Guest : I booked a ticket kagabi for my AUnty, from Kuala Lumpur to Manila, her flight will be on 21st December 2021, at may karamdaman sya. Nabawasan ung account ko, pero hindi kame nakatanggap ng itinerary at any email, it is amounting to RM 1455 or approx 18k pesos. Tumawag ako sa customer care, sabi hindi daw ngpush though pero I called the bank here, and I checked sa online account ko, it has been deducted. Sana naman cebupacific ayusin nyo ang system nyo. One day wala ng sasakay sa inyo. Hello, May I know kung anong number yung tinawagan mo? I have the same issue. Nakakafrustrate yung charges for unsuccessful bookings. I booked pa naman as a guest so I don't have the details nung booking na ginawa ko dahil nagerror sa page nila upon processing my payment. Nagsubmit din ako sa feedback form nila, pati dun sa useless na ChatBot. Been queued for a day dun sa chat representative. Tried their other soc med accounts din. Hayyysss

this is my first time to purchase excess baggage sa cebu pacific.. hindi ko naman sana balak bumili pero may naki suyo sakin na magpadala sa relative nila.. bumili ako ng excess baggage na 20 kls worth P592.. i was expecting na yun lang ang babayaran ko, tapos meron nag appear na hold fee worth P333. bakit kailangan pa ng "hold fee" kung bibili naman talaga ang pasahero nila.. iniisip ko na baka i lift nila ang hold fee if i will pursue buying that excess baggage.. sana isinama nalang nila sa price ng excess baggage ang hold fee. they are taking advantage of us passengers..

Paul Clarke : I have a problem. November 21 booked a return flight to Manila. Within 48 hours the flight was cancelled. Cebu have said different things in a variety of conversations when asked for a refund. Anything from nine months to one month to they don't know. It seems the flights cancelled are now reinstated but at cost of three times of the flight I purchased. This is a border line case of fraud. Furthermore the time taken to refund is a scam. Incidentally their website says refunds are processed 7 to 10 days. No one will accept responsibility and there is not a Government Department in Australia that has any authority to act. So that leaves Cebu Pacific to freely do as they please. My booking number reference EMJYB6B. Flight from Sydney to Manila 12.25pm January 4 for 2 passengers and return 1120pm February 4. HOW DO I GET A REFUND IN 7 TO 10 DAYS AS CEBU PACIFIC FALSELY DECLARE. I could go to TV Current Affairs program and expose their unacceptable con business. Best Regards Paul Clarke Same issue. Napaka hirap mag complain sa cebu pacific naiwan ako ng flight ko last Dec 14. 7:45am naka pila na ako sa branch office nila sa terminal 3 11am na ako nakausap ng staff nila. wow ubusan ba ito ng oras. pag sa chat ka nman nag complain chat bot ang kausap mo. wow again. pag nag email ka nman ang recommendation is sa chat ka mag inquire wow again. ito po ba yun after sales nyo dahil lowest price kayo. kailagan mag suffer ang mga customer nyo pag meron untoward incident na nangyare.

Probably, 2nd victim here. No Flight Payment Confirmation Received I booked a flight just now Roxas-Manila for December 27. I've paid thru MasterCard, and it didn't redirect me to show my booking reference number yet it deducted on my debit card. I haven't received email confirmation also.

Hi fellow travellers, for those with concerns about inconsistent travel fund expiration you can check it through their old website link: book.cebupacificair.com/Member/MyTravelF... if asked to login, just login the associated account and go to the same url it should list there the details of your travel fund where expiry date can be found which is more accurate than the one they provide during checkout

Hello. Super pass only applies to selected flights, selected routes, selected dates. You should find other dates with green CEB Super Pass logo beside the flight. The super pass is a scam of Cebu Pacific. It cannot be used on all flights. Not recommendable for use of passengers with required flight dates. Sorry. Unhappy flyer : Same issue happened. I've tried to rebook my flight up until the payment page and after clicking submit OTP the website says they've detected an unauthorized activity from my browser. It's been like this from different browsers and devices. Worst part is the have the most annoying customer service. Hi, did this get resolved? Currently experiencing the same problem.

Hi, we had this issue just recently: "ERROR: Sorry, we can't check you in yet because your booking has an outstanding balance. Please settle your balance to check into your flight." To anyone who is also experiencing this, you can try double checking your balance through "Manage Booking". We had already paid our initial booking fee, but somehow, we had an unsettled 112 pesos in our booking. After settling, that we were successfully able to check in. Hope this helps.

