Mallorca is no longer on the green list, I want a refund or even amend to next year and the CEO promised everyone could get this free yet on their website it states it'll cost you £35 to amend. Are they deliberately ignoring customers calls or have they gone bust? Why aren't they answering their phones?

Today we selected the option of make a payment when calling and were put through to an advisor within 20 minutes of being on hold and have managed to cancel the booking!! Have Jet2 gone bust or are all their staff on strike. The time spent on the phone waiting for a response is ridiculous and costly. There is no way I can cancel a 2nd September without speaking to an advisor.

Similar to the previous post, I am in the exact same position with Jet 2 have already changed my holiday and now as it is again at risk for October want to cancel. They ask you to do so online but when I go to Manage my Booking, ask to cancel for a cash refund they ask you to call. How can you cancel when they will not answer your calls, have you hanging for hours and hours, don't respond to WhatsApp messages and are nearing 70 days before any costs are incurred to your refund....I am not hopeful of getting anyplace soon with them but kept all my communications as evidence when I first made contact

Jet2 cancelled my flight told me Ile get a full refund, its been 4 weeks and still not received anything (which they said is the maximum it would take). Cant get through to them on the phone, email or WhatsApp. Whats the best thing to do?

Ive been trying to get through to Jet2 for over a week now one call I spent two hours waiting to pick up before giving up. I need to either cancel my holiday or move it to next year. Now theyve taken the final payment without my permission from my card and I still cant get through to them to try and get my money back or cancel / move the holiday.

I have been on the phone to Jet 2 today for over 3 hours nobody's answering. Due to go to Spain mid September but want to change to September 22 why is nobody picking up. Appears staff have been instructed not to answer. Poor show Jet 2 very unprofessional.

Jet2 Cancelled my flight(said no longer going), issued refund and now I see that my same flight is still on sale and due to depart this saturday (but for twice the price!!). Will be contacting trading standards. I Waited for 2hrs 40mins to speak to them today and was then cut off 5 minutes into the call. To me Jet2s behaving like a Company thats on the verge of folding!

I booked and paid for a flight online to Alicante ( plus seats) for August 23rd from Birmingham (on Jet2 website)at 6.20am.The money has been taken from my credit card. I have not received a booking confirmation or number from Jet2 and am unable to manage my booking. It has been impossible to contact them to resolve this problem.What do I do?

Guest : Anyone booked to go Mojacar Playa Aquapark Hotel, Costa De Almeria?? We've been told by the hotel that they're not opening this summer at all and we've booked to go end of August. Have sent the email and WhatsApp msg received from the hotel directly to Jet2 but they won't acknowledge this and just keep saying the hotel haven't informed them!! Same but our flight has now been cancelled so they've emailed saying full refund being processed. Such a relief!!

I received an email this morning at 10.30am from jet.com, that stated holiday cancelation refund due. Nothing else no reason or options. however at 11.30I then received a text to say "we cant wait to fly you away".. please check your details ready to fly. We are due to fly in 3 days to Crete, but no refund or explanation has been given. Ive been trying to get thru all day. I have no idea what to do and cant afford to book another holiday without the refund which has not arrived. I have also tried facebook and WhatsApp

Flying back from bealerics tomorow,its a green country until monday,I'm now reading that I have to have a fekking day 8 test coz I havent been double jabbed,I've had a single jab,Wednesday I went for my covid test to come back home,that was negative,does anybody know if I have to have this stupid * day 8 test,vexed is an under statement,I didnt do a day 8 test to come to the bealerics why should I need one to come back to the UK, is this right or is this day 8 thing horseshit?

I have been trying to contact jet2 for 3 days to cancel a holiday due to a medical situation. In total I have spent 5 hours on the phone, emailed twice and tried WhatsApp. I have now gone from 50% loss to 70% although when they were emailed it was within the 50% range. Never again with this company absolutely disgraceful service., shame on you

I have now spent x3 hours waiting for JET2 to answer customer care services, I've sent two emails and tried to reach them via WhatsApp. They cancelled our flight, moved us to one which is cheaper (bit not provided any refund of the difference) and taken away our allocated seats -leaving my 14 year old daughter sitting on her own and my elderly (mid 80s) parents sitting in different rows. They expect us to pay AGAIN to sit together! Any suggestions as to how on earth to get through?

Looking for advice, when booked my holiday my friend paid the 1st payment from her bank as I only had cash on me, All the booking details are in my name and I had to change the date due to lockdown and the package was cheaper so got money back (refunded to my bank account)... Recently they cancelled the holiday and I received refund payments with 3days of each other but a still due money and they said its refunded to person who made 1st payment but they are adimant it's not been... I dont understand why Jet 2 has refunded to them when full booking is in my name the holiday has been cancelled and moved a few times so should know to refund my account. Looking for any help while try get gold Jet 2.

I have been trying to get through to jet2 by telephone to book under 16 travelling alone. Cannot do this online. No answer been on hold for 2 hours at a time then phone cuts off! Still on hold again now- is there any other way to do this without waiting for someone to pick up the line??

Guest : looks like theyre making an announcement as amber list info has gone. Been told we can cancel as were not fully vaccinated by time of travel but no info on how to request the refund. Been on hold over an hour so far. Just received email that my holiday end of August to Spain has been i My guess is, as demand increases now, they've cancelled my holiday so they can resell it at a much higher cost. 11/07/21 - Been trying to book one-way from ACE to Leeds/Brad for late July for three days now. I get all the way through the booking but the payment always fails. Tried 3 cards and 2 laptops and my phone app but the same every time. By the sound of it there's not much point trying to phone them... ? Anyone else had problems making a new booking ?

Guest : We had a very similar scenario as you. After holding on the phone for over an hour we finally got to speak to someone. I asked if they could refund my deposit and amendment fee in vouchers with a view to book a holiday next year. They not interested in the slightest. So this will be another customer lost. Will return to holidays with TUI who I know give customer service.
