Had an email from Jet2 to say we need to fill in a locator form 24 hrs before going to Turkey. Does this need to be uploaded somewhere or do we print out a form to take with us on flight? Thanks

Guest : Our Jet2 holiday was cancelled and we had an email saying our refund would be paid to the card that made the payments. Today my wife received a text from a mobile number saying that Jet2 have had trouble paying our refund and to get in touch with them. This sounds dodgy to me.. What do you think? Guest : Guest : I've also received the same text saying they couldn't process the refund unless I filled in a form, so they could access my account ?? Which sounds a bit dodgy to me. Can't get through on the phone as no one is answering. I had the same, like others it was because my card had expired since booking. Filled in a secure form with the booking details (but not enough detail for a scammer to access it - they don't ask for DOB or date of departure, which you'd need to access someone's details via Jet2holidays website). They then told me the correct amount I was due and I filled in another form with my bank details. Two days later I received the refund. I was apprehensive though, because the phone lines were always busy and I would have preferred checking. Also, you can't navigate to the SMS page of their website without using the link in the text you suspect might be a scam. Jet2 need to sort that and have the SMS service link displayed clearly on their website.

It looks like Jet2.com have cancelled my flight at the end of Oct 20. I did not ask for this cancellation but their email suggests I did. I replied to Jet2.com customer service and was told their reply to me may take 21 days. My plans are up in the air (metaphorically speaking). Unrequited cancellation and no way to communicate to Jet2.com Help

Hi Tricia We too were flying out to Fuerteventura but on the 27th September . Jet2 contacted us today to cancel and to either offer us alternative holiday, credit note or cash refund. If you havent been contacted as yet Im sure you will be pretty soon. Tricia : Hi we are due to fly to Fuertavuntura on the 30th of Sept less than 14 days to go. hi we are due to fly out on the 9th october to furteventura to florida apartments i contacted the florida yesterday they said there closed till new year due to covid jet 2 have sent our tickets and hotel voucher via email i cant get through to them to query this any advice do i just wait for them to cancel it if they do i have emailed them but no reply as usual

We had exactly the same happen with us. We didn't for a minute think Jet2 would behave in this way. Both of their staff I spoke to regarding our flights said they hadn't been informed of a change in the FCDO rules, which as you know made any insurance you had,null and void if you knowingly traveled to Portugal after 10th September.Basically told us if you don't fly the only option was to rebook and then they decided to give refunds on the 15th September. Their reason was,they said. Due to the change in the FCDO advice? Really disappointing they decided to treat their customers in this way.

Guest : We are due to fly to Portugal on Sunday but following the UK government's new advice not to travel to the destination on health grounds, something which would automatically void our travel insurance, we feel it is too risky to travel. Jet2 tell us the flight is still scheduled and they expect us to go against the govt advice and to travel without insurance. As a result we are not entitled to a refund of our £500+ flight costs. That sounds like 'robbery' to me!

Had two sets of flights booked with Jet 2 this year. Got a refund credit note for the first and a cash refund for the second when first Portugal did not get an air bridge and the Spains air bridge was taken away. Due to my experience I booked further flights to Portugal in the knowledge that if they lost the air bridge Jet 2 would give me a refund or credit note. Despite cancelling flights to countries with no air bridge, they have decided to continue to fly to Portugal against FCO Advice, leaving their customers with no adequate travel insurance. This means that many loyal customers like myself will just lose their money. Shame on you Jet 2. I thought that you were different from the likes of Ryan air ect and could be trusted. Clearly I was wrong.

Crystal : Please can anyone help Jet2.com have changed our flight times and as theyre not suitable for us weve had to cancel and have been advised by jet2.com that a full refund will be given Weve received confirmation email over a week ago but today I received a text from Jet2 saying theyve been unable to refund the card i paid with and I will short receive a SMS from a number (they give the number) so they can finish processing the refund. Now weve recently got new card but im sure any credit refunded back to original card would be transferred to new card. I have checked with card company who confirmed that they would never refuse any payment even if it was an olde card and they would transfer it across. Im hoping somebody can advise if this has happened to them or do you like i think its a scam ? When and if any one rings me shall i just ignore and join the thousands waiting to get through on the phone to jet2.com or is a sms service operates bu jet2.com genuine? Thank you

absolutely fuming!! We have had yet another holiday to Portugal cancelled so we thought right lets book Turkey today to fly Monday. Whilst in the middle of booking the site crashed and redirected us back to the booking page. So we re input the info and now we have received two confirmations with two lots of money coming out of my account . We have been on hols for two hours only to get cut off Anyone got any suggestions ?

Before i end up being in a massive queue on the phone i don't suppose anyone knows how long a credit note voucher takes to come through from jet2? It says in the email they sent to say my flight had been cancelled that it should be straight away but it hasn't come. I know there is likely to be delays with the current situation but they shouldn't say this if this is not the case.I'm now worrying that i'm not gonna get this now.

