jet 2 cancelled my hol which i reported on this site i payed 400 pounds they have only refunded me 125
absolutely fuming!! We have had yet another holiday to Portugal cancelled so we thought right lets book Turkey today to fly Monday. Whilst in the middle of booking the site crashed and redirected us back to the booking page. So we re input the info and now we have received two confirmations with two lots of money coming out of my account . We have been on hols for two hours only to get cut off Anyone got any suggestions ?

Before i end up being in a massive queue on the phone i don't suppose anyone knows how long a credit note voucher takes to come through from jet2? It says in the email they sent to say my flight had been cancelled that it should be straight away but it hasn't come. I know there is likely to be delays with the current situation but they shouldn't say this if this is not the case.I'm now worrying that i'm not gonna get this now.

On the Manage my Booking option, should i cancel my flight? Or is there an option for a voucher? Now we’ve recently got new card but i’m sure any credit refunded back to original card would be transferred to new card. I have checked with card company who confirmed that they would never refuse any payment even if it was an olde card and they would transfer it across. I’m hoping somebody can advise if this has happened to them or do you like i think it’s a scam ? When and if any one rings me shall i just ignore and join the thousands waiting to get through on the phone to jet2.com or is a sms service operates bu jet2.com genuine? Thank you
Hi. We’re due to fly to Gran Canaria in Oct but none of our party can afford to self isolate upon return. Been trying for days, yes days to call Jet2 but constantly on hold and the music is driving me mad!!! I’ve e- mailed several times. Does anyone know how to get through? Hello, disgusted Jet2 customer here. My holiday was cancelled, within a week Jet2 refunded ( some ) of the money into my account. I cannot fault them for that -good on them. The issue is, i am £400 short! no communication nothing..just £400 short. So - why is this. My thinking is, could it be for the 3 seats on board the plane which were booked? a flight which THEY cancelled and never too off. Also, could the money be for THEIR admin fees? I have naturally voiced my concern over several emails - and will continue i will not have money essentially stolen from me for a holiday which i did not cancel! Further to this, back in Feb, i willingly changed my holiday - this change cost me £130 ( admin fees ) ...i paid this..my choice....as annoyingly high as those chargers are ( puts bank charges to shame! ) i obviously do not expect that back. But being £400 i am curious to know whether they are charging me their admin fees for THEIR cancellation? Thoughts on a postcard welcome.

Hello! i have a credit note in pounds which it doesnt allow me to use it from Greece to England as it shows me the message "You can only redeem this credit note if the currency matches the currency of the departure airport." Does that mean that i cannot use it because i want to travel from a country with a different currency from England? just because in Greece use Euros?? Can i change it? or otherwise i would like my voucher in cash back. I m trying to call and it is not that possible as well. Can please anyone help me?

We’re meant to be flying out to turkey on the 5th from Leeds Bradford too. So far our accommodation has been cancelled and operations haven’t been in touch to offer alternatives. Also noticed this morning that we are unable to check in online If you’re able to check in online you should be ok (so far) If you do decide to try and ring them be prepared for a very very very long wait. Hi ring them on 0333 300 0042 I rang them today for something else and they sent all my documents I don't fly out till the end of September, i did read somewhere that they will send the documents to customers 14 days before departure instead of a month because of all the changes that keep happening.

Still waiting for Jet2 to inform me that my holiday on 14 August To Majorca has been cancelled. Due to fly out from Newcastle 06.50 tomorrow. £3500 + tied up. No money or time to book alternative holiday. Absolutely disgusted.
We fly on Wednesday morning 19/08 from Edinburgh to Cyprus, we are required to take a Covid 19 test 72 hours prior, the only place we could get this done is in London which isn’t possible for us, and because of the day and time of our flight we cannot do the postal test as we would need to post 72 hours before which is the Sunday - there is no mail on sundays - there is absolutely no possible way for us to get this test is anyone else here booked for the same flight and can give any advice ?

My October return flight with Jet2 has been moved back by two days does anyone know how long I’ve got to either accept the change or cancel the flight.They’ve given me the option but how soon do I have to make the decision. I rang jet2 earlier spoke but the operative didn’t know how long I had before I had to decide either way and she couldn’t find out , after a 20 minutes On the phone I was none the wiser!

Jet2 holidays emailed a week after I booked to inform me my flight had been cancelled but I would be on later flight. This is fine however I paid extra to be on the earlier flight and also paid for seats. It has taken them nearly 2 weeks to confirm which flight I will be on. And when I log on to my booking they have selected my seating. Husband sat on 2A and I am sat on 1F. Can’t amend the seating on manage my booking as it wants me to pay again. Have emailed Jet2 and also tried calling with no response. I am out of pocket and not willing to pay more for seating.

Been on hold with jet 2 since 8am again today as I was yesterday . Due to go to Gran Canaria tomorrow but can’t quarantine for 14 days on return due to work . Only booked last Monday secure in their promise only to take you on non quarantine holidays . Can’t cancel in manage my booking as they say you must call.So do you just not turn up at airport? Booked a 5* all inclusive August 2019 in Turkey . We was here last year so re booked for 2020. Very little info fr om jet2 about any changes about anything about the hotel. We are now here to find the meals are to be picked from a lim ited menu. I find this hard to justify the £5500 we paid for the holiday.
I also received the sms from jet two asking me to complete the form via my phone. I was a little hesitant but I did it anyway, money back in my account within 24 hours. So go head complete the form

I was contacted by a text number yesterday saying was Jet2 and was an issue with refunding me to original card as expired (think it possibly could have between 1st and 2nd/3rd payments) It all seemed legit but now asking me to fill in an online form with my card details so they can process the refund. This is the bit I am obviously wary about. The text number was 07445 874549, I tried ringing it but said can't receive incoming calls. I did a google search on it but nothing. Tried for hours contacting Jet2 but impossible to get through. Has anyone else had this and has it been ok? Thanks in advance.
