We had flight delay with Jet2 total of 19 hours, we have sent the delay form and so far nothing from Jet2 its now been 12 weeks, how do you take this further as we cannot find actual contact number or email address to chase the claim
Hi, Has anyone who booked with Jet2 Holidays on flight LS781 to Gran Canaria on 28th August (not just flight) received any reimbursement of extra costs incurred? We had to make our own way home from Manchester Airport and then back to the airport the following day and were assured that as Jet2 could not organise this that we would be reimbursed. We missed a full day of holiday too and they are ignoring this completely. They have failed to acknowledge all my emails to date.

Hi I was on the same flight and have had claim refused for same reason as you, I checked all Other departures from Bristol airport at that time and no other planes had delays of over an hour. The weather certainly wasn’t extreme as I have family and friends in Bristol that state it was ok. They couldn’t even tell us why it was delayed at Larnaca, no one seemed to know and you would have thought if it was weather related then we would have been told at that point. I am in process of escalating complaint, I have form for Cyprus civil aviation which I am currently filling in, as I am not giving up as feel Jet2 are lying. Guest : jet2 refused to pay compensation for flight delay from Glasgow to Paphos in June 2022 stating the reason was due to staff sickness. They said it was an extraordinary circumstance. Why did they pay out for same reason on the Dalaman to Birmingham flight and not our flight? Paid out yesterday for staff sickness 25.9.2022, did not fly until 23.5 hours later Dalaman to Birmingham

Hello, We had a reply from Jet 2 saying that our claim was an act of god (bird flew in the engine on the runway from incoming flight). This was on the 25th/26th July 2022 from Lanzarote to Manchester. Half the passengers flew to Birmingham instead in the early hours on the 26th, got a coach to Manchester after that. Has anyone received compensation? Just wondering. Thanks?

Well still no payment from Jet 2 l, they agreed to pay out on 30th September for a delay on the 1st June. Very frustrating! Thought it was to good to be true.

Our son claimed for a 24hr delay on a flight from Bristol in late April and has just had his claim turned down by Jet 2. Any idea how I can speak to someone or email someone about the status of a claim made 22nd August for a 24hour delay and then cancellation of flight from Turkey to London? I received an auto response email that my claim has been received via web-form. I called jet2 customer services weeks ago and they said the legal dept has delays and to wait a further few weeks, but they couldn’t give me an update. But still no response and no way of contacting the legal department on status. Any idea?

Christina : I have had a payment declined from Jet2. Nothing wrong with my Bank. Is there a problem with Jet2’s Banking system I'm paying monthly got an email from jet2 saying declined payment rang my card and they said jet2 haven't tried to take the payment I can't get on the website either! Nightmare!!
J : Tried to book flights yesterday cards declined, bank said no problem. Tried again this morning, same thing. Phoned to book instead, price quoted nearly £200 more than the website price! Told "prices go up" went back online and price was same as yesterday £200 cheaper than on phone, tried to book online this morning at the price quoted at £200 cheaper than phone and declined again! Been waiting 21 weeks from submitting delay claim. CAA confirmed we have valid claim. Would never use again, disgraceful.
I am still waiting a refund from the 11th of July, when our flight to Madeira was delayed due to wind. Initially told to email their refund email box, but after 12 weeks was told to email their delayed inbox. Only ever received a computer-generated response, until I received a voicemail on the 1st of October saying my refund will be posted in next 7/10 days. Still not received it. They have now taken the customer service option off their telephone line, and I am still awaiting a response. It is very frustrating when you don't get a response and can't speak to any one on the phone either.

"Payment problems on-line" - happened on three separate bookings at different times of year and time of day. Solution appears to be to pay using the PayPal option (as a guest if you don't have an account) - payment goes through first time - now used on two other occasions.

Hi, just wanted to jump on here and say to everyone having trouble booking their flights on Jet2’s website, one issue might be the internet browser. We were trying to book on Safari and payment kept failing. Changed to Chrome and payment went through successfully. Hope this helps someone!
