Guest : Android Jet2 app does not display boarding passes Mine dies, I'm android
Anyone else had an email refusing compensation for 24 hour delay from Skiathos to Bristol on 29th May?
Hi everyone, we are due to fly with Jet2 and on the website it says that collapsible pushchairs/buggies up to maximum weight of 10kg may be carried free of charge as checked luggage. Anything over the allocated 10kg will be charged. Our pushchair weighs 13kg. In your experience do Jet2 check the weight? Also we are allowed to bring 1x 22kg suitcase, 1x 10kg handluggage and a small item (such as a handbag). Do you think our sons pram bag on the picture would be too big as a handbag? Thank you

Have been trying to load Boarding Passes onto ‘Jet2 Holidays and Flights’ mobile app. The app recognises that I’m checked in, but the ‘View boarding passes’ button does nothing. Anyone know what’s going on. I’ve seen similar posts on this forum, but none with a reply. Perhaps the passes can’t be loaded until you’re within a certain period before departure. Would appreciate any assistence. 22/08/2022: Need to remove the Jet2 app and reinstall it. Fixed the problem.

Really let down with special assistance that was booked with Jet2 ahead. Absolutely hideous airport experience due to this. Hotel not *4 stars, (also a building site!) not given the family suite we booked and paid for, no kids club for 3 children that we were relaying on! Rooms given didn’t work as multiple rooms and our children are disabled so we do shifts on parent care etc. Complained at the time on site, but rep only there X2 in 2 weeks. Official complaint (as advised by rep) logged via email on return. Just had missed call from Jet2. Stating that they acknowledge our o we inking issue and want to give compensation!!!! Trying to call back x4 but it’s impossible to get through as it cuts tou off after 10-15 mins each time. Not sure how to progress as it’s a complaint about not reviving what we physically paid for, alongside other issues. Thanks.

Flew with Jet2 Friday and my bag wasn’t on the flight. It got delivered to Nice Airport Sunday but Nice won’t deliver my suitcase, even though jet2 said it would get delivered. Jet2 saying to email customer service but they won’t respond for 28 days. £400-600 to get a taxi to and from airport to collect suitcase. We’re 1.5 hours away. What do I do?
Can I check in at the airport instead of online with Jet2 holidays? Theres a large party of us going and I dont fancy being in charge of making sure I enter all the correct passport numbers online!

Guest change of carrier : Going to Tenerife in September jet 2 have just sent us an email to say we are now flying with a Latvian airways , when I looked they have terrible reviews, I think this is totally unprofessional, I expect to fly with Jet 2 not an airline I’ve never heard of Same happened to us a year or so back. We all had to jump on this really old 747 . Both down and back home . Flight crew all gorgeous blondes

I have the same problem going to Antalya Turkey and it has been moved to a Latvian airline called Smartlynx. Had I of know this at the time of booking which should of been the case i would of saved money on picking another airline of my choice.

I have been hold for nearly 2 hours to Jet2 with no answer. Need to talk to them about the flight that has been changed to a Wet Lease flight. We booked with Jet2 and expect to fly jet2 Not another airline, if i wanted to do that i could of done that at the time of booking and saved £150 per person.

Has anyone travelled from UK to mainland Spain recently with Jet2. When checking in it asks to complete Passenger Locator Form before travel. I thought these were no longer required and have family who travelled to Spain with another airline last week and was not required.
Fantastic I’ll take your money via PayPal but your not going anywhere. Nothing on this no email. Wasted my whole day trying to contact jet2 phone music for hours. What app message sent ? reply zero. Complaint filed via PayPal they send the message to jet2 automate reply saying to ring them what a joke that is. My bank can’t hold or stop the pending transaction and can only follow up on trying to get money back after jet2 takes the £££. They asked me if I’d be happy with the flight . I told them if I could speak to someone I could have sorted the flight and wouldn’t be looking for my money back. Can’t have no flight no cash as I can’t communicate with anyone from the company. Disappointed in service .
ReplyMargaret Hughes : Having problems booking special assistance for flight on Thu 23rd. Never experienced anything like lis before. Has anyone else had problems? Jet2 have changed the rules for booking special assistance. you can no longer ask them to book it for you you have to complete forms one asking about your disability and medical problems and one form if your taking your own wheelchair. You have to book the flights first then complete the forms absolutel nightmare and stressful then you don't get an answer that your assistance is booked till nearer the time of your departure. Jet2 if you read this you need to rethink this bad idea its stressful enough being disabled probably look to book flights with another airline in future which is sad because we have had great service in the past.

Jet 2 have just told me our holiday hotel can only give us a one hour slot a day! I want to cancel with no penalty on the grounds of mis-selling. But there is no way to get through to them! No one answers phone, email box full, whatsapp hopeless. Any advice
I claimed on 1st June, still waiting. Not answering phones or replying to emails. Initially they said would reply within 28 days, then within 6 weeks, now saying within 12 weeks!
Have recently booked with Jet 2 and now trying to contact them with a question regarding my payments .... Jet 2 are a nightmare, I have called on 5 occasions over 2 days, cannot get to speak to anyone, calls on hold in excess 30 minutes. So glad it's not an emergency !!!! Also sent email to reservations, bounced back inbox is full !!!!!!

I’ve tried everything - multiple different devices, on the app/browser/text/email, but nothings working. Was on hold for an hour and a half earlier with no answer and have dm’d on Twitter as well. Just checked in for a flight on Friday chose to print boarding passes, passes download but can't print.
I've been paying monthly for holiday in September and final payment was not taken. Had email saying that if not paid in 7 days holiday would be cancelled. I've paid £2200 so far! Can't contact Jet2 by phone or email. Same has happened to friend who is going with us. What's going on?🤬