Guest : About to fly to Crete on Saturday 12th, Flight only, i read that they have cancelled all package holidays until 20th September, I have emailed them and told them i will NOT be on the flight because the 2 week Quarantine Ruling, I will be claiming on my travel insurance as the flight was booked in July 2019 Q? On the Manage my Booking option, should i cancel my flight? Or is there an option for a voucher? Just answered my own question, after online check in, no changes permitted except cancellation by passenger

Hi. Were due to fly to Gran Canaria in Oct but none of our party can afford to self isolate upon return. Been trying for days, yes days to call Jet2 but constantly on hold and the music is driving me mad!!! Ive e- mailed several times. Does anyone know how to get through? I dont want to cancel holiday just defer it. Thanks 👍

Hello, disgusted Jet2 customer here. My holiday was cancelled, within a week Jet2 refunded ( some ) of the money into my account. I cannot fault them for that -good on them. The issue is, i am £400 short! no communication nothing..just £400 short. So - why is this. My thinking is, could it be for the 3 seats on board the plane which were booked? a flight which THEY cancelled and never too off. Also, could the money be for THEIR admin fees? I have naturally voiced my concern over several emails - and will continue i will not have money essentially stolen from me for a holiday which i did not cancel! Further to this, back in Feb, i willingly changed my holiday - this change cost me £130 ( admin fees ) ...i paid this..my choice....as annoyingly high as those chargers are ( puts bank charges to shame! ) i obviously do not expect that back. But being £400 i am curious to know whether they are charging me their admin fees for THEIR cancellation? Thoughts on a postcard welcome.

Hello! i have a credit note in pounds which it doesnt allow me to use it from Greece to England as it shows me the message "You can only redeem this credit note if the currency matches the currency of the departure airport." Does that mean that i cannot use it because i want to travel from a country with a different currency from England? just because in Greece use Euros?? Can i change it? or otherwise i would like my voucher in cash back. I m trying to call and it is not that possible as well. Can please anyone help me?

Were meant to be flying out to turkey on the 5th from Leeds Bradford too. So far our accommodation has been cancelled and operations havent been in touch to offer alternatives. Also noticed this morning that we are unable to check in online If youre able to check in online you should be ok (so far) If you do decide to try and ring them be prepared for a very very very long wait. Weve currently been in a queue for 3hrs

Hi ring them on 0333 300 0042 I rang them today for something else and they sent all my documents I don't fly out till the end of September, i did read somewhere that they will send the documents to customers 14 days before departure instead of a month because of all the changes that keep happening.

Still waiting for Jet2 to inform me that my holiday on 14 August To Majorca has been cancelled. Due to fly out from Newcastle 06.50 tomorrow. £3500 + tied up. No money or time to book alternative holiday. Absolutely disgusted.

We fly on Wednesday morning 19/08 from Edinburgh to Cyprus, we are required to take a Covid 19 test 72 hours prior, the only place we could get this done is in London which isnt possible for us, and because of the day and time of our flight we cannot do the postal test as we would need to post 72 hours before which is the Sunday - there is no mail on sundays - there is absolutely no possible way for us to get this test is anyone else here booked for the same flight and can give any advice ?

My October return flight with Jet2 has been moved back by two days does anyone know how long Ive got to either accept the change or cancel the flight.Theyve given me the option but how soon do I have to make the decision. I rang jet2 earlier spoke but the operative didnt know how long I had before I had to decide either way and she couldnt find out , after a 20 minutes On the phone I was none the wiser!

Jet2 holidays emailed a week after I booked to inform me my flight had been cancelled but I would be on later flight. This is fine however I paid extra to be on the earlier flight and also paid for seats. It has taken them nearly 2 weeks to confirm which flight I will be on. And when I log on to my booking they have selected my seating. Husband sat on 2A and I am sat on 1F. Cant amend the seating on manage my booking as it wants me to pay again. Have emailed Jet2 and also tried calling with no response. I am out of pocket and not willing to pay more for seating.

Been on hold with jet 2 since 8am again today as I was yesterday . Due to go to Gran Canaria tomorrow but cant quarantine for 14 days on return due to work . Only booked last Monday secure in their promise only to take you on non quarantine holidays . Cant cancel in manage my booking as they say you must call.So do you just not turn up at airport? Disgraceful breaking of promise .TUI giving refunds etc . Will never travel with Jet2 again Will try chargeback on credit card for mis selling . Yes ..still on hold ......

Booked a 5* all inclusive August 2019 in Turkey . We was here last year so re booked for 2020. Very little info fr om jet2 about any changes about anything about the hotel. We are now here to find the meals are to be picked from a lim ited menu. I find this hard to justify the £5500 we paid for the holiday.

Guest : Hi, hoping someone can help/advice. My holiday got cancelled by Jet2 and I am in the process of getting a refund. I paid in 3 installments and have received the last two but not the initial one. I was contacted by a text number yesterday saying was Jet2 and was an issue with refunding me to original card as expired (think it possibly could have between 1st and 2nd/3rd payments) It all seemed legit but now asking me to fill in an online form with my card details so they can process the refund. This is the bit I am obviously wary about. The text number was 07445 874549, I tried ringing it but said can't receive incoming calls. I did a google search on it but nothing. Tried for hours contacting Jet2 but impossible to get through. Has anyone else had this and has it been ok? Thanks in advance.
