Dany : Hello, I have paid my travel tax thru paymaya and cebu pac said that they will process the refund and they will return it to the issuing bank but when i called paymaya, they said that they are not familiar with the process and told me that I should claim it at cebu pac. It has been 2 months when cebu pac emailed me that they have sent the refund to paymaya but I haven't received my refund yet. Anyone paid their flight thru paymaya?

I was able to process refund through travel fund on 2 of them but I haven't received any confirmation or email. When I check again, it now shows the ticket does not exist. The 3rd ticket I cannot request any refund, it also says it does not exist. Same po. possible po ba mafull refund and travel fund?

Hi po. I have a travel fund that will expire on September. The problem is, we're still not allowed to fly outside Cebu. And I don't wanna risk the health of the people I'm going to meet if ever I'll use the travel fund. Plus, I don't want to ask for a refund too since it wasn't my cc that was used in booking. So, what should I do?

Just filed for full refund of my June 2 flight. Will be received after 3-4 billing cycles daw meaning after 3-4months. I always use FB Messenger to contact them, more successful than email or hotline. Look for Cebu Pacific account, type "chat with agent" and wait for one. Waiting time is longer now as in days need to repeat the process but just try until you get through.

2 months later, still no refund or email from Cebu. The payment went throught but they cancelled my booking becaus eno payment was received. Phone calls would tell me to email or message them. Nothing. Bye P15,000 I guess. Cebu Pacific is a scam. How many millions have they made for non-refunded mistakes?

i also received that my flight from bacolod to manila was cancelled and they offered the the options, rebook, travel fund, and full refund. i clicked the full refund and i was brought to the page explaining the refund process i clicked continue, then it redirected me to the homepage of cebu pacific with no confirmations or whatsoever of the refund process and amount. pagkatapos i checked my booking nawala na. and i cannot access or add it to my booking page na.

Hello! Nagbook po ako ng ticket march 17,2020 nung nag announce ng lockdown yung manila chinage ko agad siya ng march 14,2020 nirebook ko po, pero hndi ko nabayaran ksi sobrang mahal. And ngyon ung original booking ko hndi ko na makita ksi irerefund ko sana yung ticket ko. Marerefund ko paba yun?

She (Anne) didn't respond to my request for refund. I booked using my debit card but it says error multiple times and I didn't received any email confirmation so I just booked from other airline and arrived in my destination. The problem now is I just checked my account and ceb pac deducted the ticket fare from a previous error booking. Then in my ceb pac app says booking confirmed with amount due. Can I still get my money back in this case?

The next day when I tried to look on my Cebu pac app on mobile to see my bookings it said the booking reference does not exist. I checked the history of my booking then the status for pending became Cancelled. I did not receive any email or explanations or notification that it's canceled. It is frustrating. Anyone with the same issue? The same thing happened to me! They gave me the option to cancel my flight since there was a change in flight schedule. So I canceled it, and now I can't access my booking anymore. There was no notification, no refund, no response. I can't contact them either. Really stressed about this! Never again.

I sent this email the moment I confirmed the booking. Hello! When I rechecked my itinerary, I noticed that I (with other 4people) booked the 13th of October going back to Cebu from Puerto Princesa instead of September 12th. My computer was quite lagged and I was confident that I booked the correct dates. Yet, it seemed that I overlooked our desired dates. Guest : I booked a roundtrip domestic flight this morning thru my credit card. I received an otp and input the code. Then it goes back to its homepage. I dont know my itinerary and hadnt receive an email yet. I contacted their chat services. They link me to site where i can access my booking reference. I did access my booking reference/itinerary but the STATUS:PENDING.. have anyone of you here experience this? i experienced this also. but i cannot contact ceb pac thru their hotline. the chat does not help at all. i checked my manage booking and the one i booked was gone!

Guest : We just experienced the same problem. We placed our credit card details and the OTP and the page just directed us to the homepage (i.e. booking page). I tried to retrieve the book: input name, birthday, flight and date. When we found the booking in indicated that our booking was "unpaid". We tried again with our credit card and later on showed "default". We can no longer manage our booking. hello is this already resolved? I also experienced this

I have just tried booking a multi city flight with Cebu Pacific for 4 different flights in 2 weeks time and an error has occurred as soon as I pressed confirm. It says http 444. What shall I do please help?

I made changes in my booking by selecting the seat selector. However, i tried paying it through online but my cards transaction was pending. Can i pay it in any other way? Perhaps at the airport already? My booking is confirmed with due payment.

Hi! May I know what happened to your booking? I booked mine and paid it thru bank last Friday. I was checking the status since this morning it says on hold. HTTP ERROR 444, still happening! Ohh my good. we are in 2020! And I was * because during hooole february, i cannot do a single BOOK I heard everthing! "Try do digit only http" ..."clean your cache"... "access via vpn".." yes,.in fact we are experiencing some annomalies" ........ but, 3 years!!!???: If IT not going well.. think about the customer service... oh god! So, good bless you if complete your booking process and maybe the plane could flight...or happens a #444 error during the plane logon system

Guest : I have been trying to book a ticket since Monday but when I clicked submit now, it's not responding, what is the problem? Same problem here. At first, I tried rebooking a flight, the booking did not proceed to confirmation after I clicked the SUBMIT button. Tried booking a new flight days later, same problem.

Guest : I already paid my ticket in 7/11 but haven't received any email from them. I don't have an itinerary. Please help me. I booked my flight last January 18, 2020 and paid it on January 19, 2020. Until today I havent received any email from them confirming my payment. Same situation,I Book my ticket on feb. 1 and I paid the ticket feb 2. i check my flight booking at manage booking tab and found out that my ticket was cancelled or declined since i paid early before the expiration time of payment. did cebu pacific take an action to your complain? or did they rebook ar refund your money? pls, let me know? i paid almost 7k and it hurt a lot to me.

Guest : How can we contact cebpac with a real person? I booked a flight and paid it via paymaya. Received the receipt and itenerary yeaterday. But today I received an email saying my booking was cancelled since I did not pay the required amount! What's happening cebpac! You are scamming so many people! and you are so hard to contact! Can anyone tell me if you have experienced the same issue? Thanks! same situation, did you email them thru customer feedback? did reply you? or did take an action for your concern?

My flight from Hongkong to Puerto Princesa got cancelled today by Cebu Pacific Air. I booked it together with 2 other flights. Does anyone know if it's possible to keep my other 2 flights and convert only my flight ticket from HKG - Puerto Princesa to a flight ticket for Manila - Puerto Princesa?