Zee : I had somewhat of the same dilemma a few hours ago. I booked a flight, entered my card details, entered my OTP and got charged in my credit card. But the app got stuck i. The processing tab. After getting all payment details, it got stuck in the loading page with a yellow airplane logo. After waiting for about 15-20 mins. I decide to close the app and restart in the hopes of going back to the same page. But to no avail, nothing. No reference number sent to my email or mobile number, but my card got CHARGED! Itís frustrating. Flight is on the 3rd of Dec, I already sent a feedback form but I know better than to wait for them cuz it takes the airline several days before even getting back to me. Last January 29, 2019, between 12:30 to 2:00 am, I booked 3 (three) One way flights: 1. Legazpi to Manila Wednesday 24 July 2019 ,2020 H (8:20PM) Legazpi Airport to Wednesday 24 July 2019 , 2135 H (9:35PM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City Total amount: 1, 366.76 2. Manila to Legazpi Thursday 13 June 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Thursday 13 June 2019 ,0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 3. Manila to Legazpi Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0440 H (4:40AM) Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 Andrews Avenue, Pasay City to Tuesday 30 July 2019 , 0550 H (5:50AM) Legazpi Airport Total amount: 1, 401.76 TOTAL: 4,170.28 This was during the January 27-29, 2019 Sale Period for Travel Period June 1-Dec 31, 2019. ASC Ref C022I012419C. All transactions were successful and I was sent the Itinerary Receipts thru my e-mail along with the Official Receipts (the screenshots of which are included in this letter and the documents attached to this e-mail). However the Official receipts for July 24 and July 30 flight indicated ERROR. All of the transactions were charged to my LandBank Savings account through Matercard/VISA payment. Today, January 31, 2019, at 4:00 PM, as I was checking my balance for the said account, I noticed that my current balance is only P 13,337.95 instead of P 17, 508.23. I havenít had any transaction with this account after the 3 flight bookings with Cebu Pacific Air. My previous balance, P 21, 678.51 was deducted P 8, 340.56, which is twice the total amount of all the transactions for booking the 3 flights, which is only P4,170.28. Based on the Statement of Account from Landbank i-access, a total of P4, 170.28 from the 3 transactions were recorded. However, the current balance states otherwise. HOW do I clarify whether there has been double-charging for the 3 bookings and how may we settle to refund the excess charges? Hello! May I ask if this has been solved? If yes, how? I also have the same problem I have travel fund in my account and when I signed back in they said that the account is not in their system and when I try to reset my password they mail me on how I can reset my password but when I reset my password they said that my password did not meet their requirements. Apparently I tried different password and the passwords that I try are very hard and meet their requirements. Hope someone here also has the same situation as mine who can help me solve the problem their chat bot is useless.

Guest : Seems ceb pac has no plans on returning our travel fund. They no longer have hotlines, the charlie bot is no help and their website is down. Maybe we can file a formal complaint or if there's any way these issues will expose to media. I recently purchased a ticket for my husband and when it was time to pay using credit card, the page indicated ERROR so we thought everything didn't go through since there was no message of confirmation also. We successfully booked from ano ther airline and that is when they emailed us that the flight we booked from them was confirmed. Now we are trying to contact customer services and went to their main ticket counter at the airport, they inly referred us to their manila customer service. What kind of system and service is this, Cebpac??!

Guest : Seems ceb pac has no plans on returning our travel fund. They no longer have hotlines, the charlie bot is no help and their website is down. Maybe we can file a formal complaint or if there's any way these issues will expose to media. I wanted to join if there are people wanting to file a complaint about the travel fund. I was also wondering when I signed back in using my correct email and password it says the email is not in their system. My travel fund is supposed to expire February 2022. It seems like the Cebu pacific air is scamming people through their unclaimed travel fund.

Pau : Hello good morning. I booked a flight last night then unable to process, use another payment method but it was deducted in my gcash account. How can I retrieve my money on gcash Same! I booked a flight yesterday. I was gonna pay it using my credit card. But the page was loading for so long and after a while I was redirected to another page that says "504 gateway timeout". I refreshed the page several times. It turns out, my credit limit was charged as many times as I refreshed the page the my banking app says the transactions are still pending. I called my credit card company and I was instructed to call Cebu Pacific to drop these transactions first before attempting to book again. The problem is, Cebu Pacific has no customer service hotlines I could call. Charliebot is hardly helping.

when are Cebu Pacific commencing flights to Sydney? No one to call or discuss - terrible PR Only a robot to chat with which is another minus in PR Booking system shows flights available in Jan 2022 - but after entering in 4 persons details will not accept payment Pretty useless

There's no sense in removing their hotlines. They do not reply on emails, charlie bot is useless and there's always no available live chat agent

Guest : Hello, may I know if you got a confirmation of your booking now? Or a refund? I have already paid for all the incurred cost but after the payment, its web interface just returned to home. There was no confirmation shown in the web, no itinerary record, nor any glimpse of info sent in my email. As i reviewed my bank's app, the amount was deducted with no banking history.

I have already paid for all the incurred cost but after the payment, its web interface just returned to home. There was no confirmation shown in the web, no itinerary record, nor any glimpse of info sent in my email. As i reviewed my bank's app, the amount was deducted with no banking history.

I booked a flight for my mom and since i have to change the inputs in the debit card details,i checked first the guest details to double check it then when I proceed to payment section it shows some add ons that I want to change but when I click the add on tab it just keeps on loading that's why i decided to just exit the entire tab of my booking. But after that, upon checking the travel voucher it says that it is already redeemed. Now when I go to manage booking it appears that the booking is closed due to process payment issue. Can anyone help me to fix this issue?
