I have been trying to contact jet2 now for over 1 week to change two passengers names as they are now not able to travel I have been on hold 4 times now for over 2hrs, what are you meant to do if they wont answer?
hi - anyone know if you can use jet2 twilight check-in service if more than 6 people in group? Website/FAQs just says 1 person can book in up to 6 peoples bags, doesnt mention anything about a group of more than 6. Cant get through on phone to ask, constantly on hold
My credit card authorized payment to Jet2 - they have not taken it. It's floating in 'no man's land)To get my money back as above a certain amount my bank needs confirmation from Jet2 - can't contact them - hours on phone - emails unanswered. UNACCEPTABLE . They make mistakes and cause customers problems. AVOID THEM

Been trying for over a week to contact special assistance team OR customer service , getting cut off after waiting two hours . No email address for them ….. they know they have staffing problems so why not use email contact rather than telephone?
ReplyI need to change the name of a passenger who was unborn at the time of booking. According to the website, this can only be done over the phone but nobody ever picks up! I phoned at 8am today and I'm still on hold! Been trying for days...shocking service!

I have even given my dad permission over the phone to call on my behalf and he can’t get through either. Jet2 is out to steel your money. I made a booking with them that needed to be changed. I had booked my seats and paid for that. When I go to change my booking they want to charge me again to book my seats.... This is theft as they money of the first booking is not credited to the new flight and alow me to book my seats again. I will never book with JET2 again.

His son has a hyphenated first name (which I never knew as I thought it was a middle name due to always only calling him his first part of hyphenated name) so I’ve only used the first part of hyphenated name on the booking.. will this affect us as the passport has the name hyphenated. Kieran : I have a holiday booked in 3 weeks time for 4 people to share an apartment but 2 people one being the lead passenger want to drop out.Can us remaining 2 still travel as paid in full? The lead passenger has to be there or make you or the other person the lead passenger

Gordon Jack : I have been trying to speak to someone at Jet 2 regarding my holiday which should have started today, however before booking in on line with intention of leaving the bags before our early flight we decided to take a covid test for the safety of all, which unfortunately turned out positive for myself and my wife. I have rung most numbers and not one of put me through to a human voice. What I would like to know is what can I do next :- Can the holiday be put back to another date ? Could I qualify for a refund due to the circumstances. Can anyone give me advice on cancelling and claiming for a refund on flights? I'm due to fly to Italy tomorrow but my son as been admitted to hospital with an infection and he's really unwell - I wasn't sure whether to just confirm my cancellation on the "manage my booking" and then request a claim through the insurance I paid for on their site when booking the flight? Likewise trying to contact Special Assistance but no joy. Just phoned again at 16.16 on Friday to find the message 'We are now closed' - yet their webpage shows opening times of 10.00 to 18.00!! Perhaps the concept of customer service is beyond Jet2??

Guest : Have tried to check in online but just says check in unavailable We are having the exact same issue for our flight to Turkey from Birmingham 17thMay. Wont let us check-in online. Spoke to customer service who say they can't see why we can't? You cant do online check-in flying from Turkey but customer service say that shouldn't affect the inbound flight. So frustrating as we wanted to do the twilight bag drop off the night before. With all the chaos at the airports of late you would think online check-in and bag drop off would be encouraged?

This is disgraceful when there is no help for people with disabilities/ mobility issues/ special needs. What’s the point Of a dedicated phone number if no one is ever going to answer it.
