What’s the point of the app if I can’t manage my booking on the app Or is it just not working today ?

Booked holiday to Italy last week for end of June. Received email last night to say flight times altered to late afternoon instead of early morning! Trying to get through to Jet 2 to change to Birmingham form East Midlands - only hold for over an hour so far!! Any suggestions please? Incredibly frustrating and poor customer service.

Guest : Trying to check in for my return flight tomorrow and it won't accept my details at login? Help! I need that boarding pass!! UPDATE: I found my Jet2 Login password and got in that way so all is well! Using the Booking Ref and surname option for log in just isn't working today!

Guest : Guest : How do I add my passenger location ref number please I have same problem! I just did this on my computer. When the flight details come up, the outbound was on the left and inbound on the right. Below the flight details on the right there was a box to click to add locator form code. Note that if you copy and paste from your locator form email, you'll need to delete the first few characters as they are pre-populated.

All very worrying that we cant contac no one and there still taking booking whatever going on you would think thay would let us be able to contac someone but it like that have shut all contac down ???

Guest : Have you managed to get through to anyone? We have had exactly the same issue and have tried continuously since last night to call/email with no luck getting through. Money has been taken but don’t know if we have the flight booked or not? Upset. : Booked and paid for my flight. Got a conformation form with no booking code, no details at all. Was not sent a conformation email either. Yes I managed to sort it. My email was ignored. Try communicating via Whatsapp if you haven't already. They replied quickly and resent the form with all the details on this time. Very disappointed with this service. Good luck!

The link on manage my booking to change a passenger surname doesn't work - takes you to change contact details of lead passenger which is not what is required. My computer auto-corrected one of the kid's surnames to something other than all the other surnames on the booking. My mistake obviously, but I would like to change it so he can get on the plane. If they aren't going to answer their phones, at least get the website right ffs - it's not difficult.

Jet 2 have said E Mail sent to me regarding confirmation of my holiday - has not been received. Need to let customers know what is going on. The money has been taking from my account.

I got to pay the balance of my holiday next week going in March on reading all this that no one can speak to to anyone and sort out there problems does anyone think that jet 2 are on verge of collapse ?

I have made exactly the same mistake with my sons D.O.B. So would love to know the answer myself Paul : Put wrong D.O.B on details for booking with Jet2 No facility on "manage bookings" to change. Tried phoning but nobody ever answers as " very busy". Could set more staff on. Tried e mailing but same. Does it matter about D.O.B? It is a year out

No confirmation email of flight booked yesterday for today - no1 to speak to about it - so can’t access boarding passes or fill in passenger locator form!

Tried to change password on My jet 2 app don't get any email from them something must be wrong ?? Guest : Does anyone know if there is an issue with Jet2's website today? I've tried to book some flights but its stuck on the payment page. Don't know whether to click out and try again but don't want to be charged twice. Having exactly the same experience. Have forgotten password situation. Requested password. Nothing.

Kaz : Why are there no flights during the summer to tenerife on a weekend. Only flights with package holidays. Anyone know if there will be some added and when It is the same for Crete in September. We were told they are trying to assess demand. Not sure how they can assess that if nobody can book. There is more profit in the package holidays and they know most people want to fly at weekends, so removing the option of flight only makes sense for them - if not their customers.

I have to submit a passenger locator form reference number on a child (8) before I can get a boarding pass on the jet2 checkin. He doesn't need his own locator form as he's listed on our form. What do I fill in in the ukvi_xxxxxxx to get his boarding pass?

Booked holiday to tenirife in December for me and my daughter 7 days it cost 1,226 AND NOW THE same holiday is now £802 in January we go in March I tried to contac them all week cant get through to anyone gutted that were paid that amount and it so much cheaper now feel like * cant talk to anyone for a explanation as to why the price is different now to what there charging me

Keep us posted as to how you get on, I've sent an email, sat on the phone and submitted a WhatsApp chat and still haven't had a response from a human - I'm about 2 days away from driving to the airport and going to see them at the desk. My flights were cancelled at 13:00 today 😭

Guest : Tried to get through to jet2 to push back a citybreak by a month, keeping getting call failed after choosing the option 6 called 3 times it’s a nonsense and I note the fee to amend increases after 15 days!

My whatsApp message I sent on Friday last week has just been responded too and they are allowing change of destination and dates for the increase in flight cost plus admin fee

I'm trying to amend my flights as my son can't have his second vaccination in time for our trip, despite us being triple vaccinated! I've tried calling numerous times be put on hold for over an hour and still having no luck to speak with someone. I've used the WhatsApp chatbot and still had no response...not sure what else I can do??? If anyone can give me any advice on what to try next I'd appreciate it?! We are scheduled to fly to Tenerife 10th Feb.

Guest : My flight to Chambery next Saturday (15th) is still scheduled to go ahead. Anyone know how close to a departure time they will leave it before cancelling - I've literally just received a reminder to check in! Obviously with current restrictions it won't go ahead. I'm concerned about testing requirements that may be required should the rules change and will need enough time to organise things. Not really wanting to pay for testing if it's definitely not going to go. Arghhhh!
