Ive just been browsing prices for holidays and didnt book anything Gone into emails and jet2 have booked me some flights I wasnt browsing flights but package holidays Ive tried to cancel as this is not the case and now they want full payment for a mistake on there part not mine
Just paid to reserve seats on flight. Money been taken from my bank account but under manage booking it isn’t showing our reserved seats and is still telling us to choose seats, has this happened to anyone else? Not sure what to do as money has definitely came out of my account but can’t get hold of jet2 at all to sort it?

I had the same. Delete new app and re install old app from App Store. Just received confirmation to check in, however we've noticed that although it states 6 seats have been booked for flights ( 3 going out and 3 return), it only states 3 check in luggage. Can anyone confirm if this is normal, or should this also list 6? Hi i recently tried to book a holiday with yourselfs . It came up with an error it had taken a pre transaction for the full amount from my account . Now you are saying the price went up during the payment confirmation and i need to pay an extra £400 to secure my holiday . I think this is very unfair as it had taken the money from my account . You are now saying you wont honor the original price .I dont understand how you can do this . we booked with another family and are now trapped as you are saying they would loose 50 to cancel .
Jet 2 you have let us down you must have known the problems that would arise from too many 6 am flights
i booked a flight today using paypal pay in 3 scheme and haven't received a confirmation on my booking from jet2. I'm wondering if there's a wait involved? some places say it takes a few days for authorisation of paypal to go through

First time using Jet2 and they have not impressed me one bit. Wonder how hard it would be to contact them if my request was urgent! Problem with online checking. Didn’t show me the seats it allocated, so I accepted them and only found out they had allocated the six of us in 5 different rows. I’ve now been told we cannot change these except at the airport, even though I am willing to pay to reserve seats together. Any ideas how I can get this done?

Had to cancel trip to crete day before, due to partners illness. Not able to cancel online, couldn't reach them by phone. Then get a no show, email from them. Unfortunately my travel insurance does not cover cancellations. What can I do??

Perhaps you can't print them until under 48 hrs from flight. That was the default during restriction Period. Did the UK government request you complete a passenger locator form?

Guest : Complete nightmare trying to book flights today. I kept entering all my info but it wouldn't let me make payment. the same thing happened with me - except they took the payment from my bank but did not make the booking. As they didn't make the booking I don't have a booking reference and they won't refund my money (£178). So check your bank account in case the same thing has happened with you

Complete nightmare trying to book flights today. I kept entering all my info but it wouldn't let me make payment.
I have been trying to get through to Jet2 since 8am this morning, constantly on hold for 59 mins at a time, before I have to hang up and actually do some work. My call register is a constant list of different Jet2 numbers I've been using to try and get through. Even tried the cancellation number and that came up engaged. What has happened to Jet2, was such a great company and sung my praises, now wishing I'd booked elsewhere. I really need to speak to someone, as it is not an option to make this change online or using the app. Are all their staff still working from home or something, because for a company this size, this really is not a great impression. Very disgruntled customer.
Disgusting treatment by Jet2. We were in Palma airport for over 10 hours due to denied boarding. No food no drink. People had to buy their own hotels and pay for their own taxis. JET2 SHOULD BE FINED AND CLOSED DOWN FOREVER!
If you book with jet2 11 weeks before the holiday can you still extend the payment date by 4weeks?

We had an e mail from jet2 yesterday saying our holiday was cancelled .Recieved another e mail at 22.35pm saying there had been a mistake. Very lucky that we hadn't booked something else!

I was looking to see of jet2 is having any issue as o am not able to do the check in just gives error before add passport.. there is no ufficial communication on their website
We’ve tried multiple times to online check in for our flight home tomorrow but it just ends up erroring out. Can not complete at all. And can not see if we’ve missed something or filled in something wrong. And of course Jet 2 tell you that you can only book in online and that if you do try at the airport, they will charge you. However by the looks of things we aren’t the only people having issues. Really getting peeved right now. First time booked with them as well. Am sure we won’t book with them again.
