Guest : I recieved an e.mail Wednesday 29th saying further to my correspondence my flights from Glasgow to Girona in September were cancelled. I had not contacted them to cancel my flights.I tried to log into manage my booking but my reference was invalid. I have been unable to get through on the phone and receive only auto replies to my emails. WE HAD A PHONE CALL YESTERDAY. FROM COOP TRAVEL SAYING.JET2 HAD CANCELLED OUR HOLIDAY ON 24TH JULY 2020.TO MOJCAR SPAIN. IVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK.THEY COULD NOT TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS NOW.BUT WE HAD TO PAY IT SO WHY CANT THEYPAY IT BACK NOW. NO THEY WANT TO EARN MORE INTREST ON OUR MONEY.SO WE SHOULD BE PAID COMPENSATION.WHY NOT.

Hi, hoping someone can help/advice. My holiday got cancelled by Jet2 and I am in the process of getting a refund. I paid in 3 installments and have received the last two but not the initial one. I was contacted by a text number yesterday saying was Jet2 and was an issue with refunding me to original card as expired (think it possibly could have between 1st and 2nd/3rd payments) It all seemed legit but now asking me to fill in an online form with my card details so they can process the refund. This is the bit I am obviously wary about. The text number was 07445 874549, I tried ringing it but said can't receive incoming calls. I did a google search on it but nothing. Tried for hours contacting Jet2 but impossible to get through. Has anyone else had this and has it been ok? Thanks in advance.

Just received email from Jet2.com telling me my Bodrum flight on the 4th of August has been cancelled.The is the second time flight has been cancelled.First time flight was the 14th July Surely you must have been aware that flights from Edinburgh to Bodrum were never going to happen.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT JET2 WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY, THAT WERE HONEST AND RELIABLE. OUR LATEST EXPERIENCE, JUST PROVES HOW WRONG ONE CAN BE!!!.....OUR FIRST WAS CANCLED DUE TO COVID-19, FAIR ENOUGH. THE MONEY WAS REFUNDED, BUT TO BOOK A LATER FLIGHT WAS ANOTHER £115. WE HAD A PROMO CODE ON THE FIRST FLIGHT, WHICH DID NOT EXPIRE UNTIL APRIL 2021. JET2 HAVE CANCELED ALL PROMO CODES.....OUR 2ND FLIIGHT WAS CANCELED, JUST DAYS AFTER WE HAD PAID AND ALL FLIGHTS TO MURCIA WERE CANCELED, BUT DID THEY SAY THAT, NO THEY BLAMED COVID-19...THIRD FLIGHTNOW BOOKED TO ALICANTE, OBVIOUSLY COSYING US MORE MONEY...JUST WAITING FOR THIS TO BE CANCELED AND IT WOULD BE GOOD TO GET A REFUND FOR THE 2ND FLIGHT.....SO A HONEST AIRLINE "NOT ANYMORE" THEY ARE NOW ON THE SAME LEVEL AS RYANAIR.

Booked 13 July Leeds murcia cancelled understandible but contact promised not actioned but refund received. Re booked 22nd July flight cancelled again It appears Jet2 are no longer flying to Murcia until next year, not a word on their website or to us You cannot contact them by any means.This is absolutely appalling behaviour even accounting for the virus

Messaged them on Facebook with the following. Wonder if anyone on here is in the same position or knows anymore information? Really confused by what is going on with our booking Jet2.com & Jet2holidays Originally had a week booked for early June to Halkidiki which then got rebooked to early August. Received an email out of the blue this week saying the holiday is no longer going ahead but with no explanation apart from the standard Covid wording. When we eventually spoke to someone although she was lovely she was as confused as us as they had only received the same email an hour before and agreed the wording was vague/misleading. She said it could be do with Leeds Bradford being a ‘high risk’ airport to fly from but she wasn’t 100% sure. Nowhere in the news or online mentions these ‘high risk’ departure airports... When we looked for other destinations in Greece you could still book to Zante from Leeds Bradford for example. Now we have been told we have until the 30th June to make a decision (hoping to God we get a call before then) but with the announcement that air bridges are coming in place can you confirm if you are just flat out not flying to Halkidiki from Leeds Bradford this year or will you give customers the chance to wait for this announcement from the government next week before they decide on what steps to take? Ideally we still want to go to our first destination but if not we need more time to make a decision. Thanks

