We've been informed that our plane has been altered and so our seat details (pre-booked) have altered. We had filled in our boarding pass and so that is now incorrect. The link provided by Jet2 (to alter the boarding pass) does not work. Non of the phones are answered (we've tried 5 times each between 1hour and 1.5 hours), The passenger location form requires a seat number but we don't know what it is as we cannot alter our boarding card. What can we do.

Jet2, no consideration for the customer, as usual, happy to take the cash and then tough if there is a problem. Communication of changes are very poor, no detail, so other options cant be considered by the customer. Outward journey, had to make a stop off at East Midlands before reaching alicante. Inward flight today, back to Newcastle, advised at checkin that the flight terminates at East Midlands (email received from jet2 advising flight rescheduled/cancelled when we were actually due to depart!) and then coach to Newcastle. Insult to injury, flight also delayed at least 2 hours(could be more, again very little way of updates) so instead of arriving at Newcastle around 1pm, will probably be after 8pm..while we all appreciate it's difficult in the current climate, more certainly could be done to.support the customer. Leaves a very sour taste to end you holiday.
Booked a holiday with direct flights from Glasgow to Majorca. It ended up Glasgow via Belfast then Majorca. On way back it was Majorca via Ibiza then Glasgow. Very poor service indeed. Yet when I booked my holiday to Majorce I had to cancel and rebook for 4 weeks later and they charged me £300. Also prepaid for specific seats and didn't get them on way back.

I always book jet2,they are a premium over ryanair but their customer service is normally pretty good.Not anymore,I understand things are difficult but when they send you an email cancelling your flight and moving it to a different time,then moving it to a different date within all within 24 hours(1 week to travel)with an incorrect reference number causing utter confusing I need to talk to someone,been on their numerous”helpline”numbers on multiple mobile phones for over 3 hours!!! No answer,back to ryanair Iam afraid.Their refund through the manage my booking website is non existent,another Ryanair type trick.Never again .

I’ve been trying to postpone our family holiday for four working days. Hours spent on the phone with no response. No response from emails (it does say 21 days to reply - we go before then). Frustrated, anxious, worried that we are going to lose our holiday. I just want someone to talk through options. You’ve taken our money but not bothered about customer service or our worries.

Cancelled my Sunday to Sunday flights. Changed them to Monday-Monday which really didn't suit. Called 08004087391 after being on hold with their 0333 number for 45mins. Got STRAIGHT through and sorted for Saturday to Saturday.
I have had enough now !!! Rang last night on hold for an hour and a half so hung up. Tried again this morning was on hold for another hour and a half. Found this forum and rang the number recommended, spoke to a lady who then put me through to general customer service again and been on hold on this now for another half an hour. Fed up
I had my holiday cancelled last year as like many and rebooked this year again cancelled so opted for refund, I had changed banks and they sent to my old account they claim bank say they never received the refund and jet 2 says they have sent it and never received it back so know they say I will not be refunded I received half of my refund into the correct account and the other refund was sent to the old account
Thank you for this, we had our flights changed to night time from early morning - can't do them as its a villa holiday and coming back I need to be in work on the night, but new flight return time is now 1.30 am! I have been on the phone for two and a half hours getting nowhere. Just found this discussion - THANK YOU!!! I Rang the number you advised, they told me this number is an emergency line only, told them I can't get the 737 number to pick up, they put me through and after 3 minutes they answered and canceled my flights without any issues - THANKS GUYS.
2 hours on hold yesterday on 0333 300 0042.. This morning 0800 408 7391 engaged at 9.15am. Tried again at 9.25 and answered after 3 rings. So it looks like this does not put you in the call handling queue at all. I was sorted in 5 minutes with an immediate confirmation email.
I just had our holiday cancelled by Jet 2 no explanation why, but they are still selling holidays online to the same destination at the same time?
Thanks goodness I checked this forum, called using the 0333 number as advised on website and had been on hold for almost 3 hours. Called using the 0800 number and got answered right away - problem resolves in 20 mins.

Just phoned 0800 408 7391 for a refund for cancelled flight due to COVID and was answered instantly and refund processed
Emailed Jet2 3 times not even a reply, been trying to phone over 8 days put on hold but no one answers always used Jet2 but do not think I will be booking with them again, don't think anyone is working at that company. This is one company that deserves to go under, they don't seem to care about their customers.

My flight was returning into Edinburgh from Ibiza, but they'd move the flight to the Sunday night rather than the saturday lunchtime

Be aware that Jet2 are currently consolidating flights due to lack ofspassengers on certain flights and they dont advise you until you turn up at the airport with a letter of notification and only offer of compensation is complimentary drinks voucher All we received was a TXT indicating our pickup and flight had changed slightly and what shoudl have been a 2hr flight turned into 5hour journey - in m y opinion this is NOT acceptable

If you go on to Stanstead airport departures put in the date your flying out it will come up with the flights that day if your flight is still going it will come up I have just checked Manchester airport for the 8th Sep and our 6am flight is not showing the only flight is 4.30pm but if you look at the 1st Sep and 25th August there is flights at 6am. We have had no notification yet of any change in flight times or that the holidays been cancelled. The airlines are playing a very dangerous and expensive game with their passengers I booked Belfast Barcelona some time back for a cruise. Some 3 weeks ago I seen all their flights were fully booked on their website. Not possible I thought so I took a gamble and rebooked thru Dublin BUT ONLY GOT AN EMAIL THIS MORNING STATING FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. NOW THEY can blame government. COVID logistics and high call volume. Honestly my heart bleeds for Families.
Just logged on to manage my booking no problem. Was going to pre book seats for 8th Sep to Rhodes 6am flight. They only pre booked seats now are a row of 6 but when I checked earlier in the week a lot of the seats were pre booked . Not sure what’s going on. I have a feeling this flight will be cancelled or most of the passengers have cancelled their holiday. The online check in facility has also disappeared. Following your advice and after 15 times of calling their customer service numbers I called this number 0800 408 7391 10 minutes. as per Josies comment. Refund generated immediately. Forever grateful

Had anybody tried to check in online and it is saying check in closed you have to check in at airport even though my flight is not until the 1st of Sep I contacted Jet 2 and they said they only have a limited amount of people who can check in on line and this is full !! Has annoys else come across this and is this true I have never heard of this before ! And can’t find anything on Jet 2 website where it says this !!
Freda Jennings : I am awaiting a refund from you for cancelled flights - booking reference 28LYML. I have confirmation from you dated 30th July stating refund was being processed. Can you confirm when I will receive the amount owing to me. Email the exec complaints office sheapy@jet.com they refunded me within 2 days after weeks of trying to call.
I have been told by my holiday company there is a problem with my flight booked with Jet2. Leeds to Chania 3rd October and return Chania to leeds on 17th October. Told it has been cancelled but this is not shown when I check my flight booking! Can someone help clarify please??!!!
