having the same problem, i have checked in but when i go to view boarding pass its not available and i have been on hold for 2 hours… Guest : going on holiday soon , did the online check in , says we are all checked in BUT my daughters boarding pass isnt there to be printed , jet 2 say this is no problem as she can get her boarding pass at airport and must be an IT issue that he has asked them to look at, but my anxiety has gone into overdrive and really stressing , has this happened to anyone ?

Anyone else find the excursions won’t get past payment ? I keep getting to the payment page and then it says payment can’t be taken ? Been going on fo weeks but there is no way to contact jet2 without hours on the phone

Marie : I have tried at least 10 times to download my boarding tickets on different devices and will not download. Tried ringing jet2 but waiting for a minimum of 50 minutes each time and no answer can not get any help any where rubbish service i have same isue , 1 boarding pass missing from 5 people that were checked in

You have to collect this gift from the jet 2 office in the airport, it’s just a leather wallet and pen, was once one gift per passenger now one per booking! Jilly : Has anyone who booked an ‘Indulgent Escape’ holiday with Jet2 actually received their ‘personal free gift’ which was supposed to arrive by courier three weeks before departure? We go on Saturday, have not received the gift, Jet2 call centre had no idea such a thing even existed and I’ve had a Facebook messenger message saying we will receive it at the hotel, which is not what is stated on our documents so it feels like they’re fobbing me off.
We are flying with you to Zante in 2 and a half weeks time. Despite having pre paid for seats it won't allow me to check in online and now says we have to check in at the airport. What is the reason for this? As its an early morning flight we actually paid £200 to book a hotel across the way. This was to enable us to use the twilight bag drop which again now isn't possible without boarding passes to reduce stress. We have now wasted £200 on a hotel and have to get up at stupid o'clock to queue for check in and boarding passes, luggage drop and then security.
2hrs 50mins on hold disgusting don’t take peoples money if you can’t cope with demand same happened last year all in press thought they would have learnt the lesson keep blaming covid but happy to put on flights

I booked a holiday today money is pending in my account but have not received any confirmation nos saying my holiday is booked called them got through after 50 mins don't have any bookings in my name told them money is pending in my account suppose to call me back within 30 min. Guest : Is there a problem with the Jet2 app. I can download the app but all I get is the initial screen and no functionality. You must make sure that any VPN is turned off otherwise you’re stuck with the problem you’ve got.
I am looking at flights for next year, on Friday, Saturday & Sunday it is showing package holidays only (I just want flight). Does anyone know if this is because I am looking over a year in advance or is this something Jet2 does now?

I booked flights yesterday with Jet2 to Alicante and i have been waiting for over four hours in total and still haven't been able to speak to anyone about booking assistance at the airport. Disgraceful! Why can't you book assistance with your flight like Easyjet do??? it would be much simpler and less stressful for Jet2 customers! I won't be booking with Jet2 again, I am very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof!
