Guest : Anyone booked to go Mojacar Playa Aquapark Hotel, Costa De Almeria?? We've been told by the hotel that they're not opening this summer at all and we've booked to go end of August. Have sent the email and WhatsApp msg received from the hotel directly to Jet2 but they won't acknowledge this and just keep saying the hotel haven't informed them!! At least they've responded to you. It doesn’t even give a reason on the email it’s just the booking form with cancellation. It would be nice to know why. I read on their site that if they cancel the refund should be through within 48 hours. I hope it isn’t so they can bump the price up and sell it to other people as suggested in another comment Guest : Guest : I’m the same. Sat on the phone for 2 hours now. They say I have to talk to someone but no one ever answers the phone!!!!
So, this is the 2nd time I've been holding on for 2 hours just to be cut off! All I want to do is cancel our holiday and the website won't allow you to do this, you have to call!!!

Because our payment date was extended to the end of July, Jet2 confirmed that the 70 day rule didn't apply as long as we cancelled before payment date we would only loose our deposit, this has been confirmed by two separate advisors

I have been trying for 2 days now to try and get through to Jet 2 on the phone to cancel my booking as it won’t allow me to do this on line for some reason. I have two days left to just lose my deposit otherwise it’s 30% of the holiday. Over an hour now hanging on the phone.
Jet 2 just gave me a random hotel allocation after our original hotel is apparently no longer open due to COVID. No one contacted us about which hotel we would prefer, now I’m waiting for them to answer the phone to change to a different hotel but this is just ridiculous!!!
My daughter did everything right . Got PCR test within 48 hrs to fly to Ibiza from Birmingham . They wouldn’t let her board as they said the test would be 1hr out by the time she reached Ibiza and se wouldn’t be allowed in. This is a lie. Her friend flew from Stansted an hour later but with time on test the same…not only allowed to board but sailed through in Ibiza. Disgrace
Crushingly inept organisation ...like many people on this complaints forum, the frustration of there not being any line of communication open to establish a refund is rude, arrogant and unforgiveable
I’ve have been on all communication links to Jet2 since 9.00 this morning after getting rejected to board a flight to Mallorca this morning, Emergency passports can only be collected from Belfast as all Uk sites have no bookings . Are all major airlines only interested in Sales and not support or service , as my problem was linked to an early renewal in 2012 following a theft of my passport Very frustrated

I’ve been trying to get through to Jet 2 to change Passenger. I’m unable to do this as online . Tried phoning 3 days Email and what’s app no reply.
Well first of all had to chase for refund was told definitely processed then admitted it it hadn't when argued it most definitely was not received. Had a holiday booked for this month and decided to pay the additional cost of £303.00 to change over to 2022 .. paid in full. just checked bank they've taken £1,359.00 and to top it off on manage my booking it say still owe the 303.00. Unhappy is an understatement like many I have spent my two days leave trying to make contact with jet2 .... I'm sick of their playlist now too. WhatsApp... no response not even from the blasted robot!!! I have always recommended this company until niw that is!!!

I've been speaking to jet2 all week and they kept assuring me that I dont need a pcr test to go on my family holiday to menorca, update today says that the spanish prime minister says all Brits coming to menorca neededto present a negative pcr test,after speaking to jet 2 every day for the last week,they kept assuring me that I dont need a pcr test to enter menorca,only need the day 2 test,how are we supposed do this now in a few days notice find a pcr test with a date in a few days time? After being assured repeated by jet2 that we dont need a pcr test this I hopeis a load of bullsyit,I wouldn't mind but we fukcing paid near 3 fukcing grand for a holiday,of this is the case and jet2 cannot communicate properly with its customers then I will need a full refund and some compensation is in order

Hi guys ,anybody know if this is right,nobody needs a latest now to enter menorca, the vealaric islands only a day 2 test is necessary, can anybody confirm this,have you travelled from uk to menorca and not needed a pcr test? Apparently we need a test on day 2 of coming home

Guest : I believe Jet2 are not flying to Greece currently? Can anyone confirm this is true? Have they a date when this will be reviewed ? Definitely not flying to Greece, had our holiday cancelled yesterday for the 11th of July to Corfu.
Hello, I've just recieved an email from Jet2 stating the return flight to BHX on 1st July is cancelled due to changes for covid 19 rules. I'm sure the rules have not changed ie test 3 days before returning flight. Also book additional tests on arrival for day 2 and 8 and isolation. Anybody else the wiser to know if flight LS 1216 is definitely cancelled?
Only just had an email that my holiday to Tenerife on 2nd July is cancelled even tho it’s amber list so have to quarantine when come back. Dave : 18 March booked return flight to Alicante 20 June ret 28 June. JET2 sent an email that I had cancelled my flights. This was not true because of COVID the Government cancelled all travel for holidays abroad. JET2 promised a refund which has not happened, I think four months is a long enough wait and not even a polite message regarding the matter. jet2 are not flying to main land spain until 22nd of july,but the travel agents are not telling anyone

Can someone please tell me what covid testing is required to travel from Belfast to faro during July. Its proving impossible to get a straight answer. Also does my 6 year old grandson and granddaughter require covid testing to fly?
