we have just received flight and accommodation voucher for maderia going on 17th July. are you expecting this to go ahead. Will we get a full refund on amber countries if isolation is still needed. many thanks

Seems like jet2 are asking for the impossible,every so far has denied given us the note, surely our 6 year old has rights ,I mean wth is going on?

I was just wondering how much Jet2 are currently quoting their customers for covid tests. I can only find a price of £75 on their website which seems a lot when Tui are doing tests for £20. Thanks in advance x

Guest : They’ve just cancelled my holiday to parga in may and are keeping £37.80 as an admin fee, we are also losing 50% of the insurance premium we paid through jet 2. Not bloody happy

We booked to go to Turkey end of May, paid £360 deposit. I was told by the agent we booked with that I had to cancel or rebook by 18/03/21 otherwise we’d lose the deposit, couldn’t rebook as not got leave booked so list the deposit, less than a month later, they cancel all holidays. Not happy!

I tried to rebook our holiday from 4/6/21 to the end of August to avoid losing my deposit. We went to same hotel ,same week last year at a cost of £666, this year in excess of £1300! This total including the widely advertised £100 per person reduction and an extra £60 voucher because of traveling last year. This is shameless profiteering

We moved our Newcastle to Paphos flights from September 2020 to June 2021. For this privilege Jet2 charged us an additional £310.60 making the total cost of our flight for 2 people to £932. Jet2 are now selling these flights for £432 for 2. Steve Heapy CEO for Jet2 recently said "throughout the pandemic we have done absolutely everything to look after our valued customers" We don't feel like valued customers, more like ripped off customers!!!

Jet2 using what's app to communicate with holidays cancelled. Cant phone them. You leave a message on whats app and they get back to you. The problem is that no one is waiting with their phone in their hand to answer their reply. If your not answering they put you back into the queue. Ridiculous way of communicating. They emailed me to ask for balance of holiday, fee for re scheduling from last year, even although they sent a previous email to cancel this holiday.😡

Sue Dempsey : Been using Jet2 flights and holidays from Leeds Bradford for around 25 years but now they are so expensive think we need to have a think at using another company. Lots of our friends feel same way...come on Jet2 you are brilliant but stop charging such outrageous prices. We live near Leeds Bradford but would be cheaper to drive to Bristol to fly to Almeria/Murcia with easyJet...are you listening Jet2 have been operating out of Leeds since 2003?

Have been waiting since the 30th July 2020 and 28 August 2020 for a insurance refund , had many live chats and had a e-mail saying a refund would be deposited into my account in September ,still waiting. Jet 2 do not seem to be bothered paying out .Is there any other way of recouping my costs

Traveled with jet2 last year May 2019. The flight was delayed and we could claim.... which we did and everything ok.... but now 18 months on we have had a debts collect letter saying we haven’t paid the fee ..... claims for u gb I think.... this can not be right can it .... not had a invoice or letter from them just the collection people

Just seen a report that Jet2 are routing some Newcastle flights to The Canaries via Manchester or East Midlands to pick up more passengers (fill the plane up. Adding a couple of hours to the flight time - so what happens to PCR tests carried out in the 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time that may be outside of that time slot because of the revised arrival time? Will entry be refused because the PCR test was carried out longer than 72 hours before arrival? What a mess!

Booked holiday over Xmas to Lanzarote with the incentive that jet2 were discounting covid tests.....however, the provided three providers Living care.....run out of tests Confirm testing.....run out of tests Randox....based in Ireland....ok if you live in Ireland as you have to attend one of their locations....but if you live in UK....no chance.., So any discount offered on price of holiday is cancelled by having to pay full price for tests....despite jet 2 stating on their website....we have worked hard to secure special discounts for exclusive jet 2 customers.....how can they offer discount......when there are no actual discounts to be had.....how many people will get caught out this way..., Website misleading........
