Re our flight only trip to Cyprus soon from Glasgow. Is it essential to book the 2 PCR tests that are required (in Scotland) for our return flight from Cyprus before we depart from Glasgow. Or does this apply only to customers who book a package holiday. We are double vaccinated. We do not want to pay for return PCR tests only to find the requirement for them is later cancelled as it is in England. Or can we book the tests on line whilst in Cyprus before we complete our UK Passenger Fight Locator form 2 days before our return flight.
i tried booking flights with jet2 and the payment said it was failed, but the money has been taken from my credit cared! What can i do?

Absolutely disgusted with Jet2. Arrived at the airport (chaos, had to be fast tracked through security as it took so long)ran to the gate found out that our flight to Ibiza is going via Mahon. No email, no information at check-in, not even at the gate. No idea how long we’re on for, no idea of arrival time. I understand that they have to make the flights cost effective but just a bit of information would be appreciated. They have been appalling, will never use them again

Just to say this is not a Jet 2 forum so they will answer no questions. I have the same problem 5 hours plus Glasgow to Malaga- it seems that they fly to Alicante , drop people off and then fly on to Malaga. It still says it is a direct flight though- excuse might be that you don't get off the plane!!!!

14 September 2021-On 25/08/21 I sent a note to you requesting a full refund (24ZDTV Ref) due to your unacceptable flight change on flight LS257.We have tried numerous times to telephone but there are clearly not enough staff as we can never get through. This, after already being charged a considerable amount to change our previous flight due to covid. Would you please send a refund ASAP as promised.

Guest MD : Normally the flight time from Malaga to Edinburgh is approx 3hrs and 30 mins. i have looked at the flights on the 15th October 21, the day i want to fly, and the time is 5hrs and 10 minutes! i have tried to find out from Jet2 why that is but , unsurprisingly, no response. Does anyone know what is going on with that flight? I flew from Edinburgh to Malaga on 8th September. Jet2 decided to fly to Glasgow first because they had amalgamated their flights for 'economic reasons' as the Captain said. They are going to do the same all through the rest of this year. When we return to Edinburgh it will be the same and I am going to be several hours overdue on my car parking. This is the last time I will fly Jet2 as I also didn't get the seats I had paid for as they issued new boarding cards for reasons best known to themselves.

Hi was wondering if anyone can help I booked holiday over 2 years ago with low holiday with flights with jet 2 last year love holidays contacted me to say they were cancelling and I had due to Covid and to contact jet 2 which I did and transferred my flights to this year costing me £48 extra jet 2 contacted me 2 weeks ago to say they flights were cancelled and asked if I wanted refund which I agreed but only refunded £48 when total cost of flights were £792 tried contacting them but can’t get through anyone know we’re I stand on getting refund

Totally agree thought jet 2 were a good company. we ended up without a holiday as we found out 24 hours before that we would be landing at east midlands before going to Alicante making a 3 hour flight into a five hour plus flight . We didn't go as we are worried about covid and didn’t want to risk it everything was packed ,covid tests ordered, location form ,completed car park booked and ended up without a holiday!! Had we been told that was going to happen we wouldn’t have booked . Jet 2 be up front with people when they are booking their holidays . Book with this company at your peril

Any questions not answered by their Q/A pages and you are stuck. Just come back from a recent holiday with Jet2 and found in resort services extremely poor if non existent. Lots of people in our resort hotel with lots of questions and left without help. Older and some younger people with little IT skills worried sick because the could not upload or download information required to get permits to travel home. Book with Jet2 and you are on your own. They will not survive with such poor service so be warned. I know its a difficult period but the difficulties are showing what poor management skills their management have and how un-professional they really are.

Can't get through to Jet 2 on the telephone. Have called numerous times and held on for over an hour but can't get an answer. We have booked a holiday but received a text to say the flights are being changed, we have confirmed to say we don't mind but had a text and e mail the following day to say they have cancelled our holiday (they won't refund the £42 paid for their travel insurance!) no options given. The strange thing is our friends have booked the same holiday and theirs isn't cancelled! Absolutely terrible customer service, in fact it's non-existent. Don't trust them at all!

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Anamaria, the Jet2 customer service representative in BHX on the night of 12 to 13 Aug. She helped me with the Locator Form when I was having some technical difficulties, demonstrating professionalism and customer care. Many, many thanks, making my journey to ALC less stressful!

Advised 20th August my October flights were being cancelled. Still waiting for my £3058 refund which I need to pay for my new flights. Have tried emailing and phoning but no one replies. Impossible to speak to anyone at Jet2. Calls get cut off after almost 20 mins with no reply.

After informing Jet 2 of serious delay for departure I was disgusted to receive an email stating that no reply all be forthcoming bore a 12 week period ..that is totally unexeceptable
Have tried to change date of flight spent £559 on original yet an being asked to pay £293 over and above for changed dates next year in May. Thought there was only an admin charge of £35.00. Why am I being asked to pay a second time. Please don't say ring friendly staff. Have tried twice hung on for over half an hour. Nobody answers

My Jet2 flight - East Mids to Fuerteventura has increased from 4 hours 15 to 5 hours 55. Does anyone know why this might be? It has always been just over 4 hours. Many of the Tuesday flights have increased to that time but not all.
I sympathise. I’ve been trying for days I’ve phoned several different numbers. I’ve also e mailed. I’ve travelled with jet 2 for many years. This will sadly be the last one with this company. I’m a lead passenger for our holiday and one of the persons coming with me can’t come now because he’s unwell. I have a friend who wants to come with me instead, can I amend this at the airport?? Done all the forms needed to travel, has covid passes ect and the flights paid for. Just need to get hold of jet 2 but can’t get through. Been on the phone for over 3 hours and still can’t get through and it won’t let us amend it online. Can we just turn up to the airport and ask them at the desk to allow a new passenger?
I too have been trying to contact them for the last several days having sat on the phone multiple times in excess of 40 minutes and no reply with no idea where you are in the queue have backed up with emails to be informed that it could take 20 plus days for a response . All I want to do is move the date of my booking but can't do this on line in manage your booking says you need to talk to an agent chance would be a fine thing then trying trying at 5.45 pm last night a voice message informs you the lines are closing early not good enough Jet2.

They were notified two days before they travelled.

Today we made the 140 mile round trip to Leeds Bradford airport and it took about 10 minutes to change our booking at the J2 desk. Previously rang the airport enquiry desk and they gave us the number for the J2 desk (0113 391 3239) We rang to ask if they would make the change and they said it would be no problem but we would have to be there in person - it worked! Still had to pay an admin fee despite our previous flight being cancelled but we argued that we should not have to pay the taxes twice and these were removed. I hope that others may try this route. The long drive was worth it as we were becoming very stressed by the situation.
And it’s not the only airlines behaving like this…impossible to get hold of. Someth8ng should be done about it. Dave : Margaret Hendry : We’re due to fly to Palma last Saturday 28th August and we couldn’t fly then due to Covid restrictions and isolation rules ! We had flights booked last year at same time and changed them to this year at an extra cost as no flights were going to Palma ! We sent at least three emails stating this then tried for almost a week to get through on telephone for hours at a time to change flights to a later date next year or at least get a voucher to the value to use ! We had absolutely no luck in contacting Jet2 to do any of this ! We fly every year and sometime more than once a year with Jet2 but have to say this has put us of as there seems to be no customer service available.
