Just tried to check in three times without success. Just spent an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. This looks like the first and last time I use these people.

Flying on 10th to Gran Canaria.I have tried to check in but says..no seats available at all, not even paid one.How can I be sure I got seat at airport check in.Now can not fill Spanish locator form without seat number and no answer on phone line!

Guest : Breege : Jet2 won't let me download boarding pass when i have checked in is website down You need to enter your passenger locator reference number, although I have been able to check in and print my boarding pass, but forgot to add reference number. Now I cant see where to do it

They clearly have a technical issue that they’re not admitting to. *Finally* had a response that I need to check in at the airport (at no extra cost). I used their WhatsApp contact. Wendy Morris-cooke : For some reason I am unable to check in online. I have tried for past 24hrs. Does anyone else have this issue ? Anyone know how I can resolve it please

I frequently travel from Hamburg to Funchal / Madeira . With Condor doubling prices for direct flights , a route from Hamburg to Stansted ( Ryan ) and from Stansted to Funchal ( Jet2 ) becomes an option. Is one hour between arrival and departure ( hand luggage only ) safe ??

It’s been more then two weeks I’m trying to get in contact with the Customer Support to request special assistance for an 80+ From Netherlands to Leeds, first the initial flight was canceled. More then one hour Waiting without any notification what my spot in the queue is is crossing lines especially since I’m calling from the Netherlands, roaming cost! So frustrated! Looking for options to cancel and refund. Never book Jet2 again! This is BS!

My Jet2 What’s app query has at long last sent me the following “There is a response to your open inquiry” does anyone out there knows where it is or what it means! cannot find anything anywhere. My flight was yesterday, thank goodness I moved it. Utterly appalled at their service. Any ideas!

Having problems with jet2 who think a private taxi transfer is waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes for a public taxi to get too hotel and then getting a 52 seat coach back to airport
