Is it better to make a group booking for a family of 4 (mum, dad, and 2 little kids) plus 2 grandparents or to book them seperately? We have the same flight and hotel but i/m worried about if one party gets Covid, would we have to cancel the holiday for everyone or could the non-affected people still go? Many thanks, Laura

Due to fly to Tennerife on 1st Jan. My 15yr old now needs two jabs 14 days before departure but isn't eligible for his second for another seven weeks. We've tried booking it on line but it comes up as not eligible and his age group need their call up letter for a walk in vaccination. Anyone else in this situation or had any contact with Jet2 regarding similar?

Booking reference, 8899485/W21H. I have been trying to contact yourselves for the last two days, on hold for hours. I am due to fly tomorrow, but unable to go due to the covid situation, pcr test, isolation, mother in her 70’s. I have put in a complaint, what’s app yourselves, Facebook messenger and no response. It is disgusting that I am not being give options to do anything about the holiday. We are set to lose our money now, my mothers blood pressure as gone up quite a lot, due to all the stress. I am disgusted with the way we have been treated

jet3 say you can change flights as long as destination & departure airports are the same.I have been on their site & phone for hours over three days the phone just plays music & once you get on internet comes back "aa unexpected problem has occurred" this goes on no matter how early or late you try.However if you want to buy a ticket your though in 2 minuets .some thing wrong dont you think Ken Britton

I can't tell you the frustration i have had with Jet 2 it's been going on for 2 years now and finally i am being refunded i have been dealing with Ben Lambert on a lot of emails and it's a joke, i ask for him to call me but no he sends an email to which i reply and then it takes another amount of days for him to reply! I can't believed what's going on with Jet 2 they were always a good company. So now i have received an email to say the refund has failed as the card i paid on has expired- obviously and i told them that would happen. They're saying i need to go through the instructions to get a refund etc but i do not have any of this information that they are saying and I'm telling Ben this and he's just ignoring me! I cannot express the upset and anger i have experienced going through jet 2 they have made my life a misery!! I just want my money back there customer service is a disgrace!! Never again!

Tried to book flights for next year, got to the yellow payment box and confirmed but kept getting 'something went wrong' message at the top, all other boxes where highlighted green and treble checked everything, is there an issue at the moment, thanks

Trying to do online check in for return flight to uk on Thursday but it's saying we are already checked in and then asks for passenger locator form number but need seat number to complete PLF. Any advice appreciated

Been trying to contact customer services all day no one answering on hold for over an hour now trying to talk to someone about the text they sent me last night asking me to contact you about travelling to spain with a 13 year old can I cancel holiday and get refund!!! Customer service shocking I will never be booking through jet 2 again

Travel on 11.12.21 but because of new restriction can't isolate so wanted to amend booking - however jet2 are still charging us a full 150.00 each to amend the holiday under their normal T & C. However it seems that TUI & easy jet are offering this for free. Shame on Jet 2 - i have always been loyal traveller with them - but this has changed my view of them

Hi, a while back Jet2 announced that they would be offering a service from Manchester to Toulouse from May 2022. Flights were available to book from this autumn. However when I checked last week it's now saying that they do not operate this service. Can anyone clarify please?

Having booked a holiday to Tenerife for 8th Jan2022 the only paperwork I have at this moment states that we will depart from and return to T1 Manchester. As this booking was made in Dec 2020 could anyone tell me if these flights will still be using T1 or will it now be using T2? I sent this query to Jet2 weeks ago but have not had a reply.

Guest : I’m having the same problem Guest : Hi there I cannot open the jet2 app on my iPhone. It was working fine earlier in the week. I have restarted my phone. I’ve also tried deleting it and downloading it again. It’s still not working. Any ideas? Just go on the Web to Jet2, it'll be fine there.

Guest : The app is working but it won’t let me view or download boarding pass. It says to come back within 48 hours of my flight when I can complete passenger locator form. I’ve already done PLF and flight is tomorrow… Any ideas? It's when youre landing 48 hours before, not when you take off. ie if you're landing 7.20pm, you fill in locator form after 7. 20pm 48 hrs before. I did it OK in lanzarote 2 weeks ago, I'm going back next week. Good luck.

Karon : I am due to go on holiday in 15 days, but there is no option to do an online check-in on the Manage my holiday page. Why is that? you have to wait 14 days before you fly. I'm off in 15 days too. Just spent a month in Puerto del carmen.

I'm having the same issue, been trying for days whilst on holiday in Tenerife and still saying I need to check what I've submitted which is correct. It's the stupid Jet2 online system which is shocking. You can't even go into Manage my booking to add things even if you want to!!!! Please Jet2 get your act together.
