Did you end up solving this issue? Im having the same problem! Guest : Having some issues on rebooking. After selecting rebook flight dates and proceeded to review page then clicking continue, it says "Something went wrong" then clicking the "Reload page" button only goes back to previous page. Clicking continue again will do the same and does not let me proceed to the next page. Anyone else encountered this issue?

Avoid flying with Cebu Pacific. Last week I had a flight to Korea, booked via their website. When I was buying ticket, it said that flights to Korea are refundable. I also payed extra for Ceb flexi. 2 days before the flight, I wanted to cancel the flight. I reached agents few times, they all told me I cannot get refund, that my ticket was promo ticket. When I bought ticket, it didn't say that ticket is promo. Some of agents only mentioned that I can only convert it to travel fund. Web site did not work properly at that time, so I could not cancel through there. I figured out there is no other option and I'll need to use travel fund, so I told to one agent that I want to cancel flight. He ignored my request and did not provide me help 2 days before the flight, and I was not able to cancel that flight. I also went to their office at airport, and they told me I can only do it online, cause I bought ticket online. Day after the flight, I reached some agent again, he told me I cannot do anything anymore, that I've should do it before the flight. So, they lied about refundable flight and refund of money, did not provide any help, did not want to help me to cancel the flight to convert that money in travel fund. Avoid flying with them and choose some other companies instead. They stole almost 11 000 pesos from me.

ya! same issue here! happened 2x already! their new website sucks and you can no longer edit their add on once you entered it and have to pay it. Their new website is loading / hanging which also why double entry of add ons happen! i hate it! Guest : How to cancel add on baggage? How to cancel add on baggage? When I rebook my flight on the earlier date the summary said that i have to pay 2900+ and then click proceed to payment button but then it appeared that i have to pay 3500+ I wondered why so i did not proceed to pay. when I reviewed the pending itinerary it appeared that the return flight that i rebooked has 2 baggage (20 kg each). How do I cancel the baggage which I did not select and clearly it was a system glitch.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION: If you can't access the "Manage My Booking" part of the Cebu Pacific website to view your itineraries, and even tried to create an account but nothing still appears, here's an alternative: Go and message the Cebu Pacific Air in your messenger app. Press "Get Started" and Charlie the chatbot will appear (he's sometimes unreliable but hang on) Keep pressing these: Main Menu > Get Itinerary (in Manage my booking tile) > "Yup, I have it" message > then input your 6-digit Flight Reference Code > then input your Last Name or any last name if it's a group flight > Your Itinerary :) Or just basically do what Charlie the chatbot is asking in the chat in order to navigate. Hope this helps!!

Couldn't go through "Manage Booking" page to reschedule flight. Cebu Pacific site says I have an existing account but I wasn't sure if I had an account or just forgot my password. So I clicked "forgot password". However, as soon as I was able to think up a new password and press the "Set password" button, I get stuck on the same page. No redirection whatsoever. Their website is whacked. Even the chat reps can't do anything apart from viewing our profiles on their end. I sure hope they get the site fixed ASAP.

Hello good day. I cancelled my flight from Thailand to the Philippines last January 2022 and converted it to a travel fund which will expire on January 2024. Today, I checked the website and input the booking reference number (without booking anything yet), and they gave me a new validity period which is in 6 months. Does that mean I have to use my travel fund within 6 months and not until January 2024 anymore? Im confused.

Hi! I booked a ticket last week thru the Cebu Pacific website. My credit card was charged. It redirected me to a different booking of another person which is weird (the credit card number used by that person was different to mine). My bank confirmed that my payment went thru but until now I haven't received any ticket confirmation nor do I have a booking reference number. I tried sending an email and Facebook message to Cebu Pacific but got no reply. Can anyone help or give advice on what to do?

I have a travel fund worth 966.54 and it expired yesterday. I received an email saying it is expring on May 23, 2022. I tried contacting Cebu Pacific for clarification and other options last week but to no avail. I know that it is small amount but it is sayang eh. It is really unfair especially to those clients who have no travel plans yet.

When I was about to confirm the payment (I chose my card to transfer online payment), there was an error appeared and it says "we are unable to process transaction due to a system issue or an error in your entry." I checked my account and it immediately charged my card but I didn't successfully book the flight. Then after several minutes, the flight was restarted and I didn't get the chance to save it, hence, I didn't have any booking reference. Can someone help me? I need a refund of the amount they charged in my card. I also couldn't reach any of the hotlines because everytime I call, it instantly hangs up. Hi I encountered the same problem like yours, have you solved yours? I don't know what to do.

Whenever I clicked on the PAY NOW button it did not direct me to pay portal, instead nothing happens, I am still in the same page. Same scenario whenever I use the mobile app. Is this an error on their system? I'm having the same problem. I think they're having a problem in their system.

My booking is missing but when I re-logged in, it showed again. However, I cannot manage my booking: * the button "Manage" is not working * the add on option redirects to the old website but the old website requires you to login even if you are already logged in -_- , tried other add on buttons in the new website but it only redirects to the booking page without doing anything * tried to rebook my flight, it redirects to the same page, no redirection to the next page, therefore i cannot proceed I have been in this cebu pacific nightmare since I used my travel fund, I paid in the airport twice my travel fund just to rebook my ticket and pay add on baggage. And now i'm working on my flight back, still with ceb pac and this nightmare repeats i hope they can fix their website ASAP.

I have used 2 of my 10 super pass. I want to use one to book a flt but itvsays I have no super pass under my account. What is happening. I should atill have 8 super passes.
