Guest- carol lawrence : hi, I was due to fly from Leeds Bradford Airport on 12th april which was cancelled I missed a call regarding a refund on the 10th the message left stated they would call back. So far no one has, I cannot call them and there are no on line chat options, the 10 others I was travelling with are all refunded as they were able to take their call. How long will I be waiting or will they automatically refund me I am in need of my money as has been gaining intrest in Jet2's account not mine... Please someone help

Paid in full for package to Tenerife departing 04/04 returning 11/04. 20/03 received the following email "We’re sorry but, due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we’ve had to cancel your holiday. Understandably, we’re very busy at the moment working through affected bookings in departure date order, so please bear with us. We’ll be in touch next week with your options, so keep an eye out for another communication. If you’ve contacted us to amend your booking, please ignore this email." 27/03 received "We’re sorry we’ve not been in touch yet about your cancelled holiday. Understandably, we’re working through bookings in departure date order as quickly as we can, so please bear with us. We’ll be in touch a few days before you were due to depart, so keep an eye out for another communication. If you’ve already contacted us to amend your booking, please ignore this email" 31/03 received We know how much you were looking forward to a well-deserved break. The good news is, you don’t have to miss out. You can now simply change your booking to a later departure date and you won’t have to pay an admin fee. You can even amend the hotel, destination or who’s travelling on the booking! Plus, we'll give you £100 off. All you need to do is follow the link below! The lead passenger on the booking will need to fill out the Request An Amendment Form as soon as possible, then once that’s done we’ll call to confirm the change. If you’d like to discuss other options, please call our customer service team on 0333 300 0737. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s a longer than normal call wait time. In response to recent government guidelines, we’re working hard to balance both the needs of our customers and welfare of our colleagues. Therefore, we’ve had to close our call centre and switch to homeworking, so please bear with us during this transition, as we’re experiencing high volumes of calls right now. Don’t forget to also cancel any other bookings you made for your holiday, such as airport parking. Tried contacting their customer service team as directed to discuss other options. No response on either the phone number or email. No more emails or other correspondance received. Appears that there is no way of getting in contact with them. Obviously under current circumstances a refund would be appreciated at this time as the holiday dates have now been and gone. Please Jet2 do the decent thing and reimburse customers where you have been unable to provide the services you have been paid to provide!!

Anyone have problem trying to book flights with jet2? I'm trying to book for Dec and go through booking procedure incl payment and then it states this is not available. I've changed browser but still doesn't work. Jet2 have been quiet on social media now for days. Maybe something is happening behind the scenes? No phones,no email.no contact maybe I'll not book...they might not be in in dec. What does anyone think?

I don’t go on holiday until July but me and my partner have decided we don’t want to go anymore because of current situations. Does anyone know, if we cancel the holiday ourselves, will we get our money back? We are aware we wouldn’t get the deposit back and could get charged a cancellation fee if we’re within a certain amount of days before flying but on the app we are being told we will be charged the full amount we have payed for the holiday, is that correct?

We too are waiting for a refund although we have received an e mail in March advising a refund would be paid in 28 days as our flight was at the end of March. There is no way of contact as they have disabled telephones etc.

We are in the same situation they got in touch with me by text and email on 16 March saying holiday is cancelled you will get a full refund in the next 28 days but nothing yet and our holiday dates have com rand gone!!! What date was your holiday meant to be?? Guestkeith : Jet2 cancelled my holiday on 13/3/20.by eu law I'm entitled to a full refund.they are blatantly ignoring this law,also by package holiday regulations you are entitled to a full refund fourteen days after they have cancelled, again they are ignoring this law. Don't rely on abta to help you they are 100%for the travel companies if there were no travel companies there would be no abta.the only way is to take them through the small claims court to get the money they owe you.

Jet2 contacted me Easter Sunday - offered me a refund over five follow up payments. After an email of my booking I then shared my bank details - however, still feels suspicious?

