Guest : Holiday in 13 days. But I need my half of my holiday moved to another date but the other person on my booking still wants to go. Can’t get thru on phone. Can jet 2 split the booking?

karen pickering : terrible service from jet 2 following a traveller having a fall fracturing his spine jet 2 were useless and family had to mortgage his house to fly him home. disgusting cost the family £96,000.. they have lost their house home and everything That’s what travel insurance is for. Why would Jet2holidays be responsible for costs incurred from his injury?

I am very disappointed with Jet2 My family & friends will never be using Jet2 ever again and I still want this resolved We booked a holiday last year flying to Grand Canaria today 25/09/21 We tried for weeks and weeks to get hold of someone prior to paying the remainder balance of the holiday which was due on 14th August We were on hold for hours at a time and no answer for several weeks. We tried emailing they bounced back Then finally a robot contacted us via email to say we will get someone to contact you They Never did. We wanted to change the dates as the lady I did speak to many months before when they did answer the phone said we could change the dates if we wanted to at a cost of £42 each which we were happy to do so but never got hold of anyone. On the balance due date I received an email to say that the balance was unable to be taken I tried calling again for days but still no answer The emailed mentioned mentioned if the balance wasn’t paid they will be cancelling our holiday which was a special holiday for our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday they mentioned if the balance wasn’t paid within 5 days and the deposit we paid would be non refundable. This has been an awful few years for everyone and for this to happen is very upsetting We love our holidays it’s time when we get to chill and spend some quality time together But Jet2 have really left a bad taste about booking anything ever with them again.

Jet 2 has changed my flight from the 8th oct to 10th october . When i go to manage my booking its asking for £72pp . Do i have to pay as it was not me that changed the dates . I have been phoning since Wednesday sent emails also messenger not a single reply to any .currently on hold for 55 minites for the 100th time in the last 3 days

Guest : Flying from Glasgow to Malafa in Monday. It says its taking 5hs, but also says direct. Read on other threads about stopping to pick up other passengers. Can anyone confirm? If this is the case, I am going to be extremely * !! Flying with our 11 month old grandson. Have emailed, tried to call, no response whatsoever. Should we pack any extras. Woukd never have booked this is we thought it'd be a 5 hour flight!!! When we booked this flight it was 3 hours. Got notification about new flight time, but no notification of stopping off anywhere

See my post 24th Sept. might explain why Guest : My Jet2 flight - East Mids to Fuerteventura has increased from 4 hours 15 to 5 hours 55. Does anyone know why this might be? It has always been just over 4 hours. Many of the Tuesday flights have increased to that time but not all.

We are flying from East Midlands to Fuertaventura tomorrow. Got a text yesterday to say we might have to stop to drop off or pick up extra passengers and we must report to check in as we may need new boarding cards.The flight is not showing on departures at EMA and a flight at the same time has a similar flight number is going to Lanzarote . So I think either we are dropping them off or they are dropping us off. But l think Jet2 knew this before we booked as the outgoing flight is 5hr 40 and return 4hrs 10. So if there is a big discrepancy when you look to book this might happen to you. On the upside we are still going. Oh and they are offering a free drink. Can’t wait to see their face when l order a pint of gin.

Alyson : I'm a bit confused with all the information about covid test before travel.. Do I need to get a PCR test to fly if I have been double vaccinated? No just fill in a passenger location form 48 hours before you fly, show proof of double jabs. That's it going on hols. Good luck.

Sharon : Heather : I've got a package holiday booked to turkey 6th of October paid in full..jet 2 is now showing no flights for that day we have been informed this morning as our holiday to Turkey isn't go ahead. We fly on 6th octdefo not going to nicholas park. Change our holiday to tenerife yesterday 6th Oct to 13th . So if u was going to nicholas park hisinora. It's not available

I spent 2 hours holding for special assistance for my Mum.. travelling in 10 days . New flight information sent yesterday..booked covid tests £240. Printed out my new docs and at 7.00 pm last night , I got a cancellation Invoice..no options to change and no alternative offered.. round note was £55.00 less than I paid..I have checked flights..I can travel the following day..if I can get through on the phone...insurance purchased with Jet 2...Question Is how am I going to pay for a new holiday with NO money..If jet2 are viewing these..my reference number 8473715/S21H..can somebody call me please........Very disappointed client

I have been trying for days with staying on the phone until kicked off. I am trying to book wheelchair assistance for my wife. It is annoying when other airlines allow you to book wheelchair assistance when booking online but Jet2 require you to phone for this, which is great when they answer the phone. As a regular Jet2 passenger I find this dreadful and disappointed and now worrying how I can get a wheelchair for my wife.

Ruairi Hamill : Trying to find out the status of my flight. We have booked from Belfast to Antalya 28 Sept 21 to 8 Oct 21 and it appears Jet2 have withdrawn the outgoing flight. I’m not sure if they are refunding me. The return flight is still bookable on their website so I don’t know why I wasn’t offered an alternative. Can anyone confirm the status? Did they email you about this or did you notice yourself because I can't see my flight online either but I haven't heard anything from Jet2.

I have a flight booked Birmingham to Antalya on 03 October. I have paid, received my confirmation email and even an email over the weekend saying 'Good news – following the latest UK Government update, your flight to Turkey is going ahead as planned as it's no longer on their Red List'. But when I try to login to Manage My Booking it says there is something wrong even though all my details are correct. I have tried all the browsers but still nothing. I can't see the flight online now which might be because it's fully booked but I'm worried they cancelled it and didn't let me know. I'm hoping if that was the case they would let me know but I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours now but no response. Not being able to login is very worrying as you can imagine. Absolutely disgraceful company.

We’ve had our city break cancelled by jet2 over a month ago, still awaiting refund only to be hounded the last 4 days by email requesting the final balance? Have tried for 3 weeks to get through to jet2, online forms, phone and even went down the complaints procedure and still had zero communication. If we don’t pay final balance this week we lose what we have already paid apparently!

We have flights to Dalaman booked on Sept 30, and our booking-in form are showing departure for 15:40, however we have just received an email from jet2 showing a departure for Dalaman on Sept 30 at 09:30 but with different flight codes. This is the flight I wanted to book, why the difference?

we are flying back from Madeira at 20:15 on 4th October ,as the new rules state anyone flying into the UK after 04;00 On the 4th October is not required to take a rapid flow test ,does this also mean ourselves as we are flying 10 hours after the changes come in,anyone have any idea about this .