Guest : My wife and I are booked to fly to tenerife on the 18th of August she is disabled and has lupus which is a autoimmune disease so she is at greater risk she has got a doctors letter and does not feel safe going what do we do I have an auto immune disease and have tested positive for Coronavirus in mid May. Fortunately I had a very mild form of it but it has taken its toll on me and left me breathless, lacking in energy and with a very dry hacking cough. I hadn't been out of the house for 8 weeks when I caught it, only to collect medication fr om my Pharmacy. My advise would be do not chance getting on a plane full of people and travelling to another country wh ere you don't truly know what is going on. Good luck

I have an auto immune disease and was booked to fly to Edinburgh on 12th April with another flight operator, my flight was cancelled and it was frustrating as I couldn't contact the flight operator by any means. They were inundated with people trying to call them which is understandable so I just waited and was patient as I know they had to refund eventually. Finally last week my refund came through, it takes a while but we must appreciate the pressure everyone is under.

I don't understand why anyone wants to fly abroad into quarantine and uncertainty about coronavirus, as a country we have sacrificed the past 12 or so weeks in order to enable us to get back to normal sometime in the near future. By flying off around the world we are risking having to do it again. I welcome Jet2 decision not to fly to quarantine countries as I would rather be on home soil than stranded in a hotel room in another country, that is no holiday in my opinion. It is, and has been an awful time for all of us, some worse than others but if we are all patient a little while longer it will soon be over.

Had my booking cancelled yesterday for Corfu 06/08/2020 claimed a credit note to be used against another booking. When I looked could book for 07/08/2020 Went through the booking process entered credit note no. No couldnt use it against this holiday. Cant understand why they just didnt transfer booking to following day. I have now booked same hotel with another operator flying with easyjet actually worked out cheaper. Just now got to wait for deposit refund. Whatch this space

We had no problem getting a refund for a flight to Cyprus, however, Jet2 have cancelled our flight to Faro (reduced schedule) and we have to cancel and re book however it seems we have to cancel(receive a credit note) and re book both outward and inward flights but we want to keep the return flight as originally booked--am I doing something wrong on their website or do I have to cancel and re book both flights

Guest : We have been advised that once you have rebooked just call back and they will refund all of the extra charges Guest : So i had my flight booked with jet2 for the 31st of July , but it now has been canceled due to reduced program. and to change my flight to the next available flight , I need to pay over 150£ . Do I have to pay this? can't I move charge free? or can I even ask for a refund? But i can't get hold on them , yesterday I was over 2H on hold waiting to talk to a human but to no avail.

Have two phones on call to Jet2 for in excess of half an hour no one is answering the phones, Having booked a flight on Tuesday, and chosen one of two flights leaving Stansted for Zakynthos it would appear they have cancelled the flight I chose, but haven't bothered to inform me, just trying to find out if the flight is still going or not, but no information anywhere chat lines unavailable as "busy" so have had to pay £35 to transfer onto the later flight that I could have booked at the time I made the original booking.

Jet 2 are about to consolidate flights - as an example we were flying to menorca on 15th of July - they have now moved from flights all week except weds to jut flying on mon/fri/sat. They are letting you change flights and they will refund any extra charges usually within 3 days

I'd phone them first thing tomorrow 👍 Yes I have received an email saying I have cancelled my booking on 2nd July, which I haven’t, Jet2 has. The attachments appear contradictory as they are for a travel insurance claim but say “a refund has now been processed”. Totally confused. Update: Well, despite the confusing communication, which I assume was just a standard email, Jet2 have come up with the goods. Full cash refund back in my account within 3 days. Well done!

anyone had info on holidays to Cyprus in August, not been allowed in, can't fly and T's&C's mean additional payments now due to being within 70 days, cant get through to Jet2 so at a loss as need to cancel!

Hi All - Could I ask if anybody has had a refund from Jet2 holidays (package) inc insurance. Have you a refund less the £48.60 insurance element of the total cost of the package holiday. Jet2 say they will not refund this part, even though they cancelled the holiday.

have tried several numbers for jet 2 all cut off does anyone know a number that is live or are jet2 just taking the * not the way to treat customers and hiding behind covid 19 thank god the N H S havent
