I have the same problem. I purchased 6 Ceb Super Pass. Tried reaching out to them through several platforms to no avail. I've been painstakingly waiting for my turn to be assisted by a live agent with 8K plus on queue and gets dropped when it's almost my turn, every single time. This is my first time to avail the promo and i regret it big time. It's not a good experience let alone no proper customer service to resolve the issue.

ReplyI also experienced the same, I booked at 3pm today. Payment was successful but then the app crashed. I received no voucher. Currently, at 9:30pm, I received an email of payment invoice but still no voucher. Maybe we should wait a bit since they have 48 hours to process and give us the voucher.

I tried to buy 7 vouchers in CEB Super Pass. I reached the payment page and paid VIA Gcash. The payment went through from my bank account but it says “payment unsuccessful” in the website and transferred me to home page. But the payment was deducted already in my bank account.

i was trying to book a flight on their website using debit card as my payment method, but upon entering the OTP sent by the bank I was redireced to the cepu pacific webiste with a warning message saying the i have "exceeded the number of attempts and try again". The booking free (around 12.7k) was deducted on my bank balance and yet I did not receive any confirmation from cebupac about my flight (other the the above mentioned warning). I paid PHP4.7k using my credit card, the booking was confirmed but I was shocked when I was notified I still had "payment due" of almost PHP 3,000. They will keep saying pay the amount otherwise they will forfeit the flight. Don't pay! Book another flight on another airline. Cause even you pay, they will not give you update! You'll cry for itinerary. Their system is very very poor. Imagine when you paid and get no receipt or update?! You keep asking the live agent, and all they can do is raise the concern for validation but nothing is done. This is how they squeeze out funds from people.

Hi, my mother was booking for manila on July 7, 2023, around 7:40-8:26(i think), the flight date is July 21, we checked the date 2x so we won’t make any mistakes but when we received the receipt it said the departure date is “ July 7, 8:25pm”???? I booked for Tacloban on April 19, 2023, however when I was about to processed by credit card payment it says unsuccessful transaction, so I repeat the processed again. However after a few hours it reflected that I had a double booking for the same flight and people. When I tried to refund the double booking I was informed that I cannot refund it but will be processed to my TRAVEL FUND instead.
