacloban on April 19, 2023, however when I was about to processed by credit card payment it says unsuccessful transaction, so I repeat the processed again. However after a few hours it reflected that I had a double booking for the same flight and people. When I tried to refund the double booking I was informed that I cannot refund it but will be processed to my TRAVEL FUND instead. Isn't it a bit unfair as I am again forced to fly via CEBU PAC against my will since I am thinkin of not flying with this airline again after what happened?

Now is 10-June 2023, out flight from Tacloban bound to Manila 5J660 os delayed again? Same turn around flight last 2-June2023 from Manila to Tacloban was also delayed for 2hrs. Other airline as what I observed from our local airport port(Tacloban) are on time.. like AirAsia,, PAL are on time? Is it a coincidence that every time I take my vacation with Cebu Pac flight is like this? Delay after delay due a turnaround aircraft issue??? Please please do something to improved you service!!!!!

I booked and paid for a flight and received a confirmation email from CebPac (with booking reference and receipt). However, it’s been more than a month but the payment hasn’t reflected in my credit card bill yet. I am worried that the payment did not actually go through and CebPac might cancel my booking last minute.

At sila ang may kasalanan kasi wala ako na receive na notif na na rebook siya ng april 26. Hindi ako tumigil hangga't hindi na eescalate. At good news, after 3hrs i received an email na okay na. Kaya wag kayong titigil na maayos yan. Kasi they don't have any rights to cancel any confirmed flights unless you already paid for the rebooking. Wag lang kayo titigil na i escalate nila. how to chat a live agent po? same din ngyari sakin.. nagcheck lang din ba kayo amount ng rebooking?

Chatted with a Live agent. No deduction was made to out bank account nor did we receive an email that our payment was declined. My payment did not go through as there was problems with their IT system. For short, we did not avail the Cebu pacific super pass. Such a loss.

I also tried reaching out Cebu pac chatbox pero wala system generated pa rin. Same here.. 5x din ako na deduct.. then 2 lang din un nareceive ko with booking reference code last night. Still waiting sa 3 na reference code.. but when i purchased yesterday morning, 3 lang un nagbigay ng reference code sa page.. then ung 2 error din / unsuccessful pero nadebit sa account ko.. and same din walang live agent sa fb messenger ni cebupac Hi! We have almost same situation. Were you able to get a resolution from them?

I also purchased earlier and the amount was charged in my debit card but I still didn't receive the confirmation. It says on hold, but I already have the reference number. When I tried to search for it using my ref #, it reads as no vouchers available. My friend who purchased later than me already received the confirmation.

I got the same problem. Called BPI and they blocked my card since I'm still receiving texts from Cebu Pac that my card was deducted. I tried the chatbot on their website but until now I'm still not connected.

Legazpi to Manila Wednesday 24 July 2019 ,2020 H (8:20PM) Legazpi Airport to Wednesday 24 July 2019 , 2135 H (9:35PM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City Total amount: 1, 366.76 2. Manila to Legazpi Thursday 13 June 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Thursday 13 June 2019 ,0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 3. Manila to Legazpi Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 TOTAL: 4,170.28 This was during the January 27-29, 2019 Sale Period for Travel Period June 1-Dec 31, 2019. All transactions were successful and I was sent the Itinerary Receipts thru my e-mail along with the Official Receipts (the screenshots of which are included in this letter and the documents attached to this e-mail). However the Official receipts for July 24 and July 30 flight indicated ERROR. All of the transactions were charged to my LandBank Savings account through Matercard/VISA payment. Today, January 31, 2019, at 4:00 PM, as I was checking my balance for the said account, I noticed that my current balance is only P 13,337.95 instead of P 17, 508.23. I haven’t had any transaction with this account after the 3 flight bookings with Cebu Pacific Air. My previous balance, P 21, 678.51 was deducted P 8, 340.56, which is twice the total amount of all the transactions for booking the 3 flights, which is only P4,170.28. Based on the Statement of Account from Landbank i-access, a total of P4, 170.28 from the 3 transactions were recorded. However, the current balance states otherwise. HOW do I clarify whether there has been double-charging for the 3 bookings and how may we settle to refund the excess charges? Hi. I have the same problem right now. What happens if cebpass been used but didn't proceed to payment, still pending payment.

I am so mad. I only proceeded to the payment method page just to check how much the rebooking fee is. But it cannot be cancelled, and I cannot return to my original flight date. I chose the payment center as a last resort, because it said that the booking will be cancelled if not paid in 8 hours. It had an extra holding fee of 600 pesos, but I chose this knowing it will be eventually cancelled anyway. But! It's been more than 24 hours, and the booking is still not cancelled nor has the holding fee of 600 pesos been waived. Now I have to pay extra 10,056 pesos for a rebooking I did not want and a 600 peso holding fee that is completely useless. Cebu Pacific is the WORST. I've talked to multiple live agents, and they won't do anything. They even refuse to believe that I saw a 'cancelled if not paid in 8 hours' prompt for selecting the payment center as my payment method. I did not screenshot this thinking this will not be an issue, but they won't believe me just because I have no screenshot to show. How crazy is that!? But shouldn't this information be available on their page? I don't understand why it's so complicated. Their privacy policy online is even blank and leads to nowhere too. THIS IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. Please reply if anyone has any solution to this. I will also update if there are any developments.

i choose the payment center as channel payment of the flight i book but the transaction payment was declined. what will i do?

Guest : I have a pending payment due for rebooking which I want to cancel but the chatbox agent said I have to pay the amount in order to manage the booking again. I just want to know the price of the rebooking fee then suddenly this happened. I think this is illegal. Does anyone know how to resolve this without paying the amount? same case.

Guest : I have the same problem was trying to rebook my flight,I didn’t even hit submit for the payment then all of a sudden I have a pending amount. Tried contacting the airlines using the chat box which by the way not useful until I waited for the live agent. Unfortunately they said to wait for their emails but didn’t received any yet. Like all I want is to cancel that pending amount and the app does not even have a cancel button for that. Did you get a resolution on this?

Hello guys, I have booked a ticket last Feb 16. They booking was smooth and i've got the booking reference number. They next day I was surprised with my bank statement because they have charge +200Php higher that my booking price. Has anyone also experienced this? I've been booking this airline many times and this is just the first it happened like this.

hi guys! i booked my flight february 22. i paid it with my debit card. after i typed the otp, and clicked proceed, they brought me to home page without any confirmation. but they already took the amount from my debit card. they told me they had issues feb 15. but i already booked later. does anybody have same experience? what did you do?

Hello, apparently there was a technical problem on 02/15/2023 between 5 p.m. and 12 a.m. (philippines time). For my part, I made a reservation but I never had confirmation of payment and no itinerary with the reservation code in my emails. I contacted the chat several times and asked to speak to an agent. The agent passed me the famous reservation code. To my amazement, I still have to pay to access my flight. The agent confirmed to me that it was a mistake and that everything would be back to normal soon. Above all, do not hesitate to relaunch them every day on the chat.

Guest : Guest : experienced the same thing, booking made last Feb 15 around 8PM no confirmation til today feb 20 The same experience last Feb 15 around 7 pm. Still no news with the itinerary
