I have had the same experience as discussed, while trying to check in online. I downloaded the app to my phone, and had the same error message as using the laptop. I assume the queues at the airport will be worse than normal if online check -in is out of action.
Like people below on this forum I have tried repeatedly to telephone (3 times waiting approx/over 1 hour), I have e-mailed also 3 times and yesterday morning contacted via WhatsApp- still waiting on a response using any of these contact methods! My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to treat ourselves to a private transfer. However, price quoted was £90 and Jet 2 have taken £147 +. I have tried inputting various reasons for contacting Customer Services from cancellation to refund but makes no difference - no response whatsoever.
After spending a week of my life trying to cancel a holiday,without response, with this company I decided to have a go on the Lottery. I think there is more chance of winning the jackpot then getting through to this crowd.

What the hell are we supposed to do if a flight is canceled? You can NOT get through on the phone and their website constantly gives... "A price update occurred while you were shopping which affected items in your cart. Prices change frequently — both up and down — so this happens from time to time. Please click below and modify your order again. We apologize for any inconvenience." SO THEN WHAT????

Like everyone else I am trying to contact Jet2 Holidays to cancel a holiday and the cancellation link on the website doesnt work and ive had 1.5 hours of hanging on.
Been trying for 3 days to contact Jet2 to change date of my holiday as due to go in 13 days and now not able to. Does anyone know how to do this through Manage My Booking as can't find where to do it there either - Very frustrating

I received a text to say our booking has been changed (see below) and an email confirmation even though I have not agreed to this change and the hotel that you have now booked us in was not suitable. I have been calling the customer service line and have been continually waiting for an hour on numerous attempts. I would like to cancel the holiday with a full refund of all but I cannot get hold of anyone despite numerous calls and sitting in queues for ages. I contacted the WhatsApp which said someone be in touch that and noone has been I really do need to speak to someone ASAP

Third day of holding on the line waiting to speak to customer services. Holiday was booked by phone in November and the operator must have entered incorrect date of birth. I have attempted to amend but 'Manage my booking' online is not making the change. I have sent two emails and get a standard automated email back. The holiday balance was taken from my card yesterday . Please advise.

Trying to contact Jet2 all day to cancel holiday, no joy on phones or website. Very frustrating, is there a problem. Resorted to sending a registered letter.
My wife tested positive for Covid today. Due to fly to Tenerife tomorrow. Trying to change holiday. Can't get through to anyone on the phones. No response for over 5 hours on WhatsApp. Only option on website is to cancel booking and lose ALL my money. This is an awful situation.

Where do you enter the passenger locator form reference online ? Fiorella : I'm trying to check in online and I need to enter the passenger locator form to fly to the UK, but there's no place to enter the ref number. I hope I can do it at the airport at no extra cost.

The flight is 23rd March so I am within 14 days.
Aparently some flights checkins are getting opened before they should so you get an email to checkin, you see the checkin button but it is more than 14 days so I was told I was doing checkin on 16 days but should only be able to checkin on 14 days.

Wish I had found this site before I booked with Jet 2. I assume nobody from Jet 2 bothers to answer these. I got an email to online checkin but nothing happens when I try to click a person's name to enter their passport details. On hold on phone now for 1 hr 20 mins and counting. At least ABBA hold music has changed to something else.

David Wright : Just tried to check in three times without success. Just spent an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. This looks like the first and last time I use these people.They are usually the best and so good with covid refunds David, Frustrating but give them a chance. Worst case check in at the airport like the old days
