Guest : Guest : I have been advised by Jet2 that my flights will now be with Smartwings - a Czech airline. I am not happy and wish to cancel but jet2 say I will lose my money. Surely if I book to fly with jet2 and they cannot provide flights I am within my rights to ask for my money back. Anyone know the legal position? we are flying out to turkey in June had a email telling us we are flying with Air Explore outward and inwards not happy but donít know if leagally u can get a refund too

I have lost all access to the Jet 2 app. When I attempt open it, all I see is a blank screen under the Jet 2 banner. If I attempt to open my Jet 2 profile page, all I see is a black screen. I have been experiencing this problem since last week. This is frustrating, especially when attempting to access our holiday details etc. Has anyone else experienced this problem. or is just me?

Anyone else have it on the app and also on their website where you have checked in and gone to print boarding passes but they just come through blank? When I've tried to get them emailed to me there's no email that comes through either! Rang customer service and I asked if she could see them on her screen to only be told she can't see them because it's data protection so can't see my details... even though she asked for my details for security purposes!!!!! I don't know what to do!

Tried to book a room upgrade through the app, I went through all the details and at the payment stage a message came up to contact customer services. I contacted customer services and was told that the reason my payment was rejected was that other people had booked the upgrade so Jet2 had decided to increase the price for the upgrade by £120 because of popularity! Is it legal to advertise one price and charge another? If it is or isn't one thing is for sure, this is awful customer service and I will never book with jet2 again. I realise that Jet2 will not care at all about losing my future business but perhaps if more people are aware of this awful business practice then more people will not book with this terrible company and perhaps that will have an impact.

Missing suitcase Heraklion Airport Hi I know this is a long shot but I travelled from Heraklion airport in Crete on 8 August 23, jet 2 put out a final call for me as last remaining passenger before gate was due to close. After rushing through I boarded plane and realised I hadnít got cabin bag ( black suitcase) I was told I couldnít go back into the airport even though the flight didnít take off for another 40 mins. I was told the bag would be located and returned on next flight. If you happen to be in the same situation and there are things in your case that canít be replaced ( things of sentimental value) is to get off regardless of cases in the hold go back into airport retrieve items before they are stolen as itís cheaper to rebook another flight home and certainly less traumatic.

Hi All, anybody booked a flight with Jet2 and used 3 payments option with PayPal? My question is regarding the option to select the 3 payment method, as on the website it has a tick next to both options- pay in full and over 3 payments. Will I have the option to select the 3 payments option after Iíve been directed to PayPal? I didnít want it to take full payment and not give the options. Thanks

Just wondered if youíve received any updates and how jet2 resolved this issue? same here -no confirmation email sent after the transaction. Waited 30 min as they advised.

Trying to make payment for luggage and the payment screen just keeps refreshing. No response on chat, phones closed. Will be super annoyed if they try to charge me extra to buy my luggage at the airport tomorrow morning!

I booked a week in Rome with my family for a wedding so had to take suit and all accessories as well as the usual attire and jet 2 lost my case I spent 4 days of my holiday shopping for suit and essentials jet2 eventually paid a total of £350 pounds in total for some of my emergency shop but no consideration for loss of time in Rome shopping and stress of 4 days without my case, I for one will never travel with them again no apology just matter of fact replies not their fault apparently 😂😂

Guest : I got an email from Jet2 saying that my return flight from Ibiza was now by Smartwings due to operational reasons. On my previous two flights to Ibiza i have ended up on Smartwings or similar named carrier. Aircraft on this occasion was 25 years old. To say that the carrier change are due to operational requirements is rubbish. I agree, jet2 have been doing this for 9 years or more. We have also just been told our outbound flight in September to Zante is with smartwings.

We're now looking to go to Lanzarote again in September, but they are now afternoon flights, which are no good. You must be out of your apartments by 10am and are flying back at night. Looking at other places we usually go to the same times apply. Will Jet2 ever be getting morning slots back. It's just a pity as the other airlines don't compare but for the sake of good traveling times I'll now be travelling with another carrier. Smartwings and Smartlynx aew used by Jet2 for flight only operations. So what you see when you book and pay for flight only will probably be with these airlines.

We're trying to check in online for a flight (online check in is open for another 10 hours). We want to opt not to choose seats, but there is simply no option. The check in won't continue unless we choose seats and they then make us pay for the privilege! The helpline guy was friendly but no help at all - he says we just have to queue at the airport. Has anyone else met this problem and found a solution?

Jet2 seating has again gone to new heights! We booked a holiday with Jet2, £3200 for a week, 3 seniors, and we didn't pay for seats at the time of booking, we were told that 28 days before departure we could 'Check in' pick any remaining seats and add our travel details (Passports etc.) AND rightly anyone who had paid additional money up front had already had their chance to choose their preferred seats. However during the 'Check in' process Jet2 allocated the seats, me in row 17, my wife in row 25 and my sister in law in row 28, a look at the seating arrangement showed that the 2 seats next to my sister in law were Free AND the 4 rows behind her were Free, I phoned Jet2 and was told that the automated allocation system tried to put pasengers who were travelling together in seats together! we could move if we paid the change of £9 per seat. The money isn't the problem BUT the way it has turned out appears to me to be 'Bulleying' us into paying additional costs and thus making greater profit for themselves. The flight is 3 hours and 20 minutes and as much as starting our holiday together with a nice drink and relaxation together on the plane we will not give in to Bulley's. Same on the return flight too! A very dissappointed Jet2 customer.

Complained outward flight very very cold , response from cs , Our aircraft temperature is kept between 22 and 24 degrees but can feel cooler as passengers are sat down and not moving around. Iíll pass on your feedback to our Cabin Crew regarding this so we can make improvements in the future if needed. My comment It was the crew who told u it was colder than normal because it was an old plane ? It was freezing not 22
