Just tried to check in three times without success. Just spent an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. This looks like the first and last time I use these people.
Whats going on? Jet2 have cancelled our holiday and I can't log on to the app now, No explanation, I have been on the telephone for the last hour on hold.

Flying on 10th to Gran Canaria.I have tried to check in but says..no seats available at all, not even paid one.How can I be sure I got seat at airport check in.Now can not fill Spanish locator form without seat number and no answer on phone line!

They clearly have a technical issue that they’re not admitting to. *Finally* had a response that I need to check in at the airport (at no extra cost). I used their WhatsApp contact. I frequently travel from Hamburg to Funchal / Madeira . With Condor doubling prices for direct flights , a route from Hamburg to Stansted ( Ryan ) and from Stansted to Funchal ( Jet2 ) becomes an option. Is one hour between arrival and departure ( hand luggage only ) safe ??

Absolute nightmare no response on the phone now spent 3.5 hrs on the phone in past 3 days you don't even know if your in a que or if you've just called an empty office argh never again poor poor customer care

Having problems with jet2 who think a private taxi transfer is waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes for a public taxi to get too hotel and then getting a 52 seat coach back to airport
