Due to fly early hours tomorrow morning to spain, does anyone know if jet2 have cancelled? Cant get in touch with jet2 and the travel agents i booked through are closed

Paid for flights last night but no email confirmation as of yet. Number will not ring through and this is for flights in two days. Money has been taken out of account.

Hi, I have been waiting 50 minutes on Jet2 number 03333000747 as I am like you concerned about passing out my details. They owe me for initial deposit paid over 12 months ago, hence they say they do not have my card details stored. I think I might ring at 0800 hours and see if I can get an answer tomorrow

I paid in 3 installments and have received the last two but not the initial one. I was contacted by a text number yesterday saying was Jet2 and was an issue with refunding me to original card as expired (think it possibly could have between 1st and 2nd/3rd payments) It all seemed legit but now asking me to fill in an online form with my card details so they can process the refund. This is the bit I am obviously wary about. The text number was 07445 874549, I tried ringing it but said can't receive incoming calls. I did a google search on it but nothing. Tried for hours contacting Jet2 but impossible to get through. Has anyone else had this and has it been ok? Thanks in advance.

hi iam going thought same problem all sounds dodgy to me ..same as you impossible to get thought to jet2 afer half an hour phone cut off ..the sms service may be ok but not risking it ...

Had an email last night say that further to my recent request our two flights booked for end of September have now been cancelled and shows some vague refund figures. We have not cancelled these flights and have emailed customer services which states they may reply within 21 days!! Given up trying to call them as haven't got the time to hang on for hours on end, on reading comments below I now wonder if this is yet another scam but it would be nice to speak with someone to confirm!!

A golfish to anyone who can find it. :-(

Do I need to pay extra for sports equipment or will it be covered combined with my 22kg baggage allowance? Also the item is a scooter (two wheel type) but jet2 said this wasn’t sports equipment 🤷🏼♀ Any help would be appreciated.

Mr and Mrs Lang : I have been loking at booking an all incusive holiday in The Ocean Hill hotel in Puerto rico Gran Caneria on 22/08/20 . My qustion is are there any reestrictions such has pool closed and would there be any entertainment on in the europa centre and are the beaches open.

Sent 30 e mails been on phone 7 times just put on hold never answered the resort we are due to go to in pefkos is closed yet they sent docs saying our holiday going ahead .tries to tell them the coralli in pefkos is closed in ails never return mails never answered the phone total disgrace never use them again they stolen our money for a holiday that no longer exists

So disappointed with Jet2 not answering phones, unable to get onto chat, we need to make an urgent change to our booking before our balance is due to be paid tomorrow, we have emailed many times asking to get a call back and no-one rings us back.

I flew to Alicante on jet2 flight on the 15th July and I felt there were too many people on that flight! Totally unable to social distance! I was totally full, I thought they might leave at flight 2 seats on each row for safety sake!!!

We are due to fly to Benidorm for a 12 day holiday on Wednesday 13th July, 11am flight departure and have just received an email at 22.50hrs saying it's cancelled. We have taken out travel insurance yet again! booked the taxi, change sterling to euros and packed our cases. It's very disconcerting having read the previous comments that we are going to struggle to establish if this information is correct either by phone or live chat. We are not happy at the moment especially as Jet2 have given no explanation as to why!!

Guest : Flights running on 15th of July to Greek Islands??? Hi , hopefully yes ...my flight is 2nd of August...I did call Jet 2 to confirm that that is happening, they said nothing is guaranteed 100%, but they wish me great holidays, …...how long in advance to they cancel the holidays??? does anyone know. Has anyone heard anything about bookings to portugal in October ? I'm meant to be flying to Florida in October and TUI have already been in contact and issued a refund but my partner is booked to fly to Faro at the same time with Jet2 and hes heard nothing

Customer safety is Jet2 priority, SO THEY SAY. Must wear a mask onboard, so they don't have to social distance therefore pack out the flight. Customer safety AFTER profit. Well done Jet2.

Booked holiday to Lanzarote in january before covid outbreak. Can't contact anyone at Jet2,been trying for weeks. Due to fly on 2nd Aug . Flight times changed, must wear mask during flight, prob need to wear a mask when out and about on holiday. This is not the holiday i booked.

Booking reference 25MGE9 We have just found out that despite booking the flight and seats back in January for three of us travelling together we are now sitting seperately scattered all over the plane. One of the reasons we were happy to fly was in the knowledge the three of were sitting in a row of 3 seats together so not next to anyone else so could -as far as possible-remain in our family bubble and distance from other passengers -despite all of the COVID promises you have done the worst possible thing and split us up so we are now sitting next to strangers -we now need to decide if we should cancel because its not safe

holiday ref 7601798/S20H you've changed my flight time fr om 0730 to 13.50 on 18/07/20 and i'm not happy about this. we booked because the flights originally were best for us. This change effectively means we loose a day of our holiday. Are we going to be compensated for this in any way? If i'm not happy with the outcome will you refund me the cost of this holiday so i can look else wh ere as this was out of my hands. It's impossible to contact you by phone or get a reply to my email so i am trying this. if this is not sorted soon how will i be able to rearrange this holiday?

Vicki Page : I have been trying for 10 days now by phone waiting between 1-2 hours each time with no answer. Listening to their music! I want to change my holiday from this year to next with an upgraded holiday. Someone please help!! I have been trying to contact Jet2 since the 8th June on 2 different numbers, the live chat is not working either. As a result I have missed my chance to cancel without incurring their charges based on how many days left until your holiday is due to fly. If yu want to cancel, check the T&C. Be careful of the offer to extend balance payment.

shirley : I received an email yesterday saying my holiday was cancelled but not to worry they will be up and running from the 15th July. I am confused as my holiday is not until the 29th July? anyone else had this? I have tried to call but they are busy !we have had an email from them today saying our flight on 29th July has been cancelled and they are refunding the money.. when checked the day on their website it shows 29th no flights but 30th there are fgs.. we booked a return so what happens now so fed up

Also rec'd e-mail this afternoon with confirmation of cancellation (flights Glasgow-Malaga 15/07) after our recent enquiry to cancel.............which we did not request. Anyone know why. Unable to get through on phone.
