Last week tried to book summer flights and pay with credit card. When got to pay got “card declined” so couldn’t go further and complete. Tried at least ten times with same result although Ive booked many times in the past without problems with same card. Trying to phone or email customer services like trying to get an audience withe pope or see my GP! Wrote to the CEO too still await answers. I find in March changes were made to credit card use for extra rules on security I believe the problem lies therein somewhere between credit card co & vendor, gave the bank an earful today about it too, no one has an answer!
I’m on hold now for 2 hours. I will never book with this shambles of a company again!
Booked a holiday - not going to January 2023. using the pay monthly option. Jet 2 have taken £111.00 successfully from my bank account but on the Manage My Booking part in the App - the payment is showing as failed and is coloured in RED. I've tried for days to speak to someone and finding it impossible. I'm ready to tell them to shove their holiday

Flying to Malaga 30/4/22 and have completed online check in and printed boarding tickets but are not returning on pre booked flights until 28/5/22, when, how or what timescale can we complete online return check in and print off boarding tickets? Are we able to do this before we fly out?.
Have been trying to contact jet2hols for SIX days to upgrade room. They say do it online but unable to. Have now contacted hotel directly. Realise difficult times. Have tried all times of day. Total time holding on approx 7.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there a problem with the Jet2 app. I can download the app but all I get is the initial screen and no functionality.
We just gave up and cancelled our holiday to Malta in June with Jet2 a few days before we had to pay the balance. We did lose some of the deposit but received a voucher for £80 to use if we book another holiday. Have now booked with Tui which was so easy and they actually answer the phones within a few rings 🎉
I bought holidays and cannot get through anybody over the phone for the last week ,calling every day and spent 2 or 3 h hanging on the call and nobody responding I am on going holiday shortly and need to amend one personal thing that's all. No support for now.

Holiday was booked by phone in November and the operator must have entered incorrect date of birth. I have attempted to amend but 'Manage my booking' online is not making the change. I have sent two emails and get a standard automated email back. The holiday balance was taken from my card yesterday . Please advise.

Says I have checked in but can't print boarding passes, email them of access them through the Jet2 app. Computer says internal server error. App tells me to ring Jet2. Have been on hold for 50 minutes and nobody answers. Pathetic service. I have used Jet2 many, many times but I will think twice in the future.
Help - teen birth year is incorrect on booking and is actually down as a year older (18 so classed as adult) will this matter flights or hotel please if I don’t change it?

I have the same problem .I paid off my final balance on the app last night. i did not get confirmation email or receipt. The app still shows i owe the £2500 which needs to ne paid by 3/4/22. My bank says the payment is pending?? Not sure what to do. I spoke to jet2 this morning as they keep sending me reminders to pay my balance. The money has gone from my Santander account and is showing pending.Santander say Jet2 need to use Digital secure 3D processing and claim the payment. Jet2 are supposed to be calling me back but not as yet It seems jet2 are at fault.

Having read all the negative reviews about contacting Jet2 ,. I tried to ring as I had decided to add another day onto our holiday so needed to transfer plane seats which had already been paid for. On hold for over an hour so gave up, HOWEVER, I then sent my request via WhatsApp and received a reply which confirmed they had followed my instructions and rebooked the seats I had previously chosen onto my new flight return date. This all happened in less that 24hours ! So we'll done Jet2 !

jet2 disgusting behavior. Due to being very ill of health I had taken the decision to try and delay my holiday rather than cancelling and loosing my money. What a nightmare, several what's app attempts, days worth of holding for hours and lines being cut off on me and still no further forwa4d I ameant to fly in 5 weeks now and can't trav3l, cannot amend online and cannot speak to anybody re are ding my booking dates to postpone rather than loose my money. Disgusting it should be like this, I refuse to loose a large amount and p ly want to put the dates back bit reaching Jet2 is like trying to move and live on Mars. I fact I will probably have more luck to do just 5hat than get my holiday amended to save my money and booking.

I think there is more chance of winning the jackpot then getting through to this crowd. I feel your pain. Booked today 2 adults 1 child aged 14 , then added another child 15 within 30 mins of booking , we paid first for 2 adults and 1 child , then paid for child to be added on , only to now receive phone call to say they want more money as they charged us for 1 room and saying that we cannot be a 2 adult 2 child in 1 room , we have to buy another room , surely this is not our fault