Jet2 cancelled my holiday on 13/3/20.by eu law I'm entitled to a full refund.they are blatantly ignoring this law,also by package holiday regulations you are entitled to a full refund fourteen days after they have cancelled, again they are ignoring this law. Jet2 applying underhand tactics when trying to rearrange flight. I have done so in past two days and had to pay £42.50 more per person. After I did this I then checked flights later in day to find they were significantly less than I had originally paid. Also waited over 2 hours before I could get through and was told by agent that the offer to waive admin fee was only available when you call and not online....I have been lied to and duped by Jet2, and paid extra. Was this a tactic to stop me cancelling..... I think so and to give them more money. I am very * and disappointed

Are jet 2 offering refunds for flights they are cancelling .just had ours cancelled and have to wait for them to get in touch. We have a villa booked and they will let us change the date to next year .dont know whether to book the flights now as they are available for next year and then request a refund for the ones cancelled .or do I have to wait for Jet 2 to get in touch.

Booked a package deal with Jet2 paid in full was suppose to go on the 5th April had an email to say it was cancelled s week or so ago and they would be in touch a couple of days before we was supposed to travel. Well havent heard a thing from them and there not answering there phones. I also have a package booked with First choice and the balance is due beginning of may just dont know what to do pay not pay . Anyone heard anything

Balance due to be paid today but I can't get through on any number. There is no chance of travel to Crete by June 1st. Would need to get my deposit back. I can't get through on any Jet 2 phone numbers. We have booked Crete for June 1st. It is very unlikely to go ahead as the foreign office has indicated that the travel ban is now indefinite.

Guest : We are due to fly to lanzarote for package holiday 1st may its paid for in full, has anyone heard from jet2 prior to holiday date They say they will contact you so not to contact them HI, Jet 2 have told us that we that we can move the fight to a different date (as if that's going to work with your existing hotel booking ) or they give you a phone number to discuss what you would like them to do , so when you get through some time in November you can discuss the options. Fact is they wont want to pay anybody a refund as they have said this online, martin lewis says we are all entitled to a full refund so good luck on that 1 , we were due to fly with them on the 2nd april.

Hi, I am suppose to be flying to Madeira on 6 April, obviously this will not be happening. I have not heard anything from Jet2 in regards to my flight let alone if I can change the date or get a refund. I cannot get through on the customer lines. Poor customer service!

Can anyone tell me on what number to get hold of jet2. The customer service lines are not working and all I am getting from them are automated emails. We were due fly to Poland on Monday 6th April and obviously this has been cancelled due to Covid19.

Greek government told all hotels to remain closed until 30th April , supposed to be going there on the 4th of April no feedback from jet2

I managed to speak to them after they emailed me about my flight on the 10th May being withdrawn, the holiday no longer being available. They confirmed that the flights were cancelled and I asked about the possibility of them being reinstated, they said it was unlikely as they are going from FCO recommendations. However, as you say, their website says flights to Italy have only been cancelled until the 27th April (was 26th). I've said I will hang fire at the moment as they assured me I can still get a refund or amend the booking even if I wait until much closer. I'm not optimistic it will be ok by May but you never know! Hi there we are currently on holiday in Lanzarote and due home on Tuesday but if a lockdown comes into force on Monday are we still able to come home would like some advice as my wife has hart conditions and is on a lot of medication many thanks Mr mckerr

I've had an email from jet2 saying my holiday to Rome on 22nd June has been cancelled. But there website is saying only holidays up to 27th April have been cancelled. The app still allows me to add to the booking (in flight meals etc) and you can still book holidays to the hotel via jet2 for the week in supposed to be there. I'm hoping that they sent me the cancellation email in error but I cant get hold of them to check that theory. Obviously I've emailed them but auto reply says could be 14 days before they reply. Has anyone else had this issue?

we are supposed to be flying to croatia on 31 march but the rest of the holiday is cancelled and the country is doing a 14 day quarantine on arrival We need to cancel our flights with jet2 but cannot get hold of them. Does anybody know if they can be cancelled or get a credit

I’m trying to book flights from Stansted to Faro for 6 days out of school holidays, for my godsons wedding by the time everything added coming up over £500 for 2 of us !!!! Why is it so god dam expensive 😡 as for 2 cases £54 each way really !!!!!
