Hi tying to rectify a spelling error on my daughters booking been holding for two nights. Booked through edreams. We have no confirmation email from Jet2 to amend the booking. We fly on the 24th please help
Been trying for the last 4 days for 1hr 30 each time to get through to rearrange my holiday after my partner passed away and still nothing its a bit of a joke can't see why you can't go into a travel agent but they said I had to do it over the phone as it was booked on line

I have been trying all day to get through to Jet2 to book a return flight to Palma, Mallorca, for September 2022 but no one is picking up. I booked the flight online but I understand from my bank that Jet2 are not processing the payment. Have Jet2 stopped trading?

We’re trying to change a booking with jet2. We’ve phoned multiple times over past few weeks and been on hold for ages really struggling to get hold of anyone and emails not being answered.
Does anyone know how to speak with an operator at jet2?! I have been on hold for over 2 hours, still no one has answered?!! Thought I may have contacted the wrong number but don’t want to hang up to start the torture again! There live chat is never available and I haven’t received a response to my emails.

I tried for two days remaining on hold listening to their distorced music for hours. Then, following an advice found in one message below, I contacted the special assistance number and finally succeeded in speaking to someone, a very kind person who helped me and added freely the seats to my booking without any problem. Things seem to be returning to better times. Unfortunately there are many numpties travelling that refuse to "Read the instructions"

You can only log in to the correct page. Flight Soon? Remember 48 hours and less for Locator Form. No UK gov approved 2 day test code = no completion of PLFORM =No boarding pass. Get in a computer. phone tiny text will lead to a sh**tstorm if you make syntax errors.

I have paid for a flight to Geneva and I have received no booking confirmation. I have spent hours on hold to customer services, I can’t get through to anyone. I have tried there Whatsapp Bot which is totally useless. I am at a loss!

Bmac : The link on manage my booking to change a passenger surname doesn't work - takes you to change contact details of lead passenger which is not what is required. My computer auto-corrected one of the kid's surnames to something other than all the other surnames on the booking. My mistake obviously, but I would like to change it so he can get on the plane. If they aren't going to answer their phones, at least get the website right ffs - it's not difficult. have you had any luck with this? Trying to do the same as i put surname wrong for one of passengers but ive been on hold for hours and still cant figure it out on the website!

just o allay your fears, reading your comments decided to extend my final payment to March via website, all went through perfect. Cannot see a problem. Thanks for the scare !

We were able to move flights on-line from a cancelled trip in December to later in the year. Advised moving the seats themselves required a call. Since them I've spent a cumulative 4.5 hours on hold. Completely useless.
Does everyone think there going bust people cant get bording passes or get any download from them and cant get them to answer there phones this has been going on for some time now also people have missed there flights

Jet2 have taken payment from my Monzo card, or it is “pending” however money is no longer in my account to access. However I have no email confirmation of my booking and it has been a few hours now. Anyone got any suggestions or help? Thank you in advance
Did you ever get through? Guest : I'm trying to amend my flights as my son can't have his second vaccination in time for our trip, despite us being triple vaccinated! I've tried calling numerous times be put on hold for over an hour and still having no luck to speak with someone. I've used the WhatsApp chatbot and still had no response...not sure what else I can do??? If anyone can give me any advice on what to try next I'd appreciate it?! We are scheduled to fly to Tenerife 10th Feb.

Have Jet2 gone to the wall or all of the customer service been made redundant , booked with Jet2 for many years but sorry to say that they seem to have gone lower than Ryan Air in all departments , at least with Ryan Air you knew what to expect.
I have been trying for hours and hours to get someone to answer my telephone calls to cancel holiday in March before the balance is taken from my account. No answer. Last night the message on their answer phone said that they had reduced the time available for calls in order to help with the health and wellbeing of their very busy staff!!! Impossible to cancel online via Manage My Bookings. Have decided to go to my bank and try to block the payment being taken from my account. It’s guaranteed that Jet2 will be in touch with me immediately when that happens. I am very disappointed with the Customer Care section of Jet2. Have always been impressed with them until now. Perhaps some sort of explanation should be included in their recorded telephone messages so that we can all relax a bit.
