Had a Text message about our booking, flights and hotel had changed but no info on what has changed? We had the option to cancel and receive a full refund but not sure what has changed and still would prefer to go on holiday. What do you do?

Lynne - we are in the same position. We have our 2 very young grandchildren with us and do not want a 2 hr transfer from larnaca to paphos but tried to change online and it won’t go through and have tried calling twice now. On hold for over an hour both times with no reply. So frustrating and terrible customer service.

Yes, my flight LS531 Newcastle to Palma 8th September revised flight time is four and a half hours. Normally takes two and a half/3 hours. Been trying to phone to check if this is correct because I need to arrange to be picked up at Palma airport. 59 minutes waiting time yesterday then I hung up. Been trying again now. been on hold 50 minutes.

I have endeavoured . to contact jet2 for over a week, and have spent hours on the telephone..I have sent an email and have tried to contact the CEO.. My issue is my passport did not have enough time left on it..I therefore wanted to delay my holiday for a few weeks.. Totally and absolutely impossible.. and hugely disappointing. It would good for Jet2 to get in touch..

Guest : I have had an email today cancelling one way to Majorca on 5 Sept offering flight on 3rd in lieu with no details how to change the original flight still shows on my booking This could be an elaborate scam Phone number given is0333 300 0737 cannot find this number anywhere else but the answer phone voice sounds identical to their other numbers I had a similar email same phone number on 25th August at 11.02 saying flight has been withdrawn and moved to nearest flight on Thursday (but no date) My original flight is still on sale so I have 4 weeks to go will wait because I can not get through by phone.

I am really pleased to say that a Jet2 customer service rep, Alexandra, phoned me this afternoon and was extremely helpful. All issues have been resolved. The customer service team are responding to emails. I would suggest emailing customer service every day. I hope this helps.

It now stops at east midland airport was advised by them today Bill : My flight times from edinburgh to alicante on 3rd sept have been changed to leave edinburgh 1hour earlier and arrive at alicante 1 hour later. Jet2 say that the flight time is now 5 hours and 25 minutes. No explanation. Surely Jet2 should have the curtesy to contact the customer, advise of any issue and offer alternatives, not just make a change with no explanation..... Have tried to contact Jet2, same problems as everyone else. Wait for hours or line is engaged. Email will receive a response within 21 days, we are due to go before this in just over 2 weeks. Will keep trying. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend Jet2. Will never use Jet2 again. Always used Tui, never had any issues, always very helpful and refunds immediate. I’ve a accidentally put debbie on the booking form but it’s Deborah on my passport. Didn’t realise until we printed the boarding pass. Can’t be changed through the app now as we’ve checked in. Have a look at airport you are going from and flights that day, I looked on leeds bradford and could see same flight number leaving 3 hours earlier than planned, same on way back for the better. Following day our booking was amended, day after that I managed to change carpark and transfers.

Everyone...don't * your time on the phone or trying to email Jet2 you won't get a reply they have been told not answer because of abuse...but if you owe money for an upcoming holiday they will contact you...DON'T PAY THEM
Been trying to get in touch with Jet2 for over 2 months to rearrange my holiday..in the end I had to cancel my holiday and instead of a refund they have issued a voucher ...which I don't want... minus (ADMINISTRATION COSTS..£150)...what a joke..we need to take these people to court...the only time they will contact you is if you have to pay them for a holiday that's due...DONT PAY THEM..let them wait...I really hope these thieves go out of business
